Stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. It was perfect for an extended stay. The campground is beautifully maintained and the location is excellent between Naples and Marco. The personnel are friendly and are always ready to help when needed. Look forward to returning next year!

First off the staff and the front desk was so inviting....the cabin we stayed in was so much better than any hotel and perfect for our family who were in town for a sporting event the whole weekend. Anything we needed was right there! Check in and check out was so easy.

Only thing Better, Add Box of Kleenex and Floor a bit better for Grit. Add A Few hooks to Hang Clothing or Towels. Best KOA we have Ever Been to. EXCELLENT Place and Clean and Thoughtful Staff. LOVED the Cabin!

we had a party of 12, some rv, some cabins, had a great time, we all live in Venice Florida and it was an extremely cold week in south florida, those who enjoyed the pool said it was wonderful and warm, the NYE party was fun. Jan

We stayed in a cabin, rather than our van, because we had a guest. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. There was a minor glitch with the heat that was taken care of promptly. The staff was very attentive and the entire campground was very clean.The location is also proximate to all of the attractions in Naples and Marco Island. This may be one of my favorite KOA’s!

We had a perfect stay at the KOA! The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The accommodations and amenities were spotless and cared for with love. We will definitely be back.

The Rv lots were ok but the small cabins that we stayed in were not adequate. The staff was friendly but the tv came with no instructions and we could not get local channels. The lights didn’t work and ypthe coffee maker was not working. The blinds on the window did not block out the light . The kayak rental was over.priced. If you go stay at the Rv lots. Not the cabins.

This is our third time staying. We rent the deluxe cabin. We come down from Indiana and bring our boat to tour the 10,000 islands in Marco Island. This time we had to share a fire out and table with other guests. The neighbors we shared with were burning trash in the pit. So it smelled like burning plastic while we were sitting on the covered porch trying to enjoy the night.

Campground its self is clean and nice. Not alot if amenities, other than the pool. We stayed in one of the cabins with a kitchenette and bath- terrible! Mold, windows dont open correctly, holes in the cabin - you could see directly outside. Tv's worked when they felt like it. Shower dirty, no toilet paper when we arrived. Would never rent here again. Hot tub never turned on- maintenance shut of

Beautiful campground, friendly staff, clean facilities. Highly recommend the camping cabins, as privacy and view of lush foliage is fantastic. Staff prepared us for biting insects, so come prepared! They have a clean and well operating laundry room, and the pool and hot tub are wonderful with long opening hours.

The Lodge was beautiful had everything we needed. Halloween activities for the kids. Slightly disappointing no playground. But we took scooters we felt safe with the 5 mph speed.

Amazing staff, amazing facilities, amazing nature but I would be remiss not to warn additional guests of the no-see-ums. I'm 100% aware the staff doesn't have control of this, but I need to ensure others are aware.

The staff, including Elizabeth, were welcoming and amazing. Everyone was friendly and you could tell they enjoyed having you visit. The grounds were well taken care of and the pool was great.

unfriendly staff. Liz is unprofessional and lacks communication and people skills

This guest was causing issues with another guest. They were insulting a staff member and an outside contractor with racial remarks. They released two dogs that almost attacked the manager. Their stay was refunded and they were asked to leave due to their behavior.

We have stayed here numerous times while traveling for work. It has always been a great experience until this trip. Got a nasty phone call from “Liz” saying I have to pay parking for my coworkers trucks. I agreed but she kept lecturing me. When my wife went to pay Liz lectured her. Then Liz called me again to complain about my wife. This woman is not kind or welcoming. I’ll never be

Guest damaged a post with one of signs ran over it. Was very rude and yelled at manager when we tried to explain the damage had multiple commercial vehicles at campground with out letting us know. Were very rude to staff. They did not want to advised of what they did. They refused to to follow rules

Better than expected! The pool area is very neat, the cabin is equipped with everything needed for a weekend getaway. There were many activities to do, games, kayak, and bike rentals were so much fun!. The store has a all the last minute forgotten items, and the staff was so helpful and friendly.

This was our 3rd stay with this KOA. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Landscaping is beautiful even though they are still recovering from a hurricane. We love this place! Will be back!

En mayo de 2024 fui al Koa Naples estando embarazada y quedé impresionada con la limpieza de la cabina 5. Fuimos para el fin del 4 de julio ya con mi bebé de 10 meses y la limpieza no me gustó. La puerta de entrada estaba sucia, las persianas llenas de polvo, las colchas con pelo, el piso con pelos de mascotas, las toallas con olor a cloro muy fuerte. Tuve que pasar wipes de cloro a todo.

Friendly and professional staff, this is my second stay on the cabine full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Only think you need is your clothes and food, everything you need all ready set even water bowl and treat for my dogs!. Cabine xtra clean and full equipped. We be back for sure!

Everyone from the front office to the site staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing I think needs more attention are the is the facilities in the primitive camp area. The main area has a sign that says cleaned daily. The primitive facilities do not have a sign. There were spider webs and lots of insects due to one door not closing properly. Would definitely return and recommend.

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
