We had such a wonderful weekend!! Spending quality time with our grandchildren is priceless, and this trip gave us the opportunity to slow down, laugh, and make sweet memories together. The campground is clean, peaceful, and family-friendly, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Thank you for providing such a great place for families to relax, connect, and enjoy time together l.

We checked in on a Thursday and out on Sunday! We stayed in a cabin and our party of 4 had a blast! The cabin was stocked with the things you’d need! We never felt crammed, the cabins were cool which was much needed on the hot part of the days! We enjoyed all the activities we partook in and the kids enjoyed the fishing and pool! We can’t wait to come back and explore other HOA properties!

We had a great time. The ladies at the store were very accommodating and when I called for a delivery for ice or wood it was delivered very quickly. Trash was picked up fast. The pool was clean and very well maintained. Bathhouse was clean. The area was nice and weak keep. The kids loved the ride around the camp and soap machine. Over all had a wonderful time and plan coming again soon.

Staff was lovely, we were actually escorted to our site, which was great! We really loved our site, it was breezy and shady. The campground itself is cozy and clean. We will come back ASAP!

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. This KOA never disappoints, even after 11 years of camping here. Always quiet and immaculately kept. I know Mrs. Pat must be smiling down from heaven knowing that her legacy of excellence is being carried on.

We spent the week at the park Monday to Friday. Enjoyed the park and took our grandson but unfortunately sounded like many of the activities are on Saturday so we missed them. We'll be back.

We always love staying here! The people are always nice and extremely helpful. We usually tent camp but with the temperatures lately we stayed in one of the cabins this time. It was very nice! Looking forward to returning soon.

Jackie and her team were wonderful and made my stay comfortable and relaxed. The cabin was clean and perfectly cold for a hot and humid day. It was an excellent surprise to also see whistle wetters on site with their amazing lemonade! Thank you Jackie and team!

We were long term campers- stayed three months. It was a lifesaver for us. A quiet place on the river with a friendly, helpful staff. We couldn’t ask for anything more.

Thankful for the trees in this campground they made a very hot July weekend bearable especially with an evening breeze off of the river. We enjoy staying at this campground several times a year.

We enjoyed our stay at the New Bern KOA. The park staff and work campers are all really friendly and there were a lot of activities going on for the children. Our site was good, #10, because it had some shade which was a welcome relief from the hot sun. The sites are tight and the picnic table was in bad condition. Proximity to New Bern was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I really appreciate the attention paid to us upon arrival and the attendants that assisted us to our site. The attendant even assisted by being a spotter while backing into our site. Daily communication from administration about activities taking place in the campground during the holiday weekend helped us decide what to do in our down time. You really need to plant trees for the actual tent area. It is brutal in the blazing sun (perhpas move the tent areas to RV's section/vice versa)! Also, the firepits need to be in a central location- you can't all sit around the fire because it is on the corner of where the table is located. That doesn't make any sense. Otherwise, pier was great and kayaking was fantastic!!

My only “complaint “ is they used to send text messages for things happening: events; food trucks; etc and that isn’t happening anymore so we’re missed things I would’ve participated in.

Everything was great! The only complaint we have is communication leading up to the stay and during. A lady named Jackie answered the phone each time we called and was very rude each time. She was there at check in and just overall seemed like an unhappy person. We used to be greeted by such friendly staff! My family and I also did not receive activity texts like usual. We've always loved New Bern KOA because of the staff. Chino and Lenny always stopped by to welcome us and make sure everything was okay. The campground is still beautiful and well kept, but the staff isn't as engaging. The grounds manager never acknowledged us. CJ, Megan, and Caleb were the exception. Despite it being our first meeting, their outstanding customer service made us feel welcome.

We have been coming here for July 4th for approximately 12 years. I was a bit disappointed this year. Our site had not been cleaned up and the furniture was dirty and covered with ants. There was trash in our fire pit and the light globe hadn't been cleaned in a long while. There weren't as many activities as there used to be.

This was the third consecutive July holiday we chose to stay at New Bern KOA. The environment has always been very welcoming. This year, the vibe was different. Every time I entered the front office, I felt like I was interrupting the conversation amongst the front desk girls. The welcoming vibe wasn’t the same. The ground’s staff was wonderful. The campground was still well taken care of.

We stayed for the July 4th holiday and were very happy with the campground. This was our first time here. The campground was clean, well kept, friendly staff and nice size sites. We enjoyed the pool and watching the fireworks from the dock.

Fantastic stay. I visited solo for five nights, and everything exceeded expectations. The staff was wonderful—from the ladies in the store to the guys on the golf carts who were always ready to help. The campground was clean and well�maintained, and the bathhouses were consistently nice and spotless. Beautiful location, too, with plenty to do just a short drive away if you feel like exploring!

Great stay. We were in a deluxe patio site, 4,9, with a great view of river. Site was huge and loved our patio! We visited Tryon Palace and Ft. Macon. Both were very interesting. Would come back and relax in the pool. We were fortu in that the weather cooled and we were able to have a fire. Staff was great!

This KOA is our favorite campground. We enjoyed another perfect weekend trip. The activities, pool and playground is perfect for kids. The view of the water is beautiful. We already have another reservation booked.

Pizza really good, very digestible dough, which is rare even in Italy. Fast service and very kind staff. If you are in Miami, in the Coconut Grove area and fancy pizza, feel free to try it.

It is in the corners of a building and out of sight that you will have the chance to discover a small pizzeria with a warm and family Mood. Sober decoration, well thought out and varied menu with basic pizzas to more elaborate pizzas in a really reasonable price range. The products are very qualitative nothing to complain about and special mention for homemade chilli oil (also available for sale for $16) which was simply a delight without forgetting Italian beer. No booking possible but several services without worries, 6:30 pm seems to be the right time to find more space without having to wait having tried twice this slot. In conclusion a dynamic, smiling and efficient team with clean toilets. I recommend you with pleasure this address that deserves to stop there. 🥳❤️🌿

Delicious! Great service and super tasty! The Caprese was fresh and the wine was really good. We enjoyed it! We were boring and got the meat pizza, our friends got a star special that was yum. Try the spicy balsamic for sure!
