Maintenance staff was extremely helpful I had a problem with my camper and they stopped what they were doing to get me started. Pool and bathrooms and site very clean. Only problem was the no-seeums

This is a newer KOA. The location is good and the park has some nice amenities. We used it as a base to visit the Everglades and Marco Island. Despite being new, it is the typical KOA with very narrow roadways that make turning and parking your tow vehicle difficult. They packed the sites in very tight, and you will be right next to your neighbor with NO barriers of trees, bushes or any nature.

Not my favorite KOA as the place was desolate and the bugs were ferocious. More likely tough timing, but we have stayed at many more enjoyable stops

Worst KOA my family and I have ever stayed at, it is not a family campground. The only thing to do there is a pool for the kids, only a few employees were nice. We were told when we got there 1 car per lot but everyone else was able to have 2 plus a trailer. Our other car had to be parked up front, if you’re not a foreigner they don’t care about you. Probably should change their name to FOA

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Spoke to guest they had multiple vehicles on site two 4. WE had to locate proper place for all the extra vehicles. Our sites can only accomodate max 1 vehicle. We did discuss this with guest during their stay and tried helping when ever we could.

Very nice. We had the patio site at the back with a tree for a quick overnight. We enjoyed an evening and morning walk around the paved roads of the campground. The pool looks beautiful and is the biggest I've seen at a koa. The bathrooms and showers were new, spacious, and had hair dryers. we stopped in before snowbird season - it was a very quiet stopover. Thanks.

Beautiful campground, bathroom immaculate, (here it comes). But don’t understand why you don’t put campers together or just near each other. Campers are usually a very social community. Non seasonal campers should get a better price as you are setup for snow birds. There are plenty of non seasonal campers that would enjoy things in the summer season.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Guest was in a deluxe patio site with other campers around him. We do have crafts and activities for campers to do and are not only a snowbird campground as all are welcome all year.

RV spaces are large levelconcrete pads. The entire park is impeccably clean the pool and spa are beautiful! Fantastic gift shop and very welcoming employees. I had my propane tanks filled, and they delivered them back at my spot! One of the nicest KOA’s ever!

We enjoyed our stay. It was surprisingly quiet, considering the camp's proximity to various main roads. There is a lot of work going on at this KOA, a very positive thing. The entire KOA staff couldn't have been nicer. We didn't use the public restrooms or laundry, so cannot comment on those.

Although we only stayed 1 night, there were several things that made this a great stop. The biggest was the people. My husband is in a wheelchair and we had reserved the accessible site. However, our camper proved to be a little too big for it and everyone from the ladies at the desk to Eddie and the other crew were flexible and helpful in finding us a site that worked for us.

Staff are so very friendly and helpful. Park is clean and ell maintained. Ample size sites. Great dog park. Plenty of amenities like sitting areas and outdoor games. We will be back!

The campground itself is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. No complaints. We had a huge issue with the no see ums. They were horrible ! You couldn’t sit outside.

Normally, we love to camp at Naples/Marco island koa. However the no see ums were out of control. There's got to be some kind of spray that can be put around the camp ground to control them. It was a rainy weekend, I understand, but the lanes between the campers were so flooded perhaps some drains in the streets would help. We were very disappointed this time around.

I cant say enough about the staff at Naples/Marco Island KOA! We rented 3 cabins and 1 RV lot for the weekend. It ended up raining the entire time. The staff did their best to still make it enjoyble for all. I would highly recommend KOA Marco Island!

The personnel were excellent and super friendly! The campground was very clean, but we were there while it rained, and there was a lot of flooding. The camper spots were too close to each other. Lucky for us there was no one next to us or we would have been in each other’s face. There might have been sewage leak, caused by flooding, I could smell it.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend to just get away. the staff was extremely nice and friendly. they were very informative about the cane toads and mosquitos and no see ums. i was prepared and appreciated the help. The pool was nice and the hot tub was also great. It was a quiet weekend and not a lot of campers ( which i liked )> they couldn't help the rain but it was worth it ! we'll be back !

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
