We visited friends for three nights that are staying there for a month. Friendly and attentive staff at the front desk as well as the men driving around on golf carts picking up trash all day long. CLEAN washrooms. Site Backing up to the mangroves brings lots of noseums. Wear your lavender!

John, Craig, and Paul are the very best KOA ambassadors. They are helpful with questions, engaging to speak with, and keep this RV resort squeaky clean. That aside, just be mindful that the sites are very narrow and small.

Wonderful staff, very friendly, remembered our names from day 1. Very helpful when we had a truck issue and couldn't move out on our exit day. A busy campground but spots are large and roomy. Lots of friendly snowbirds. Has a very friendly and community feel. Daily texts communicating meals, yoga, bingo, and other organized activities. Great bathrooms and pool, open 24hrs. Highly recommend

I’m a big fan of KOA, always pleasant, safe & social. I meet great people every time. Only downside at this KOA is the lighting around the pool. It will light up a full city block or big box parking lot. They could easily change this by dimming or eliminating 3 of the 4 in that surround the small pool.

The campground was ok, but the sites are really really close together. You wouldn't know this from the pictures on the web site. I feel like for the money we were duped. Shame on me for not doing better research.

A nice, clean, and quiet campground with lots of scheduled activities. Great laundry facilities. My husband would have liked a fire pit at our site like most of the others had, but we noticed that the ones there were too close to the motorhomes the way they were positioned at the sites that we wouldn’t have been able to use it anyway. But a very nice.

Typical private park where you are jammed in like sardines but we were just passing through. However, VERY friendly and helpful staff from checking you in, to activities, to filling with propane. A good stop.

We had a nice stay. They are a bit pricey. They could up their offerings for a "BBQ". doesn't meet our standards for what a barbeque is. It was just a burger or dogs cooked on a grill. I have a brother in Naples so we will be back next winter.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially John! Really appreciated him. We really didn't use any of the amenities or do any activities but seemed like a lot going on if we had wanted to. Pool looked nice. Loved the location near Marco Island. Will return if in the area again!

No laudary mat for 5 days, lost power for hours in part of campground and they shut the water off for hrs and never notified that it was back on. When we arrived after the store was closed the sites were not marked at all. We were notified the next day that we were in the wrong site.Other than that their activities program was great and the staff was friendly.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Good afternoon we apologized because we are still working on marking out Sites. Guests had to leave early we refunded unused portion which is against our no refund policy and did not charge for hitting palm tree and us having to remove it.

Although the sites are very close together, the campground is immaculate, staff is wonderful & the pool and spa are inviting!

Unlevel site. Very little space between sites. Water tap was so low to the ground I couldn't screw water filter on. Big, bright, horrible orange street light on lamppost opposite bedroom window. After-hours "urgent need" phone # had no voice mail when phone wasn't answered. Grass next to the hookups had a deep hole that staff had to fill with sand. Could've twisted my ankle in it

We apologized for any inconvenience we went to Walmart to get the guest the part he needed for his water and repaired the area around site for him.

Great location, we love the pull thru patio sites for our motor home. The pool area is very nice and open 24 hrs. Park is clean, staff professional & helpful.

Great people and some activities going on everyday. Got to watch the NFL Playoff games on Sunday on the Club house big screen TV. Followed by and Ice Cream Social. Pool is very nice.

I can not say enough about the staff at this KOA. We broke down about 30 minutes from them. The general manager and her husband brought their truck and came and got us and our camper and towed us to our campsite. They even stopped and let us get food. They also were very gracious and extended our stay when our vehicle wasn't ready on time. The campground is beautiful and extremely clean.

Nice campground with planned daily activities. Only two negatives, the campsites are too close together; we could hear people talking in the unit next to us and the last three days the mosquitoes came out like an army! A mitigation treatment would help with that.

We had a wonderful stay especially due to the effort all of the hosts put in! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and went over and beyond! Loved the program and News via text. Only thing to complain is that playground was closed. Besides that everything was wonderful!

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
