Constant cars running through the campground, locked out of bathhouse one night and could hear someone having sex in there, had a woman try to make us move at 2 am

Someone outside the campground was using our electrical outlet via a long power cable. It is quite obvious that this person is stealing electricity from the campground. I have a video to prove it. We told the owner of the campground and didn't investigate on that mater. We were disappointed by his reaction since we paid to have electricity at our campsite.

We only stayed 1 night the campground was nice the store was nice but as we were leaving contractors parked their trailer right in the driveway which made it very difficult to get around and didn’t seemed interested in moving it!

The best and cleanest Koa we have stayed at from Nevada to Pennsylvania and heading back to Nevada. Your cement paved slab and cement patio together was great.

Friendly staff. We have been here before and it’s one of our favorite stops. We can’t wait to see all of the enhancements completed. It looks great so far.

We had a great time. The grounds were nice and Carla who runs the place took very good care of us. They also are building this nice children's area. Nice laundry area, clean pool. We will definitely return.

This Koa was unlike any we’ve ever stayed in a bad way. So many long term campers that we’re old, junky and not maintained! It’s right near the interstate so the road noise wad was bad. Nothing special or nice about this place besides a great play areas for kids. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and they smelled.

It was a very excellent stay!! Very polite employees and very quiet place to stay! I definitely recommend anybody who enjoys camping to stay at the Newport I40 KOA!

Too noisy. I guess it would be ok for just an overnighter but not more than that. Ladies restroom was not clean. People in the office were very nice and helpful but the campground seemed to be run by an immature young man.

We live on the road in our van and stopped over for an evening on our way through town. We arrived after hours and were able to quickly find our spot. We enjoyed a safe & peaceful night's sleep!

A great summer location with lots of activities for families and kids on site as well as in the surrounding areas of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Smoky Mountain National Park. The kids loved this KOA! The new management is top-notch, friendly, welcoming, and flexible. I felt right at home.

The ladies bathroom had no toilet paper for two days, the mens room wasn’t cleaned the first two or three days. Huge globs of hair in mens sinks, and there was no soap in the mens room to wash hands all week. Came home late Wednesday night to find new combination locks on the bathroom doors with no idea what the code was. Pool was closed all week due to being green. Mens showers dirty.

Okay campground. Pool was not adequately maintained, green water all the time, major turn off. Salt water pools are the way to go down South, not sure why they messing around with chlorine. Most of the cable TV boxes were in rough shape. Campsites were very narrow, we had to change spots on arrival as we didn't have room for awning and slide outs. Wifi reception was crap. Staff was nice.

Great location near the interstate and not too far from the lake. Only issue I had was bathrooms need some updating and cleaning.

Fine for overnight, although it is a several miles drive off of the interstate. Most campers looked to be permanent residents. Site was NOT level, so much so that we never could get level. We had such a tilt to the right that we did not feel comfortable putting out our longest slide on that side. Pool was green, although it appeared they were addressing that as we pulled out the next morning.

Very nice people, but the campground needs work. Restrooms clean but dated with tiny toilets. Camp sites gravel and not level. Pool was green and not inviting. Didn't see anyone swimming. Just needs some work to be much better.

It is a place to stay, but very much below the KOA standard, grass uncut, trash all over the place, dead limb hanging off the trees for a long time, escort said the dogs can run free and that was evident from all the poop around the sites, whereas the dog park was largely unused. We wanted to give it a try, but we won't be back and can't advise others to stay there either.

It’s not what I expected, very old and out dated, the hook ups for the trailer were scary. Fish pond didn’t exist. Bathrooms not clean. No propane.

We have stayed in many KOA’s across the country and this just didn’t hit the high quality mark for us. The road was muddy getting to our site. And we never found the dog park. The pool was green and no propane. Just not up to KOA standards.

We stayed last year for a softball tournament and enjoyed it. When we needed to go South this year and looked for a place 1/2 way, it was a no brainer! We enjoyed our overnight stay again.

Grounds and roads were nicely kept up. Staff was friendly. Definitely a stop off campground. The Mens restroom could use an overhaul.

Stopped here on the way back from the beach. It was a nice quiet campground. Only issue we had was my son was stuck in the restroom with no toilet paper until we got back from the store and my wife got him a roll from the womens restroom.

Late arrival and early check out worked without issue. Site is close to highway and fairly noisy, OK with AC on. Facility was nice but with some maintenance issues during our stay. Site was good with a bit of a side hill slope.

Warning - tight fit for big rigs. Entrance is narrow road thru a neighborhood. We had several limbs hit the top of our 40-foot Tiffin. Great staff. Great location, but difficult for bigger rigs.

Bathrooms are very clean and updated! We stayed memorial day and the park was very quiet despite being pretty full. Laundry facilities also clean and high tech. Staff communication was great. It was very clean and safe feeling despite my worries driving in.

Service was exceptional and friendly. Campground location was easy in and out from main highways. Campsites were grass with level gravel parking, pull through for convenience. Beautiful green oasis to relax in peaceful surroundings.
