Beautiful Campground, VERY clean, activities daily, Staff always welcoming and helpful. ALL the staff worked very hard keeping the campground clean and tidy and they were always ready to help with anyone’s needs or wants. The pool and horn very clean and refreshing, warm water and nice loungers. We will definitely return if we get back to Naples and highly recommend this KOA!

Has all the amenities, but sites are packed in together and our truck/5th wheel rig was slightly too long so we had to keep tailgate open with hitch in the truck bed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff is extremely friendly. Campground sites were in good condition. The shower near the office did run out of hot water at night. It would’ve been nice to have the grass mowed and edged during the week not the weekend. Seems like the playground could’ve been redone already for kids since The hurricane swimming pool in hot tub nights and in good condition the cabins were very nice. Thank you.

Very nice. Only complaint would be a short term guest with 4 barking dogs. they left them unattended and they barked the entire time

Your staff is excellent. Attention to details and courteous. We very much enjoyed staying at your facility. Very clean, organized, sites well manicured, garbage pickup frequently, pool and hot tub fabulous. Everyone we spoke to thought highly of your place. Great location for visiting to local area. Really good bike riding and walking. Thanks for everything.

First the park is very nice and well kept. Probably the nicest KOA we have stayed at. However, since I am highly allergic to mosquito/noseum bites, I wasn’t out of the car 5 minutes and had over 50 bites on my feet. Consequently the next 5 days was spent mostly inside the RV. I would recommend this issue be on your page for those of us who have this issue (unless I missed it when I reserved

Loved the campground! The staff was among the best we have ever had the pleasure to meet! Lots of activities if you are so inclined. The pool was awesome. Only downside was the locals, and by that I am referring to the mosquitoes and noseeums. For me the only remedy was Cutter Spray with 40% deet and dressing like it was winter after 5 pm!

Other than my site being directly under the Wi-Fi tower causing poor signal quality everything was excellent.

The premium site (KOA Patio, B Row, end site) I reserved states on the Naples / Marco Island KOA website, "parking for two vehicles". When checking in I was told there was a parking fee per day for the second vehicle. You should be upfront and state this on your website rather than blindsiding a very loyal KOA patron during check-in!

Very narrow, tight spots, lots of construction in the park - noise, dust, etc., cheap flimsy connections for water and sewer. So many bugs! Won’t likely return

FANTASTIC all the way around. Nice campground that is close to many things. Additionally, the staff is awesome and deeply caring. They do their best to make sure your stay is all you expect it to be. Small footnote: The heated pool is just that! Many places claim to have a heated pool but do not. This campground has a wonderfully heated pool that is open 24 hours... what a nice perk!

Beautiful pool area but spots way too small for larger RV. Was ok for 1 night pass through but would not spend any more than that there. Everyone was nice and friendly so hate to be negative but just to tight a spot

The bathrooms & laundry were spotless & very well equipped. Although we did not use the pool, the lounge chairs looked very comfortable & the pool crystal clear. Nice facility!

Very freindly staff. The pool was great - open 24/7. Location was good relative to Naples. Realizing that the camp is next to the estuary, it is very buggy which drove us inside vs being able to sit out. Also, the restrooms need better ventilation.

Very nice campground staff is very friendly. You do need to be prepared for mosquitos and no seeums. Sites are great and the patio pads are really nice. We did not have to put any of our outdoor chairs out. Super nice fire pits at the sites.

The Naples/Marco Island KOA is a great campground The staff goes over and beyond to keep the campground beautiful and help the campers with any needs they have. Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
