It is always fun to go Downtown and get a drink, but have you ever tried to find the elusive Printer’s Alley? This alleyway is more of a gateway to some amazing bars and dining options. In the early 20th century, the alley was home to a thriving publishing industry. It was the home base for two large newspapers and at least ten print shops! As time passed, the location evolved, becoming home to restaurants and saloons. The bars which reside there now are descendants of those bars. Two of the more popular bars are Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar and Fleet Street Pub, but don’t hesitate to check out the other shops on the street!
The Gulch is another location you can’t miss visiting! With so many options for divine food, shopping, and classy bars. It’s definitely the up and coming side of Nashville. The Gulch has a strong focus on connectivity and walkability. With all the different types of delicious drinks, don’t forget to try their traditional pub plates which offer burgers and sandwiches. And those are just two of the options for dining, so make sure to take a walk through the Gulch!

Either way, you’ll see more than history from Nashville because there are items from all over! Walking through Antique Archaeology is like seeing America’s pop culture past.
