Nice & clean, pleasant & helpful attendant! Dumpster at end of deadend path makes it challenging to dispose of trash as you leave.

The staff very nice and helpful, it is a nice quiet place to stay the night with recently refurbished showers and rest rooms.

It was okay. The bathroom/showers were impeccable. Did not like the road into the campground.

It was a quiet place,Willis the GM was Great! Its a good place to stop over but It wouldn't be a go to destination for us. There really wasn't anything for the kids to do and cars coming and going all hours of the night. I never really felt comfortable letting my 7 y/o leave the campsite alone here. Also the dumpster is in a terrible spot,you can't drop your trash in while hooked to you camper.

We had a great spot and the check in was a breeze and the gentleman running the campground was so helpful and delivered ice to our spot. Will camp there again

A smaller KOA, but a great stay. Manger was very accommodating and patient with all our questions (we're new to rv'ing).the dog park was great, but could use improvements. It floods when it rains, which makes it useless. Our dogs did enjoy using it while they were able. Bath house was very new and clean. We will stay again.

Very nice campground. Laundry facilities are very nice. My only recommendation would be to put a chair or two in there and maybe a liquid detergent vending machine if laundry pods are not to be used.

We’ll be back! This koa is a laid back, quiet (except for some I 40 noise), small, clean/tidy and an A+ host place to stay. The updated restrooms and convenient laundry is a definite plus.

Wifi did not work, sites uneven,, trees were not trimmed very well. Best part of the park was the man parking us. Also too expensive

beautiful place, new bathrooms, clean grounds....and i got there late without a reservation and the manager went above and beyond to get me a great site, great price, and was very very kind. really nice place.

Stay was great! Willis goes above and beyond for his customers. No a huge park with a lot of amenities but it’s safe and well taken care of. Would recommend and stay there again. Thanks Willis for great customer service.

Just off of I 40 in Newport Tennessee. This is a regular stop on our travels North. The new management has done a nice job of cleaning up this resort. While it does not have the amenities you will find at a holiday KOA. It is a nice stop during our regular travels.

���������� Wonderful staff, clean, & quiet!This was our very 1st stop as we started our RV adventures, & it set the bar incredibly high! The park is clean, well-maintained, & very quiet. What really makes this place shine is the people—Willis and his wife were super friendly & welcoming from the start. Katie was absolutely awesome and so helpful. We’ll definitely return!!

Great sites for RVs. Very clean campground and well kept. Katie in the office was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Willis, the manager, is always working on the campground to make sure it stays great for the campers. Love this campground and will be back next year.

We traveled from Yuma Arizona. Up to Wyoming, down to Colorado and all the way across the country to South Carolina. During our trip we stayed at 8 KOA’a and 3 private campgrounds. Of our entire trip, Newport/I-40/Smoky Mountains was the absolute best KOA of them all. Clean, very well maintained and the owner was the nicest person we ran into. Highly recommend this KOA!

We stayed 4 days full hookup. Did not use facilities. Site was level and easy to get into. We explored area by geocaching.

Campground host was very helpful in guiding us into our site. Sites are somewhat roomy but getting in and out can be challenging depending on where you are and how big you are. Watch out for trees when turning. The area is beautiful and a haven for dogs and people. This was a one stop passing through for us.

Booked 4nights and didn't even stay 24hrs. Explained why and was not offered anything. Refund, not even an apology. Won't ever stay at a KOA.

The camp-host Willis was very helpful with getting a reservation as I wasn’t able to do it online. Peaceful quiet park with some fulltime people on site.

Very helpful Owner. Listened to our request and made it happen. It was a nice campground. The only thing that I was missing was a shelf in the bathroom to put my wash up kit. Great location for day trips to the Smokey Mountains and Looking Glass Falls. so much to see! about 50 minutes to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

This was my second time staying at this campground. The receptionist at check-in was great she was very friendly and explained everything very well. All the staff were great at this campground. I look forward to returning to this campground again in the future. The grouds staff keep the campground very clean. I would recommend this campground to anyone.

Nice clean rustic cabin. Very friendly staff, and very clean and up to date full bathrooms. Plenty of hot water although the water pressure was a little lacking in the showers. Although the campground is behind a questionable neighborhood, and next to I-40, it was a quiet. I would recommend this campground and would stay here again the next time I am camping in this area. We did notice the following issues with the cabin. 1. The door hinges were a little loose causing the doors to scrape the floor. 2. The half bathroom could use a little work. The wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom did not go all the way to the ceiling. There wasn't a light in the bathroom and it really needs a vent fan. 3. The picnic table had mushrooms growing out of it. We saw the conditions of the table and used the back of my truck to cook our meals
