We got in late and the person we called to let know we’d be late said they’d try to stay up to guide us. I was absolutely blown away when we pulled in near 11 pm and he met us at the entrance and not only guided us to our spot, but provided light and support while we hooked up for the night. It was a one night stay and we left relatively early the next morning- but his help it meant so much to

Very friendly and helpful staff. Called the office to let them know we would be a late arrival. Arrived at 9 PM and a staff member was waiting for us to escort us to our campsite. Very nice campgrounds :-)

Great campground. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, food is good and they deliver it to your rig. Easy on and off I-26. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Site are not numbered, everything is very close together, pond is a mud pit covered in barbed wire, the cost is outrageous for services, and it is SOOO LOUD. it is right next to a very busy highway, bring earplugs.

We were in the area to sight-see and this KOA was the perfect home base. Staff was helpful and super nice and friendly.

Our visit was unplanned as our truck broke down and we had to be towed. When we called to see if they had spots available, they made sure we had a pull through so ir would be easier for the tow truck. The employees there were so friendly and very helpful. The other campers offered their vehicles for us to go get food. Everyone was truly a blessing!

The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic and extremely helper the setting was beautiful. They are doing many many upgrades and improving the restrooms but at the time we were there, there were only two available with showers and they were quite old other than that it was very, very nice thank you

Only stayed one night, but found this KOA a very quiet and pleasant place to stay. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to ensure that you were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on our way to and from Nashville to see our granddaughter.

We came in after hours on our way back to Michigan from Florida. The manager was very accommodating. We were towing a car behind our motorhome. They made sure we had a full hookup site on the end, so we were easy in and easy out. Everything was perfect for what we needed. The fenced in dog park was very clean and nice! It was nice to be able to let the dog off her leash for a little while! Thanks!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was visible that the campground was/is being renovated. Previous postings had some comments of the campground being outdated. The grounds are well taken care of by the staff. I would recommend my family and friends to stay at this KOA.

It was a quick stay, and it was raining when we arrived but the park was clean and very nice. We were running a little late and the receptionist called us to make sure we were okay because there was bad weather in the area. I thought that was great customer service. If I ever come through that area again I will be staying here!

It was clean, it was listed cable TV but there was no cable hookup. Regular tv reception was very poor. Needs street lights.

Clean clean clean!!! Rachel was incredibly helpful, personable and engaging. Even though I had never met her before or stayed at this KOA it felt as if I had been here before. The park itself was organized and well kept - even with the many campers present. I’ll be back!

Rachel was amazing! She booked us, called later in the day to check on our progress and came out at 10 at night to get us to our spot. When we were leaving in the morning she came out to say goodbye, inviting us to come back soon. Moving across the country was a bit rough but Rachel was definitely the brightest spot in our adventure. Thank you! Best KOA ever.

We made this reservation on line and stated we wanted to have a site near the restroom/bathhouse. We arrived late and found our site #16 far from the maps restrooms and then we found restrooms and showers unavailable for use.(construction) ?? another restroom we found was locked and no combination was given to us. We have used KOA for many years and were very disappointed with this location!

Undergoing repair/renovation of shower/bathroom at main building leaving two single occupancy shower/bathrooms for the campground, otherwise a nice place with a welcoming host.

We enjoyed our stay, very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the bath houses, they were dirty and need improvement.

We reserved 8 sites and the pavilion for a church youth camping trip, Willis,John and Sherry went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything setup flawlessly

Second to none the staffs friendly and so helpful. If I come in this area for working or pleasure. Will stay at this KOA again and again

After getting stuck in the mud late at nite in the dark the manager/owner was awesome

John and Willis was wondering. We arrived late they stay there until we got there to guide us in brought us firewood that night. When we checked out we had lightning issues they didn't hesitate to jump in to help my husband fix the problem shower houses and bathroom was in great condition. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Dirty, outdated, and small bathrooms. People were driving in and out of the campground all night. It did not feel safe.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We have lots of contractors staying with us who leave for work. Our staff stays very active to ensure all our guests safety. We hope you will visit us again once our office/bath house remodel is complete.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at an establishment that makes rules along the way to get customers deposits and double charges. The manager is the most unprofessional person i have ever met along with Sherri she argues with the customers and the old man did the same. They are taking advantage of flood victims and the manager stated if a church or the government was paying for a flood victim

We are new to the RV camping experience. We pulled In and went to the office. Immediately, the office staff treated us like family. My wife and I booked a 5 night stay. We were working in the area. The camp spot was perfect. We asked for assistance on a few things setting up and then we met John. John was God Sent. John help us every step of the way with our RV camping. Thank you John!!

Willis and his staff were great. We arrived on Christmas and Willis meet at the entrance and guided us in. The camp site was level and we we able to maneuver a 40' 5th wheel with no problem. During set up one the outlets was giving me issues, no problem. Willis had it fixed immediately. This trip supported a permanent move. The stress was reduced since we had a safe place to stay each night

It looks like the park is under renovation which will be good. The gentleman who’s the caretaker/ manager (Willis?) is great. He’s a very sweet man who wanted to be sure we were comfortable and he also made sure the showers/restrooms were clean. However at the time of this writing the showers/bathrooms were on par for an old state park not a KOA (and it’s pricing) and the site wasn’t level

Just stayed one night but the campground was very clean and the management was very friendly. Checked in on line and when I arrived they met me in front of the office and took to to the site.

Nice stay, a bit of road noise from the freeway , but the campground is neat and clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very efficient and kind. He made sure we had a good site. We will stay here again when traveling through.

Nice campground—Lewis (?) called after receiving our online reservation and explained the after hours arrival process. Helpful & friendly! Only complaint is that the sole restroom inexplicably closes from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Bathrooms are very clean and updated! We stayed memorial day and the park was very quiet despite being pretty full. Laundry facilities also clean and high tech. Staff communication was great. It was very clean and safe feeling despite my worries driving in.

Service was exceptional and friendly. Campground location was easy in and out from main highways. Campsites were grass with level gravel parking, pull through for convenience. Beautiful green oasis to relax in peaceful surroundings.
