Beautiful campground with great and welcoming staff. The only recommendation is to update the details of the basic cabin with the toilet. Didn't know it only had a curtain around the toilet, was a little embarrassed for a romantic getaway! Lol

Asked if wheelchair accessible and campground said yes. Nothing was wheelchair accessible. Cabin door wouldn't even open smoothly. I'd be more likely to get a hotel than stay there again. There was more fulltime rv living there than campers customers.

A great summer location with lots of activities for families and kids on site as well as in the surrounding areas of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Smoky Mountain National Park. The kids loved this KOA! The new management is top-notch, friendly, welcoming, and flexible. I felt right at home.

The ladies bathroom had no toilet paper for two days, the mens room wasn’t cleaned the first two or three days. Huge globs of hair in mens sinks, and there was no soap in the mens room to wash hands all week. Came home late Wednesday night to find new combination locks on the bathroom doors with no idea what the code was. Pool was closed all week due to being green. Mens showers dirty.

KOA had a clean bathroom, the manager turned on our A/C before our arrival so our cabin was cooled and he let my son swim even though the pool was closed for the night. That was very kind of him. But, the KOA office closed at 6pm which we thought was extremely early. We were hoping to buy the KOA pizza for dinner but they did not serve food at all. Wish they had a tv in the cabin like the last KOA

Great campground. We have been camping there many years. There is a new owner and there were many noticable improvements!! Pool was super clean and I love the addition of linens supplied in the cabins. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We booked another weekend stay as we were checking out. It is truly one of our favorite KOA campgrounds, and we have been camping at KOAs for 33 years!!!

This is our 3rd KOA we have stayed at on our summer vacation and we werent going to make it to check in before the office closed so we called and the staff were so polite and helpful and just wonderful. When we arrived to the KOA it's tucked back off the hwy and it's really nice. New owner is still doing some touch ups but nothing was an inconvenience. The cabin was clean, beds already made..nice!

We enjoyed staying in your cabins! They were quaint and cozy and in a great location near the playground. The staff were super nice and helpful. However, the only downside to our stay were the other kids around who seem to be there long term. They were very rude to our children - using inappropriate language, throwing things at them, and being loud seemingly to simply disrupt our time together.

Comfortable cabin, great shower rooms, friendly staff, unlimited free coffee. Would definitely stay again. Also they are making some great improvements.

Nice clean rustic cabin. Very friendly staff, and very clean and up to date full bathrooms. Plenty of hot water although the water pressure was a little lacking in the showers. Although the campground is behind a questionable neighborhood, and next to I-40, it was a quiet. I would recommend this campground and would stay here again the next time I am camping in this area. We did notice the following issues with the cabin. 1. The door hinges were a little loose causing the doors to scrape the floor. 2. The half bathroom could use a little work. The wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom did not go all the way to the ceiling. There wasn't a light in the bathroom and it really needs a vent fan. 3. The picnic table had mushrooms growing out of it. We saw the conditions of the table and used the back of my truck to cook our meals
