Amazing location, very clean sites and and clean facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Campground very accessible for my special needs daughter, lots of ramps. We would definitely stay again.

It was short but sweet. Local of this KOA is convenient to everything; stores, restaurants, entertainment. You name it. Also the campground is clean well staffed and cater to all needs to make your stay memorable. Highly recommend.

The low score is because of low performance during the month of April. The 2 standout offerings of the HEATED POOL & HOT TUB wasn’t performing as advertised for the bulk of the month. The pool water was uncomfortably cold for one of the weeks. Then, the hot tub was tagged by the county & couldn’t be used either. If my site wasn’t prepaid, we would have left!

Everything was really nice. The staff was very nice. Our only complaint was the broken pool water heater. This was very disappointing because we had planned to do a lot of swimming. The pool felt like we were jumping in ice water.

Was just an overnight stay, but everything was perfect. This facility is maintained in top shelf condition. Thanks, and we will stay again!

We had a 2 week vacation last year and again this year. This KOA is one of the best KOA’s we have stayed at. It is very clean and the staff is very helpful very nice to work with. The only issue we had this year was the pool heater was broken. They told me at check in that it has been broken for 2 weeks, but someone was coming that day. Nobody came to fix it for the 2 weeks we were there.

Great campground, pool and especially the staff. The park is impeccable, clean and bright. It was a good place to rest and located close to Marco Is & Naples for visitations to family and shopping.

The overall campground is good but the space I stayed in, space L20, was flooded and it appears that most of the surface flow of water during rain storms goes through that area. It was muddy around the hookups, the parking area needs to be raised and more gravel needs to be added to that space. The ponding of water was much worse than any of the other spaces in the campground.

It was the best stay I ever experienced in my many years of RVing. The staff was very helpful and even surprised me with a birthday cake including the singing after they heard it was my birthday. The park itself was very very nice. Everything was clean. It’s on my list to return.

One of the cleanest, best maintained parks we have ever stayed in. Has a few fenced areas for dogs, and a top notch playground for kids. We had a scheduling issue and the staff was really helpful and made the process easy. Would definitely stay here again. This park gets a A+.

We enjoyed our stay. The facility was very clean. People very friendly. Only negative is the mosquitoes and noseemums. You cannot enjoy anything at dusk. That also being a problem for the pool as the equipment to skim them off the pool was broken. Wish that would have been fixed

The campground is very nice bathrooms were very clean & the staff were terrific. The problem was the "noseeums" that chewed us up & we were unable to sit outside. We had to go buy medicine to treat the bites, just to be able to sleep.

We stay at this KOA every year in April, and will probably stay again next year. Staff is friendly, and attentive to needs. If there's a problem, they're on it immediately. Great park!

Arrived slightly after the office closed. My welcome information was exactly where I was told it would be. The instructions to my site were excellent. This is a great KOA campground. I’ll stay here again!

We stay for 5 months because we enjoy the people in the KOA, the other seasonals and transient too! There’s always something to do and there’s lots of fun places close by to get to. Love going to Marco Island and it’s 10 minutes away to shell. Staff is amazing and we look forward to returning in the fall.

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
