Cozy campground with exceptional service. Clean campground with modern upgraded bathrooms and showers. If you need anything for your stay just ask Willis. He helped us with most everything we needed. Will visit again.

Just needed a nice, safe, quiet place to stay overnight . KOA provided all of those requirements. Super nice lady made the reservation, checked me in, and provided all the info I needed for a easy stay.

It was a nice smaller KOA. We were there after the Labor Day Holiday so quiet. We have a nice tent spot and stayed 2 nights, price was fair. They had a new shower house that was amazing and clean laundry facilities. The caretaker was very friendly.

Excellent campground. I was most impressed by the bathouse. The place was safe and clean and just what I needed. Well priced, too.

I ended up not staying the night. Yet the staff was very friendly and accommodating the campground is beautiful and facilities were very clean. The only reason I did not stay was my tent got soaked from the day before from a heavy down fall and I was not feeling well so decided to press on and get to my final destination. Heading back home I will be returning here and look forward to staying.

Bathrooms were excellent, water spigot worked well, campground was clean and easy to navigate when we arrived at 12am. Campsite was clean and easy to use. Staff was super helpful and friendly, made checking in and out fast and easy.

Couple days on 4th of July. Tent camping. Plenty of things to do around the area. Cost wasn't to bad. Had everything.

Our stay was fine and the campground was clean and quiet, however it definitely wasn't worth $50 for a tent site. The women's bathroom has only one shower, the pool wasn't open (even after memorial day), and the laundry machine was down. We generally find it worth it to spend the extra money for a KOA, but with the lack if features here it would have been better to stay at a truck stop.

Or stay was amazing. The staff was phenomenal, the grounds were clean and very well maintained, and the bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever experienced at a KOA. The only feedback would be to ensure that each site's water is tested. I had to flush the water spigot for 10 minutes before clearing rust from it. After that I put on my filter and it was all good!

Site are not numbered, everything is very close together, pond is a mud pit covered in barbed wire, the cost is outrageous for services, and it is SOOO LOUD. it is right next to a very busy highway, bring earplugs.

Undergoing repair/renovation of shower/bathroom at main building leaving two single occupancy shower/bathrooms for the campground, otherwise a nice place with a welcoming host.

We reserved 8 sites and the pavilion for a church youth camping trip, Willis,John and Sherry went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything setup flawlessly

Nice campground, I understand the main lodge is under renovation, and I'm pretty sure the facilities for bathroom and shower in there are going to be much nicer than the current ones. It was clean, but a long walk from my tent site, and there were no mirrors to get ready, which surprised me . Otherwise, you have awesome staff and a very nice and safe property! Loved the tentsite!

I had my dog, so it was my dog and I that were headed home from Washington state and we were camping and I will stay at a lot of KOA KOA campground and we were having a very very good time I got there late and they were very nice assisting me get settled into my camp site

Our site smelled like someone dumped their waste line. Other than that, it was okay. The bathroom had a code, I took a hot shower the night I arrived, but in the morning someone kept the doors unlocked overnight. So I was a little worried about safety. I had my husband wait outside.

We stayed for a week to visit family and to sightsee. The site was situated in a central location to places we were going, such as Corryton, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. We were given a site with a riser deck to prevent water flooding in case of the expected rain that week. While it definitely rained, our site kept us dry and comfortable!

Endroit propre, mais contrairement à la plupart des KOA, il y a des résidents à l’année qui travaillent souvent de nuit donc il y a des mouvements de voitures bruyants. La proximité de l’autoroute 40 rend le terrain TRES bruyant. Je déconseille à quiconque de venir en tente. L’avantage est que le prix est peu élevé.

Very quiet. Staff nice. Tent sites are packed dirt. Nice tree covering. Food and shopping will require pre-planning or a separate trip, but they're not too far away. I would definitely like to stay longer here in the future. Leaving on my motorcycle, I had a bear cross my path on the road out, but this was just cool, not concerning.

This is not the usual KOA site, infact it spoils the image of KOA. 1. Camp sites are near a highway with vehicle noise at night 2. Sites lacked a fireplace, it was shared with another site 3. Restrooms were maintained poorly, some showers were broken and some shower rooms don't have locks. 4. Toilets were not cleaned regularly and mostly out of supplies 5. Wifi was not working 6. Was not to bad, the office hours should be longer During peaks season, current hour 9AM to 6PM I think the pool should be open longer in the PM Closed at 8 pm. Shower house has 3 showers only 2 operational

The staff was very attentive. The WIfi did not work. The showers need safety bars and something better on the floor than a small wooden platform to stand on when the water rises because it has a hard time draining. The community meeting area needs cleaning.

Awesome campground location, and lots of fun for the kids. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the way the tent spots are set up - they're very nicely done, but the bordered pads to put your tent on hold water and flood when it rains. I was grateful I'd already planned on sleeping in the car. The guy in the tent next to us wasn't so lucky. Need to have some way for water to drain.

I have stayed at koa campgrounds many many times over the last 40 years and have never seen/had one as poorly run as this one, koa should be ashamed to represent this one. From the dirty filthy bathrooms to the poor showers,and the dirty pavilion with garbage and ants everywhere! The water by our tent sight was brownish and never did clear up after letting it run. Very rude none caring staff.

Poor management! Disgusting bathrooms! We should have stayed in a parking lot and sponge bathed at a McDonalds. Complete waste of our $40! Really terrible because it was our first time staying at a KOA and our first time visiting Tennessee. I have ran my own hotel and fishing lodge and I will say again, poor management and disgusting bathrooms! I sure hope you get it together and FAST!

Arrived after hours and got to our tent site and we had no picnic table so that was a bummer. Bathrooms are older but clean and the site was clean.

We reserved a tent site. Every one we were assigned was terrible, very un level. We reserved electricity but the sites had only 30 Amp connections. The woman at the desk was way beyond helpful She worked very hard to put us into a great site. We had very enjoyable evening thanks to her hard work. We can't thank her enough. STACY

We asked for tent with electric and water. Got primitive and not told in advance. Did get reimbursed then got 3 more emails saying we paid cashed got cash back. We didn't do that. There was trash in fire pit that smelled. We got there late and left early to it worked but wouldn't stay more than a day. Looked like rented to lots of workers and bathroom had combo lock event though way off road.

This was our first attempt at tent camping as a family. The spot well set up, clean, and peaceful. There was event a concert! It was a great experience for our first try and we will continue to explore other areas with everything we learned during this experience!

Super hot water shower, great campsite, very quiet people. I used the website and booked ahead and they left all our info in the late registration box when we arrived after dark. The highway noise is a bit loud, but it’s really fine considering how wonderful the whole place was. Thanks again for a great stay!

Office manager and staff make your stay seamless! Ver helpful, and when buying wood they even brought to our site. Our stay was over Labor Day and they had so many activities! Very clean site! Couldn’t thank them more for all their HARD work!

Bathrooms are very clean and updated! We stayed memorial day and the park was very quiet despite being pretty full. Laundry facilities also clean and high tech. Staff communication was great. It was very clean and safe feeling despite my worries driving in.

Service was exceptional and friendly. Campground location was easy in and out from main highways. Campsites were grass with level gravel parking, pull through for convenience. Beautiful green oasis to relax in peaceful surroundings.
