The cabin was beautiful and clean & the full kitchen made me feel at home. The pool was amazing and the staff were all so friendly. Trash pick up was so convenient and they would pick up all day. The Christmas potluck was an added bonus and very amazing. The convenience of Walmart being so close was also a bonus. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely return. Thanks again and Happy New Year

1)The sites too close together the canopy of our neighbor was 3” from our slide. We have a 30’ Winnebago not a big RV 2)poor drainage at sites after a rain 3 )control over no-see’ums 4) no cable

Enjoyed our stay. The place was well maintained, clean and we all felt very comfortable there. I did have concerns about the pool. My children swam in both the pool and hot tub two days in a row. After each encounter, they complained about their privates hurting them, my sons shirt changed from blue to pink and my daughter fine hair has not been the same ever since. We've never reacted like like!

The campground itself was great and the safe were very friendly. The only problem I have was that at 10 pm when quite hours began there were kids in the pool until 11 or 1130 causing a disturbance and not allowing my family to fall asleep. Other then this one incident my family and I had a great time and will be back.

Property and facilities are beautiful, staff extremely friendly and helpful, but the bugs are really bad ( stay was 21Dec to 29Dec). Everyone in our group had hundreds of no-see-um and nat bites that were very itchy for days.

I’m an avid lifelong KOA camper, but this campground misses the mark. My spot C05 was inches underwater after some simple showers. NO drainage and the manager Elizabeth was dismissive, rude and unbothered. Never again.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Guest was insulting Manager with F words. Wanted a refund would not give us a chance to fix issues with water which we were working on. refunded unused portion of the reservation. Had to ask guest to leave because of the insults at the front desk to Manager and staff.

Ein toller Platz zum campen. Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht gebucht. Aber der Platz ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Ein toller Pool und super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir waren gern hier.

The campground was clean and the staff was very professional. They had someone help me back the camper in and showed me where all of the hookups were. KOA will always be where I campground at.

We were there 1 night but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facilities and campground were very clean. We would stay there again.

We only got to stay overnight because of work requirements. I was surprised when I found out the laundry had been taken out by the hurricane and was still out of service. A heads up would be appreciated when this kind of service is unavailable. With our work and travel schedule as it is, we need to maximize our time. Thank you!

We enjoyed our 6 nights stay in CC05 cabin. The weather was perfect, walked the camp ground & took advantage of the hot tub.

This KOA is in a great location. Close to beaches, the Everglades, and all kinds of stores. Most of the staff are friendly; others are not and play favorites with guests and their reservations. We wish the dog park were at least 2 times the size it is. It's tiny.

Excellent! With one exception. Inadequate space for dog to run. Had to drive 40k to Bonita to find dog beach. Would have stayed longer if good dog beach closer.

Our overall stay was fine. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. For a Holiday, we found it lacking in activities. I'm not sure if this was due to the storms or the time of year. Our biggest complaint was the water. When we first arrived, it was fine. After it was shut off 2 days in a row for repairs, it had a very bad taste. We use 2 filters and it was still bad

Had to ck out a day early because of business. Back in RI. Our motor home is in storage in FL Was disappointed that we could not get the 1 days receive. We left at 6:00am on Monday. Ck out was 11:00 Tuesday. Jeff Giusti We were in site C06 401-265-4822

Very nice campground and staff. They really work so hard to keep everything running smoothly, clean, and creating a great guest experience. We were there for thanksgiving and blown away by the care the staff put in to organizing event.

despite having no water(due to hurricane which is completely understandable), it was a blast staying at your KOA. we were able to take our canoe out and got to see dolphins, beaches, and got to do some shelling. your pool and hot tub being open 24/7 was a bonus as the days are shorter this time of year.

Very nice camp in a quiet location. Our cabin was spotless, the beds comfy, and we had everything we needed. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool, kayaks, or laundry do to hurricane recovery efforts.

Everyone was friendly and the campground is well maintained. It was disappointing that they closed the pool right after we arrived.

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
