We had a great experience. Staff very polite and helpful. We forgot extra linens for pull out couch bed. Very clean cabin. This is our second time here and both times have been excellent.

Stayed here 5-6 times - great. Last two times have been rough. Last time we had mites in our cabin covering all our belongings, had to switch cabins, borrow bedding, and scald everything. No discount for the trouble of moving at 10:30 at night and dealing with it all. This time, bathrooms flooded and sewer coming up in shower. Lines were so long that showers were impossible. No discount

I have stayed at hundreds of campgrounds in my life, KOA has to be the by far the best of the best. The staff at the New Bern location are friendly, helpful, and are a vital role in making our stay better. The campgrounds and facilities are clean and very well maintained. We look forward to spending many more nights in this location!

I loved the cabin location, the bathrooms, and the pool. The door to the cabin was a problem. The front door had large gaps around it that bugs could crawl through. The door was difficult when we had to go in and out frequently. The inside and outside doors were both loud, which made it difficult to use without waking someone. The air conditioning couldn't cool both rooms of the cabin.

Loved the stay as always. This time a few issues that were resolved. TV broken, replaced. Knobs on stove stripped, replaced. Microwave unplugged way up top took me a while to find why and where the plug was. There was/is no turn dish inside microwave, so food cooked a little differently.

This was our 5th year coming to Koa New Bern. Our first time in the 2 room camping rustic cabin over the 4th of July. Cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, a/c was cold, bathrooms very close and clean. I loved the swing on the big covered porch! New manager's and staff are doing a phenomenal job. Grounds super clean! Fireworks from the river were great, even with a weather delay.

Stayed in K7 cabin. For holiday weekend 4th of July. The KOA planned a number of activities for the kids daily and staff were always welcoming and friendly. One of our favorite places to go camping.

We had a quick overnight cabin stay. We were able to swim, enjoy ice cream and have dinner at the food truck. In the morning we saw dolphins at the pier! The food truck is a great idea and the food was delicious!! Thank you for always making our stay wonderful!

Stayed in a camping cabin with 2 grandkids. This is the 4th time we have stayed & always have so much fun. Staff is very friendly & always responded to the texts. Bathrooms very clean.

We had a great time. Had family visit from out of state and we all enjoyed the stay. First time in the pool this trip. It was the perfect depth for my kids that they can play without floats. Employees were so friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd of many stays here.

We as a family had 2 deluxe cabins and 1 tent site, every site more than met our needs our individual needs, and we had the Best views. We are already looking forward to our next visit. I personally stayed in the cabin that had the separate bedroom, it was amazing, space, comfort, supplies in the cabin, full size refrigerator, full bathroom, bunks, swing, & patio were enjoyed by all!

This was our first stay at a KOA and it made a great impression. I will definitely start looking at these places more often when traveling. Kids had a blast and was very affordable, if not cheaper than a normal hotel.

Loved it as always. Only thing I would recommend is bug zappers in the bath houses. When went to take shower there were tons of mosquitoes in the shower.
