We overnighted at the KOA. The hookups were fine. Our pups loved running in the dog park which was clean.

it is a nice campground. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed already. After traveling 6 hrs in the heat the pool would have been great.

The campground is conveniently located and staff seems professional, but the ladies bathroom had no mirror. My whole purpose to spend the night was to shower and get ready for a new day in the morning. Luckily I had a tiny mirror with me. Hopefully there’s a new mirror on order and I just had bad timing??

This is the worst KOA bring your earplugs as it would be better to camp in the middle of the I80 we would not recommend this

We have been on the road for 2 months staying mostly in KOAs. Customer service at this KOA was so disappointing. The older lady that checked me in was so abrupt and dismissive that I walked out of the office offended by my treatment. This is was a first in a KOA and I have stayed my share. Sad.

The campground is fine. But you better like road noise. Couldn’t even hardly talk over it. And to sleep was impossible. People were very accommodating. I’d only stay again if I had too!

This KOA was so much fun! They have great activities, well kept grounds, and a very helpful staff. The walking trails are well maintained and a fun escape. We will definitely stay again!

I tent camped, but didn’t set up my tent because the logs around the pad were anchored down with rebar. The rebar was just bent over and sticking up some. I was afraid that I would rip my foot on them when going to the bathroom at night. Also the smell of the feed lots in the morning was overwhelming.

This was a very nice KOA. We had an inside site next to the jump pad but it worked out absolutely fine. We only stayed a night, so we didn't have a sewer hook up, but the sites that did looked more KOA sardined. We had lots of green space and an open view. But you could see the owners really care, right down to a little tow ride for kids.

Nice park. Looks like improvements are being made. Sites are extremely close to one another. We couldn’t put out our awning or it would have been up against the motor home on one side and we had to be careful leaving as to not tear off the awning on the camper on the opposite side. I understand that these sites were designed years ago to accommodate the units at that time.

Unhappy with inability to level. Staff tried to help us by changing sites but had the same problem. All sites up top were sloped down. Many coaches had tires off the ground. Pool down. On the plus side, a very quiet campground but for the interstate noise.

Well-maintained KOA with helpful, friendly staff and a good Kamp K-9. Would be a 5 star rating but highway noise is very loud - not the campground’s fault - simply the location right beside I-80. Was fine for a quick overnight and we would stop again.

The staff was outstanding. We were parked close to a noisy highway, with no trees or shade, but it was a nice clean campground.

I stayed at this campground twice in 9 days. First visit great. Second, not as nice. I was given a site in which my rig was 20" off level; front to back. I tried to level it acceptably, only to find I was too short for the sewer connection. I was given another site which was much better for becoming level. The only problem on this site---the sewer connection was uphill.

A safe and convenient stop for the night but that’s all. Right off I-80 so road traffic was very loud making sleep difficult. We were looking forward to jumping in the pool after a hot day of driving but it was closed (no prior notice). Manager was nice.

Really nice park! Pleasantly surprised. Great site, site # 1, big trees, lawn, fire pit. Pull through, do d not have to unhook and we are 65’ overall.

The staff at check in were very friendly, that is the only positive. Dog poop and trash at our site, “water feature” was a filthy cesspool, pool was under construction, etc. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Pros: Big rig friendly (40 foot 5th wheel) 50 amp with full hook ups Easy on and off interstate Very friendly staff Very nice playground area Very nice frisbee golf course Close to Walmart Bathrooms were clean Cons: -showers were lukewarm -sites were pretty tight Good for an overnight and would stay again

Friendly staff, a little noisy but it is close to an interstate. Sites are close, but it wasn't too busy, so they did a good job of spreading us out.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Newton KOA. As new full timers we got ourselves in a spot with tow vehicle trouble and our 2 week stay was extended into months. Tanya took good care of us getting initially situated. Jeff Adams helped us so much with everything, from making sure we were good when the weather got rough, Propane when we didn't have a vehicle, Too many deliveries to count and more. Thank you Jeff!!! As for the facility, The grounds are always very clean and nice, We really enjoyed the hiking trail. The upstairs showers and laundry facilities were always very clean. I could not imagine a better stay. I would give more stars if I could.
