Very nice cabin. Really enjoyed screened in porch. Appreciate friendly staff lady that recommended restaurant that had wonderful with Gulf side view. Just what we were looking for. Wonderful KOA!

We stayed in a deluxe cabins this visit, which was a great choice with the no-seeums that eat you alive. Cabin was nice, ac kept up with the heat. Negative: Office hours were incorrect, was listed 9 to 5, but real hours are from 9-12, 1-4pm. We arrived at 4:13pm. When I the next morning found out they charged me for the whole 3 day stay, not like other KOAs that Just charge for the first night.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Guest was late arrival. Our hours are listed on the building. He was also given an extra discount for his stay. We only charged 1 night deposit and then the difference following morning.

We absolutely loved our cabin. Super clean and a great space overall. The campsite was also very well kept. It was the perfect weekend getaway!

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is great and right where you want to be. It’s an oasis that is a hidden gem. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

The campground was clean and the staff was friendly, but our stay was not quite what we expected due to the large number of mosquitoes. It was difficult to enjoy the outdoor areas and activities because of them. We hope mosquito control can be improved, as it would make the experience much more enjoyable for future guests.”

It was short but sweet. Local of this KOA is convenient to everything; stores, restaurants, entertainment. You name it. Also the campground is clean well staffed and cater to all needs to make your stay memorable. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and grand children really liked the ladies in the office! Accommodation were very clean thanks to the housekeeping team. It was a very memorable experience for the entire family!

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The cabin was clean, beds were comfy, kitchenette had basic utensils and we really liked that the bathroom included a hair dryer and hotel style toiletries. Also, having towels and pool towels included was very convenient and saved me from doing laundry on our vacation. Thank you!

The Naples/Marco Island KOA is the perfect place for a family vacation! It is set in a quiet location next to a Nature Preserve. It is close to numerous beaches. The grounds are well cared for and each year we notice improvements. This year there was a wonderful new playground! The staff are friendly and personable! Everything is very clean! Thank-you!

We stayed for two nights in a 4 person cabin. While the sleeping accomodations were tight, the house was clean and the staff was amazing. Laura, in particular, was extremely helpful and friendly. We are grateful for our time there.

My stay was a little long for a camping cabin. First one I've stayed at that didn't have a TV. Staff and fellow campers were all friendly. Very nice facilities.

This location is amazing, the lodge we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. The fishing area was a beautiful. The boat are was convenient. The staff was very friendly and maintained a the facility. Definitely would stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Very clean, well run, probably the best KOA we have ever stayed in! They left keys out for a late arrival and accommodated an early departure. Exceptional hot tub and pool! Our daughter and husband had some electrical issues in their cabin but we did not. One t shirt I purchased should have been sale priced as was the one correctly charged the day prior but I should have paid better attention.

We initially had an issue, reserving and expecting a platform tent site in quiet area, given an rv site by the pool as overflow due to a tech issue with our tent site being overlapped by someone else. We spoke to the woman working who realized we did not like the rv site and was able to move us to a cabin which actually worked out perfectly, quiet spot, very nice. She was great. Place very clean

We only had time for a brief one night visit, but found the campground very well maintained and clean. The atmosphere at the pool was fun and social with guests who were friendly and respectful. The staff we interacted with were all helpful and friendly. We will be back!

We had a relaxing family weekend the love grounds at this koa and the helpful staff. It is clean ,fun,and dog friendly. We stayed in the delix cabin this time and it had everything we could want!we will be back.

We stayed in a cabin. Everything was clean and worked well and was wonderful. We understand that you can only improve if you are made aware of any issues. For us, that issue would be that the tv was basically not working. We experienced this before in our two previous stays, and we were always told that the system is overloaded when the park is full. A solution would be wonderful.

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
