We stayed two days. Bathhouse was like brand new. Overall it was well taken care of and the staff was responsive.

Pond is no longer there, it did say pool was gone prior to booking but not the pond�. Also no dog park that we could find. Well kept grounds and clean restrooms. Cabins are very dated. Overall ok for a short trip.

We had a great peaceful stay since we last stayed there 2 years ago they have made great improvements the people working there and the manager were great if you needed anything all she had to do was ask and it was taken care of

It appears the bathrooms were newly renovated and were very nice! My only negative was that the dump pipe at our site sat a little higher than most, so we had to manually hold our hose up when dumping the tank to get the slope needed.

Great area and campground. We were warned about the sloping lot but it was worse than expected. The front wheels of my A class wad 5 inches off the ground and my lift was at max. I will purchase more lift pads.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly and courteous. It's a nice scenic stayover spot for those traveling I-40, and a nice spot to stop and chill for a bit!

Very nice resort. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Ground was very clean!! Could be some street lighting. Very dark when walking a pet. Others than that we will be back!!!

It was a nice smaller KOA. We were there after the Labor Day Holiday so quiet. We have a nice tent spot and stayed 2 nights, price was fair. They had a new shower house that was amazing and clean laundry facilities. The caretaker was very friendly.

Nice shady sites, though some may require small amount of leveling. Bathrooms and showers are immaculate with nice tile floors and pine walls. Management was super responsive with a manager stopping by to make sure we were settled in even though the office had closed an hour before. Freeway nearby but since the campground is heavily wooded there was minimal noise.

This KOA was clean & the wi-if worked great! We were traveling and just stayed overnight. They let us know our site info was in the night Dropbox and we were in and out the next morning. Highly recommend!

This was just a quick stop for us, going from South Carolina back to Ohio, but it was the perfect spot. Easy to find, easy to get in, easy to pull through and leave in the morning. Thank you!

The manager, Willis was very kind and helpful with late check in. The cabin was clean and cool. I loved still being able to hear the rain while sleeping inside. The bathrooms were the nicest campground bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Very clean, updated and plenty of space. Only 2 showers as the second bath house was closed but we never had a wait during our stay as most campers had RVs.

Excellent campground. I was most impressed by the bathouse. The place was safe and clean and just what I needed. Well priced, too.

He was so great in helping us get a spot. We needed a long spot for camper and jeep and he had a perfect spot when we arrived. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Great place!

I ended up not staying the night. Yet the staff was very friendly and accommodating the campground is beautiful and facilities were very clean. The only reason I did not stay was my tent got soaked from the day before from a heavy down fall and I was not feeling well so decided to press on and get to my final destination. Heading back home I will be returning here and look forward to staying.

We had to make a last minute reservation for Newport due to weather changing our plans. Willis the camp ground manager is awesome!!!!! Told him RV size and type and when we would get there after hours. He met us when we pulled up at the office and took us to our campsite! The campground is very nice and the bath house was clean, sanitary and well laid out! Totally enjoyed our stay!

Too many tree branches to low on the State rd. Pool not open: Grass growing in the bottom The Websit said only one site was available and about 50% empty. GM was excellent, very helpful. From what we have seen from KOA. This one is not up to their standard.

MY STAY WAS VERY UNEVENTFUL WHICH IS GOOD. THE CHECK-IN WAS GOOD AND THE HOST WAS VERY NICE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE POOL WAS EMPTY AS WE HAD DRIVEN A LONG WAY ON A HOT DAY AND EXPECTED A COOL SWIM TO END OUR DAY. WE SHOULD GET MONEY BACK FOR THAT. ON THE PLUS SIDE, THE REMODELED BATHROOMS WERE SUPER.

It was raining when we got there and raining when we left. It is a nice campsite but needs a little work. The pool was empty but they had new bathrooms attached to the front check-in, needed a code to get in. Shame we had so much rain but it cleaned the RV. Host was good about waiting for us to arrive before 6, we did with 10 mins to spare. Traffic and construction to get there was a nightmare.

Bathrooms were brand new & locked with a secure code which made showering at night feel safer. The cabin was cozy and perfect size for the 3 of us. The pool was closed for remodeling but looked like it will be great when it opens! The only downside was our AC unit continuously turned off & the cabin got warm quickly. Other than that, we had a great stay and would return in the future.

Very nice place, we were there for 1 night. The gentleman who guided us in was awesome, kind and helpful. We had an easy in and out fhu pull-thru. The dog park needs mowing/care and while the bathhouse is beautiful and clean it needs to be more user friendly with a wider shower curtain, towels hooks at the shower, lights above the sink and place to put soap, etc. in the shower.

The workers were great and it was a relief to finally have a campground with shade trees after being on the road for two weeks camping in the direct sunlight. My daughter went to the office to mail some postcards and they gave her a free drink when she stopped by and again later when she went to check our laundry.

Friendly helpful staff allowed me to move my site where there was more shade. I stayed a month and one time the water went out. I also was disappointed that the pool was not open and the pond that was advertised was dried up. Thank you.

Sites are not level. Pool closed. Laundry closed. Stor closes early and not stocked. This is a camp you do not want to stop at. We had a 3 day stay left next day. Did not get a refund. Told the manager we were leaving o well Said do you want to move to an other site. I said no we are leaving.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Yes our pool is closed we have a banner on our website. Our staff did offer to take you around to find a site that better suited you. Our laundry is not closed you need the code from your map to get in and our campstore is stocked with all essentials.

Nice clean rustic cabin. Very friendly staff, and very clean and up to date full bathrooms. Plenty of hot water although the water pressure was a little lacking in the showers. Although the campground is behind a questionable neighborhood, and next to I-40, it was a quiet. I would recommend this campground and would stay here again the next time I am camping in this area. We did notice the following issues with the cabin. 1. The door hinges were a little loose causing the doors to scrape the floor. 2. The half bathroom could use a little work. The wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom did not go all the way to the ceiling. There wasn't a light in the bathroom and it really needs a vent fan. 3. The picnic table had mushrooms growing out of it. We saw the conditions of the table and used the back of my truck to cook our meals
