It’s OK if you need a place for one night. The camp store is kinda helter skelter… when we went to the front desk, just to the side of it, was a lady with 2 or 3 kids on the floor playing with toys snd eating snacks. I understand that help is hard to come by these days, but it was unprofessional. Traffic noise was loud.

Great spot, clean bathrooms and showers, friendly staff. for as close as it it is to Interstate 40, the truck noise was not bad. We had no complaints at all.

We liked the park in general. The issues we had were; the site (36) we were in is entirely too narrow. We have a small 34’ travel trailer and when we opened up our slide out, we were basically in our neighbors (34) living room. I feel those two site should be made into one site. Also, someone living in the park decides it’s a great idea to drive around the park at night with no muffler

Beautiful campground with great and welcoming staff. The only recommendation is to update the details of the basic cabin with the toilet. Didn't know it only had a curtain around the toilet, was a little embarrassed for a romantic getaway! Lol

Office was a nightmare, looked like a day care with small children everywhere. Attendant couldn't even get out of her chair to help me because she was tending to one of the todlers and yelling at another. No escort at this KOA unlike others. Site was OK, everything worked. Many sites seemed like they lived there, did not leash their dogs and left them alone to bark all day.

Overall OK. Best part was good convenience to Newport area and friendly, helpful staff. Biggest detractors weak ìnternet and big truck noise from interstate. Would probably stay again, just pick a site closer to wifi.

Asked if wheelchair accessible and campground said yes. Nothing was wheelchair accessible. Cabin door wouldn't even open smoothly. I'd be more likely to get a hotel than stay there again. There was more fulltime rv living there than campers customers.

Friendly staff Site was not inspected before our arrival, had debris from previous occupant Cable was disconnected and cable box was inoperable, staff addressed promptly Site was significantly off level

Hooked up to 30 Amp power (with surge protector) and promptly blew out our GFCI circuit breaker. Campground appears worse for wear; lot of long term camper. Pool was not maintained.

This was our first attempt at tent camping as a family. The spot well set up, clean, and peaceful. There was event a concert! It was a great experience for our first try and we will continue to explore other areas with everything we learned during this experience!

Crushed stone driveways create an enormous amount of dust which is not only irritating to eyes and nose, it leaves a leaves a heavy coating on cars and Rvs that is damaging to the paint if not quickly removed.

It's a smaller campground but nice enough for overnight stays. Gravel roads and tighter parking but our big rig still fit. Hilly walk to the bath house so we used our own and cannot comment on them. Perfect halfway point stop for us when we are heading towards the coast. We'll definitely be back. The pool is pretty but was getting green at the end of the season. Hopefully we can swim next year.

I would have rated them higher if I could have gotten a premium site. The premium sites were all taken up by longtime residence.

This property is a dump. Bath and showers are broken, plumbing backed up…. Just terrible. The pool was said to be open but had green algae growth and had not been maintained. Will not stop here again. Should not be advertised as a KOA, bad for your brand.

Super hot water shower, great campsite, very quiet people. I used the website and booked ahead and they left all our info in the late registration box when we arrived after dark. The highway noise is a bit loud, but it’s really fine considering how wonderful the whole place was. Thanks again for a great stay!

Office manager and staff make your stay seamless! Ver helpful, and when buying wood they even brought to our site. Our stay was over Labor Day and they had so many activities! Very clean site! Couldn’t thank them more for all their HARD work!

When we arrived the lots were uneven and did not have a patio as was posted online. The water hookup was no where near the electric and sewer hookups. The worst part the pool was atrocious!!! A huge buildup of algae was rampant. We were told by a resident that it only gets cleaned once a month if that. It was totally unusable. Supposedly, the pump was broken. No LP. Horrible, never stay here again

Great little park. Kids have lots to do there and it looks like they are working to make more fun spaces for the kids. It’s quiet and clean. Just what we needed for the 4 days we were there. Also close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg but away from the traffic and crowds. The owners were very nice and attentive to any needs we had.

Easy in, easy out. Sites a little close, but we only stayed overnight en route elsewhere, so it was fine. Very accommodating for late arrival. Stayed in a Travel trailer.

Great campground, I would rate it a 10 if the site had been level, off enough that I had to pull on blocks on one side and raise the tongue quite a bit

Nice clean rustic cabin. Very friendly staff, and very clean and up to date full bathrooms. Plenty of hot water although the water pressure was a little lacking in the showers. Although the campground is behind a questionable neighborhood, and next to I-40, it was a quiet. I would recommend this campground and would stay here again the next time I am camping in this area. We did notice the following issues with the cabin. 1. The door hinges were a little loose causing the doors to scrape the floor. 2. The half bathroom could use a little work. The wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom did not go all the way to the ceiling. There wasn't a light in the bathroom and it really needs a vent fan. 3. The picnic table had mushrooms growing out of it. We saw the conditions of the table and used the back of my truck to cook our meals
