We had a very nice 2 bedroom cabin with a mini-fridge and freezer section that actually froze ice. It also had A/C, a half bath, a porch swing, and a newer picnic table and fire ring. Check-in was quick. In the evening the host came around to make sure everything was okay.

Everything was nice and we liked the remodel of the bath houses except the showers need non slip mats. The door on our cabin 78 was hard to open other than that we will be back

The cabin is Too close to the interstate so the traffic was too loud and kept us awake. Maybe if you planted more trees on that side of the campground it would muffle the noise.

We are directly off of I40 and highway noise can be an issue for some. We do all we can to mitigate the noise for our guests. We do have some cabins on the other side of the campground that may suit you better if you decide to give us another chance. We hope to see you again soon.

Pond is no longer there, it did say pool was gone prior to booking but not the pond�. Also no dog park that we could find. Well kept grounds and clean restrooms. Cabins are very dated. Overall ok for a short trip.

The manager, Willis was very kind and helpful with late check in. The cabin was clean and cool. I loved still being able to hear the rain while sleeping inside. The bathrooms were the nicest campground bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Very clean, updated and plenty of space. Only 2 showers as the second bath house was closed but we never had a wait during our stay as most campers had RVs.

Bathrooms were brand new & locked with a secure code which made showering at night feel safer. The cabin was cozy and perfect size for the 3 of us. The pool was closed for remodeling but looked like it will be great when it opens! The only downside was our AC unit continuously turned off & the cabin got warm quickly. Other than that, we had a great stay and would return in the future.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the pool not being open and the “catch and release pond” not really a pond at all. Both are still up on the website so we felt that was a little misleading.

The staff was awesome! The only issue I had was the website had a pool and a pond listed and neither one was operational! Which was a not a big issue for me but worth mentioning because we stayed on the lake most of the time I didn't really care . Bath and laundry room were very nice and new .

Sorry that you had difficulties with the A/C in Cabin. It was working when we checked the cabin prior to your arrival as we turned it on that morning. Our staff while not always posted in the office due to demands of the park does leave a contact number on the door so that they can be reached 24/7

Everyone I met, Willis, Rachel, and Andrew, was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They work tirelessly to make the grounds look good and well kept. Willis greeted me after office hours and showed me to a clean cabin with a/c, a sink & toilet. Andrew helped me with car trouble for which I’m very grateful. The best KOA ever in every respect!

Clean clean clean!!! Rachel was incredibly helpful, personable and engaging. Even though I had never met her before or stayed at this KOA it felt as if I had been here before. The park itself was organized and well kept - even with the many campers present. I’ll be back!

I would not recommend anyone to stay at an establishment that makes rules along the way to get customers deposits and double charges. The manager is the most unprofessional person i have ever met along with Sherri she argues with the customers and the old man did the same. They are taking advantage of flood victims and the manager stated if a church or the government was paying for a flood victim

New campground owners, so camp beginning overhaul, but… Half bath cabin only has cold water line, so questionable handwashing and no dishwashing in cabin. Poison ivy by front and sides of cabin; would have been an issue if I had little kids here. Mosquitoes were very bad until I applied my from-homefix to the grass. Main bathrooms and office were shut down for renovations; trailer bathrooms okay

We needed a quick overnight stay in a cabin. My husband called they were not available at the time. Thay did call back and gave us permissionto stay for a night in a really nice cabin. We were also greaful that they gave us a military discount. It was clean and ready for us when we got there. We were only there a few hours to sleep but it was just what we needed as we were passing through. TY KO

We only ever stay in Kabins. This was the first kabin to have a half bath -absolutely great addition! It will be hard to book without the amenity in the future!!

Cabin was cozy and slept calmly better there instead of regular busy hotel...maybe it was the sound of the slight rain falling on the roof. Bathrooms were nice and felt secure. Staff were friendly and kind. I hope to return again. Thanks KOA!

Our stay was awesome. The pool has never been cleaner! The water was crystal clear and beautiful. The staff were all friendly, courteous and attentive. They really made sure we had a wonderful experience. We had our grandchildren with us and they had such a great time. They are already asking when we are going back. We will definitely return!

We rented a cabin at the KOA, it was a great size, pet friendly, clean and exactly as described. The pool is new there and very beautiful, the the grounds are very clean. The owners and staff are very friendly a d helpful. Would definitely visit there again.

I rented a cabin apparently across from maintenance person. When I opened door my puppy ran out for a few seconds. She screamed “he needs to be on a leash at all time!” Ok. Reasonable. Except… your dog is running around freely while your screaming at me and even after when you go to bed. Cabin was not clean, air conditioner need the filter cleaned told the office nothing was done about it, the wall heater had slot of small dead insects on it office said they would make a note of our complaint no trash can liner office stated it wss to keep the quests from burning the trash.. did not have a chair . Every I have stayed in had trash can liner and chair. Campground needs a facelift

Beautiful campground with great and welcoming staff. The only recommendation is to update the details of the basic cabin with the toilet. Didn't know it only had a curtain around the toilet, was a little embarrassed for a romantic getaway! Lol

Asked if wheelchair accessible and campground said yes. Nothing was wheelchair accessible. Cabin door wouldn't even open smoothly. I'd be more likely to get a hotel than stay there again. There was more fulltime rv living there than campers customers.

Bathrooms are very clean and updated! We stayed memorial day and the park was very quiet despite being pretty full. Laundry facilities also clean and high tech. Staff communication was great. It was very clean and safe feeling despite my worries driving in.

Service was exceptional and friendly. Campground location was easy in and out from main highways. Campsites were grass with level gravel parking, pull through for convenience. Beautiful green oasis to relax in peaceful surroundings.
