Just passing through from Charlotte to Nashville for NASCAR races, spent two nights. The folks there were extremely friendly and really took care of the property. Recently upgraded laundry and bathroom facilities looked great! Definitely looking forward to "passing through" Newport, TN again.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice to work with. It's a lovely campground. My only concern was the narrowness of some of the sites.

We received a welcome text before our arrival. I responded with we will be arriving late. We received a response with clear instructions for when we arrive. We arrived and was still greeted and shown to our site. We were on our way home and this was a stopping point for us. This is a really pretty place and the bath house was so nice and clean! I wish we could have stayed one more night!

Great and friendly staff! Willis is always around to assist you and to keep the campground clean and nice. Showers, toilets, campsites, cabins all in perfect condition. Conveniently located 40 min away from Pigeon Forge. Best KOA so far on our 2.5k miles Roadtrip. Thank you!

Nice campground for an overnight stay. I missed the traditional KOA trash pickup service, but it was OK to walk down the hill to the bin.

Sites are gravel but level. Staff is outstanding. The only bad thing about this campground is the road in/out. Road is very narrow and has a big bump at the entrance/exit.

Nice campground, clean and maintained. The sites are shady and comfortable. Bathrooms are updated and spacious.

Nice campground. Very close to the highway which makes it convenient for access. The site we had was not very level. Must use leveling Jacks to overcome.

Great place for overnight stay in East Tennessee. Clean facilities, quiet campground, and courteous staff. New fiber optics and looks like a pool is being installed. Nice “KOA Journey”.

Guaranteed late arrival, paperwork was waiting and complete, sites are unlevel gravel with loud highway noise—but can’t beat distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, site light didn’t work and was difficult to find site number on power box in the dark!

We loved this small quiet campground. The kids had fun at the park and we found a little creek the kids got to explore. The staff was so kind went above and beyond to help us!

Beautiful campsite and we visited at a great time of year - springtime. This camp is well maintained and the people operating it are very friendly/hospitable.

Very nice RV park. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice, quiet pull thru RV site. Wifi worked great. Really nice & private showers. Nice dog park if not for the previous heavy rains. No pool, no food close by & no frills. Easy I40 access.

Great campground, easy access from main roads, nice grassy lots with level gravel parking. Manager was so friendly and helpful, and the campground was neat. One of the best places we've stayed at.

We have been to this Campground oner the past 6 years. This year the camp made many wonderful changes to improve it in every way. We found its super easy to get in and out with the new bridge , the staff were great macking us welcome back again. We love the back end where overnight campers stay; got to meet a few fellow veterans. Only God knows when we can make it back again, hope he does.

Great place! Very clean and Willis was very accommodating. The only issue I have is the location of the two dumpsters. They were in a remote spot not convenient when departing. Suggest putting one near the entrance or collect trash from each site.

Just an overnight stay. Site was a good right at the end. Super easy to get in. Almost drove right through it as it was hard to tell exactly where it started and ended. Bathroom were clean and nice, water was good. Didn't really have time to look around at the campground. However the sewer smell was so bad in the morning I had to plug my nose as we walked to the bathroom.

Had a problem with my truck. Lady at the office went above and beyond. Worked to let us stay on our site for another night. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks again for working with us.

Nice place to stay. Nothing fancy. Gravel lots, no pool, nice kids area, nice bathhouse. The noise from the highway is very noticeable.

Nice clean rustic cabin. Very friendly staff, and very clean and up to date full bathrooms. Plenty of hot water although the water pressure was a little lacking in the showers. Although the campground is behind a questionable neighborhood, and next to I-40, it was a quiet. I would recommend this campground and would stay here again the next time I am camping in this area. We did notice the following issues with the cabin. 1. The door hinges were a little loose causing the doors to scrape the floor. 2. The half bathroom could use a little work. The wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom did not go all the way to the ceiling. There wasn't a light in the bathroom and it really needs a vent fan. 3. The picnic table had mushrooms growing out of it. We saw the conditions of the table and used the back of my truck to cook our meals
