It was a great stay. The pool was heated and the hot tub was hot. The accommodations were great and the staff was super friendly knowledgeable and inviting. Close to the beach, Walmart, and downtown. Will definitely return.

Photos taken of Broken Soap Despenser; Window blind broken, Very Dirty Floors, Dirty Sheets (hair and dead bugs), No Dish Soap, No Sponge/Brush, NO INTERNET SERVICE. Then you get irate with me on the phone and want to charge me for the repairs of the above items. This is a complete rip off and scam or very bad management. The front office was informed by my Daughter. Out of space now..lol

We had a wonderful time. They have rebuilt the place after the hurricane a year ago and everything is brand new and looks fantastic. A special thanks to Elizabeth and her husband Eddy. They are so wonderful. Every time we stay here they go out of their way to stop over and say hi. Anything you need they make sure its taken care of. We will definitely be back!

I accept that the site is under going repairs but you should make it clear the distance between the cabins and the restrooms .If we had small children it would have been a nightmare going back and forth. Bad decision to put the fire pit benches on grass rather than hard stand as it results in a lot of bites.No seats on the balcony is an issue as are the noseeums, fire doesnt keep them away

The staff were the nicest people we have encountered at KOAs in the two and a half years we have been camping at these campgrounds. The location was great, the pool area was great, and our cabin was great. We had a wonderful time!

Wow! We were very pleased with our stay there. Everything was very clean! (I am hard to please, do to the fact I own a cleaning service) the park was extremely well manicured. They had several employees on staff everyday. Every friendly, but not in your face. We would stay there again if we are in the area. Great Job! �

We experienced flooding of our cabin campsite which limited our outdoor enjoyment as well as the stench which seeped inside the cabin. Cabin was nice but way to expensive for the lot we were on. Black mold inside ac unit in bedroom. Staff was very friendly. Good central location to excursions in Naples and Marco Island.

Very nice place. The amenities were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and cabin. The only two things were it was reallly hot in the kids room and the wifi was terrible.

It was such a great weekend away. First time in the camping cabin and using the bathrooms in the back. But it was a great experience. Already booked our next trip for New Years Weekend.

Stayed in a many KOA and this by far has the absolute best staff. Stay everytime here is a delight , feels like you are in the middle of a relaxing oasis, no vehicle noise at all but just a couple miles away just about anything you could ask for, shopping,restaurants, beach and everything in between. So thank you for another wonderful stay!

I love coming to the Naples KOA! Everyone is so friendly, they keep things so clean and you don't have to do anything but chill if you want :) The options for fun, even for your dog, are great! looking forward to my next visit for sure!!!

Great amenities and clean areas. Wish the office was open later to get supplies even for the games (such as Paddles for ping pong, bean bags for cornhole) and to keep the noise/music down late at night at the pool, but overall an amazing experience. The firepits and cabins were great, clean and well stocked too with the basic necessities. Pool activities/party for Labor Day was fun too! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in the cabins. They were very clean and well stocked. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the very warm hot tub during our stay.

very friendly staff! Deborah was a wonderful delight to interact with. Only critical comment were quite a few ant hills in front of cabin. I spoke with one of the workers and he said he would look into it. I realize not your fault.

We had a great time! Well kept camp ground and very relaxing atmosphere. We are definitely going to return soon. The only thing was the pool was not open yet, because the city inspector has not showed up to inspect the pool and jacuzzi, but all-in-all it was a great stay. Thanks!! See you soon.

Super friendly staff! Clean cabin. Water pressure in the shower was good, though the shower head was a bit low. Decent price. Located pretty centrally, though not alot of noise which was nice.

Nice Cabins and treatment. We would like to come back. Pictures we took look great. Just found 2 roaches and big stain in the toilet. Only detail to keep in the awareness due going there with family.

Staff was great very friendly and nice, pool was down for resurfacing in July poor planning. Cornhole area needed to be mowed and maintained. Bugs were bad even with sprays and candles.

The staff are very nice and polite, helpful. My issue was that pool is under repair and I did not get a notification when I reserved. Lots of bugs around, impossible to be outside. Last year I stayed at another location and they would fumigate.

The cabin was so cute. Perfect size for a couple or if you have a small child. Screened porch was handy. Don't forget the bug spray.
