Enjoyed our stay… only one night but would highly recommend. Very friendly staff and beautiful park. The freeway is noisy but very easy on and off !

I really appreciated that my original site was upgraded to a site that had a lot of room for us to set up our chairs under some beautiful shade trees. The people working during our check in were so kind, courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this KOA campground. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Over all, very nice camp ground. Our E/W site was very spacious, though full hook up sites were closer together. Pool was nice. My only suggestion would be to put a small bench in noon handicap shower to have a place to lay clothes on and to be able to sit to put shoes and socks on when done. We will most likely come again.

Maybe 4 1/2 only needs a book exchange. Was in laundry 2 years ago. Nice place and very friendly. Away from High Way noise.��

Park was clean and convenient to town and I-80. Drawbacks are small spaces that need new picnic tables and fire pits. Noise from I-80 at night made for poor nights sleep.

A very well maintained and clean camp. Staff was super friendly and helpful. When you walk around you can see the pride that the owners and staff put into their camp.

There was dog poop from the previous camper. Our dog wanted to roll in it. Other than that the spot could have been more level.

Site was level for easy setup. Bathroom and shower were clean. Noise from I-80 was unbearable,since campground is about 100 feet from the highway.

Location was good, highway traffic was a little loud but not bad. For some reason every truck would honk as they went by, got used to it. The gal at the desk was rather rude but the one taking us to our slot was extremely friendly and made up for it. Grass needed to be cut but coming off Memorial Day weekend it was understandable. We were only there one night and would stay again.

We won't be back. It is too close to the Interstate and all we heard was constant traffic going by. We didn't enjoy the noise! Especially when the vehicles ran over the rumble strips.. just wasn't happy at this campground.

We felt this is a nice park. It is easy to get to, has long gravel pull thrus, nice trees and lots of area to take a walk. It has a lake, some cute tiny campers for folks to rent, and the hosts there are super nice. Only one thing to be aware of, we opted for a site right along the freeway and it was a bit noisy. We did not mind at all.

In the area for work, and the location was perfect. Staff and facilities were top notch. Service above and beyond. And my dog loved it too!!

The young man that lead us to our site was great. He was friendly and helpful. The campground itself is very crowded. Your neighbors black tank drain hose is right by your picnic table. Our neighbor was dumping as we cooked breakfast outside. I’d be afraid to use the fire pit because you might damage your neighbors vehicle. Lastly the highway is highly visible and extremely loud.

Nice clean campground. Conveniently located just off I80 but that also means lots of road noise. Nice nature trail to hike. Lots of things for kids to do. For an overnight this worked well.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was clean and had nice playground equipment for the kids. My only recommendation would be do do something to limit the interstate noise. It didn’t quiet down all night.

Nice people. Pretty park with play areas, pool, trails but RV SPACES way too close together. We could not have put our awnings out. We had guests for dinner and used the picnic table on an empty site behind us rather than serve dinner on the picnic table on our site squeezed between our big 1-ton dually and the neighbors.

Pros: Big rig friendly (40 foot 5th wheel) 50 amp with full hook ups Easy on and off interstate Very friendly staff Very nice playground area Very nice frisbee golf course Close to Walmart Bathrooms were clean Cons: -showers were lukewarm -sites were pretty tight Good for an overnight and would stay again

Friendly staff, a little noisy but it is close to an interstate. Sites are close, but it wasn't too busy, so they did a good job of spreading us out.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Newton KOA. As new full timers we got ourselves in a spot with tow vehicle trouble and our 2 week stay was extended into months. Tanya took good care of us getting initially situated. Jeff Adams helped us so much with everything, from making sure we were good when the weather got rough, Propane when we didn't have a vehicle, Too many deliveries to count and more. Thank you Jeff!!! As for the facility, The grounds are always very clean and nice, We really enjoyed the hiking trail. The upstairs showers and laundry facilities were always very clean. I could not imagine a better stay. I would give more stars if I could.
