Great campground! Quiet and laid back. Willis was great to work with and answered ALL of my questions before arrival and took good care of us while we were there too! My only suggestion would be a pool, splash pad, or some other way to cool off.

We were there for 4 days. During that time the dog park was flooded for 3 of those days. Very disappointed. I will not stay here again due to this. Our dogs are family members and this was very disappointing. More should be done to make a better quality park.

BEWARE-RV will scrape at entrance. You can see scrape marks at entrance. Use lot next to it! I had to back out and use the lot next to the entrance for fear of damaging my rig. A class C. Campground was clean. Spot we were in was very unlevel. I would probably not stay here again because of reasons listed.

The campground was very quiet and well maintained, and we really appreciated how clean everything was. One thing to note is that the pool is no longer there, and the pond has dried up, so a couple of the amenities shown or mentioned are no longer available. Overall, it was still a peaceful place to stay.

The place was clean, very well maintained, the people who run the place, very nice and friendly and willing to help, driving in you can see how clean everything is, I'm glad I stayed and sure will be back

We stayed in a half-bath cabin that was very clean and stayed wonderfully cool during the warm evenings. The staff was friendly, the campground was quiet, and the grounds were well maintained. We were disappointed that the pond was dried up. The cabin door also scraped the ground, and the store lacked snacks and s’mores supplies. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Nice & clean, pleasant & helpful attendant! Dumpster at end of deadend path makes it challenging to dispose of trash as you leave.

The staff very nice and helpful, it is a nice quiet place to stay the night with recently refurbished showers and rest rooms.

It was a quiet place,Willis the GM was Great! Its a good place to stop over but It wouldn't be a go to destination for us. There really wasn't anything for the kids to do and cars coming and going all hours of the night. I never really felt comfortable letting my 7 y/o leave the campsite alone here. Also the dumpster is in a terrible spot,you can't drop your trash in while hooked to you camper.

We had a great spot and the check in was a breeze and the gentleman running the campground was so helpful and delivered ice to our spot. Will camp there again

A smaller KOA, but a great stay. Manger was very accommodating and patient with all our questions (we're new to rv'ing).the dog park was great, but could use improvements. It floods when it rains, which makes it useless. Our dogs did enjoy using it while they were able. Bath house was very new and clean. We will stay again.

Very nice campground. Laundry facilities are very nice. My only recommendation would be to put a chair or two in there and maybe a liquid detergent vending machine if laundry pods are not to be used.

We’ll be back! This koa is a laid back, quiet (except for some I 40 noise), small, clean/tidy and an A+ host place to stay. The updated restrooms and convenient laundry is a definite plus.

beautiful place, new bathrooms, clean grounds....and i got there late without a reservation and the manager went above and beyond to get me a great site, great price, and was very very kind. really nice place.

Stay was great! Willis goes above and beyond for his customers. No a huge park with a lot of amenities but it’s safe and well taken care of. Would recommend and stay there again. Thanks Willis for great customer service.

Just off of I 40 in Newport Tennessee. This is a regular stop on our travels North. The new management has done a nice job of cleaning up this resort. While it does not have the amenities you will find at a holiday KOA. It is a nice stop during our regular travels.

Loved our experience staying long term at the KOA in Newport Tennessee. The manager Willis was awesome. He was watchful and helpfull. If there was a problem he was on top of it and solved them.

We had to find a place to park our RV since I40 had a major delay due to a landslide and flooding. Right before Ashville. It was 8pm and tired, we were running behind due too traffic in Knoxville. We call the Newport KOA because the KOA app had a note to call if passed closing. Mr William, the host answer and was able to get us a site. To top it off, the next day we had a dead battery. Even though it was Monday his day off he came over to jump start the truck. VERY NICE AND GREAT SERVICE 👍. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

It was an amazing campground to stay in the Smokies! The staff went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated it. Would recommend staying here you won't regret your stay. Felt like staying with a good family member!
