We noticed that some changes were made since our last stay. We noticed new poolside furniture and cushions and new sod throughout the grounds. Even in the dog park area! Laura and the Naples/Marco Island KOA team continue to do great work which makes us keep coming back. Thank you, Laura and team. See you again soon!

The pool was closed weren’t notified until late in the afternoon after we had already tried to use the pool earlier in the day. The staff members we dealt with on Sunday were rude.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Guest were notified immediately when pool equipment broke. Guest was rude to staff yelling at maintenance employee trying to shock the pool to repair chemicals. Guest spead out of campground not respecting 5mph speed limit while yelling at staff. Message was send out before they went to the pool.

Very quiet location but not out of the way. People are very friendly. Appreciated the cane frog hand out as we travel with our dog. We’ve stayed at a few other Florida places and never got that info!!

Very nice park, well located. staff called as we left to let us know one of our hatches was open. That saved the day and we did not loose anything. We were grateful for their attentiveness.

We enjoyed our stay. Only gripe was that with the pool being open 24hrs, there was a rowdy group who partied Sunday night until the early hours of Monday. Also, the noseums (no-see-ums) were pretty bad in the morning and evening. It’s common for this time of year though so it’s not a KOA issue. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

Was there for only one day, really to learn how to set up my Unit. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, the campgrounds were well maintained and the bathrooms were super clean. Laura called when I was late for check in to make sure I was coming and that was helpful, I thought it was a 3 oclock check in but it was 1 oclock, which gave me more time to get familiar with setting up. �

Staff was so wonderful and friendly. RV sites were well maintained, the brick patio and resin furniture was a bonus. So much water pressure- unusual for any campground Pool was perfect and needed as it was in the 90’s every day. Excellent, Clean and a great place!

Facility was clean and well cared for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a pipe break while we were there and they kept us informed. Repaired promptly. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Clean park and easy to find thanks to the signs. Loved the patio area and seating. Only there for 2 nights but would stay there again when in the area.

The staff was 5 star. They were so nice! They were helpful advising this first timer during setting up and taking down camp. I learned a lot! The resort was clean. I would definitely go again!

Great campground, we are coming back next winter! Only downside, the dumpster with debris close to our site. The pool needed vacuuming at the bottom. very friendly staff!

Very clean and very well maintained. Staff was very courteous. Offered us an upgraded site rather than the one we booked but for same price� Very quiet! Short drive to Marco island and Naples attractions.

We loved this campground and will definitely stay here again. It’s laid out nicely with flat, even sites that are easy to get in and out of. The pool is very nice with comfortable lounge chairs all around. Very friendly staff made the stay perfect!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience! The campground was in fantastic condition and the staff was above and beyond in everything they did. I will absolutely return to stay there again.

Water drainage issues are still apparent after 3 years. This makes it extremely unpleasant when entering and exiting our motorhome since you are quite literally forced to wade through puddles. Not a good experience.

There was a large puddle in our site for the entire 3 days we were the. It went up to my daughter's shin when she got out of the car. Need much better drainage. Priced way too high for what we got

The Campground is modern, clean, well equipped, a place I would love and come back to often but has a very fatal flaw, the overwhelming number of mosquitos. The check in literature mentions insect repellent but truly you cannot wear enough, you cannot open the door the RV without them pouring in. They were horrible and I as used to needing to fight them in the great outdoors but not like that.

As usual, everything was great. This is one of my favorite campgrounds. The staff is AMAZING, always willing to help you. I go to this place many times a year and every time they make my family feel like home. Love it.

This KOA campground was the best! It was clean,and had great amenities! The staff was awesome. Laura called prior to arrival to ask if we would like to move sites closer to the pool and our other family members that were staying in the cabins. We had a small problem with the washing machine and Eddie the maintenance guy showed up and fixed it within minutes! Highly recommended staying with them!

We had a great stay, even though it was only one night. We loved the poly wood furniture at the site. The pool felt great and it was all super clean. We checked in on the Friday before Father’s day and they had my husband a little gift for the occasion. They were all super nice and helpful. We’ll be back!

Basic RV Park. Spaces were narrow and unpaved with minimal landscaping making for a very hot, shadeless experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
