Unlevel site. Very little space between sites. Water tap was so low to the ground I couldn't screw water filter on. Big, bright, horrible orange street light on lamppost opposite bedroom window. After-hours "urgent need" phone # had no voice mail when phone wasn't answered. Grass next to the hookups had a deep hole that staff had to fill with sand. Could've twisted my ankle in it

We apologized for any inconvenience we went to Walmart to get the guest the part he needed for his water and repaired the area around site for him.

Great location, we love the pull thru patio sites for our motor home. The pool area is very nice and open 24 hrs. Park is clean, staff professional & helpful.

Great people and some activities going on everyday. Got to watch the NFL Playoff games on Sunday on the Club house big screen TV. Followed by and Ice Cream Social. Pool is very nice.

I can not say enough about the staff at this KOA. We broke down about 30 minutes from them. The general manager and her husband brought their truck and came and got us and our camper and towed us to our campsite. They even stopped and let us get food. They also were very gracious and extended our stay when our vehicle wasn't ready on time. The campground is beautiful and extremely clean.

Nice campground with planned daily activities. Only two negatives, the campsites are too close together; we could hear people talking in the unit next to us and the last three days the mosquitoes came out like an army! A mitigation treatment would help with that.

We had a wonderful stay especially due to the effort all of the hosts put in! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and went over and beyond! Loved the program and News via text. Only thing to complain is that playground was closed. Besides that everything was wonderful!

Escorted to our site by a friendly employee. Our site was clean, level and dry. The picnic table was new and in great shape. The bathrooms were always clean, pool tidy, grounds well groomed. Activities noted on the calendar we received at check in and texted to us. We participated in the ice cream social, pool time with music, yoga and watched the balls games in the rec center. Great time!!

Naples KOA was a wonderful stay for us. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The park was meticulously taken care of on a daily basis. Activities were promoted and announced each day. Pool area was amazing and open 24 hours! Convenient to beaches and restaurants. We decided to stay an extra day! We will be back soon!

Wonderful campground! Picked it for the pool, we have an 11 year old who loves to swim. The pool is walk-in warm and amazing. Shuffle Board, Corn Hole Toss and Dog Parks, everything was great. Even better than the amenities was the KOA staff. They all are happy, polite and accommodating in every way. We will definitely be back!

I would Most likely recommend staying As an RV guest . NOT as a Tenter. The tent sites are set up in the maintenance lot . Which is VERY loud all day long starting @ 7:45 am . Unfortunately I left a day early because of this reason . Other than that, The Staff are WONDERFUL , the campground is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN . I love all the activities you have to offer each day .

All in all it’s nice campground. They should have emailed us before we arrived about the laundry room being out of service. I think KOAs should lower there prices when they don’t have the amenities that they say they have. Not fair to advertise something and not have it when guess arrive. One of my pet peeves staying at some KOAs.

I was there for only one night, but the park is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

2nd time to stay, park is clean and grounds workers are friendly. I would stay again but just overnight. Sights are close and roads are narrow. If driving a 45’ coach towing you will have to unhook towed for pull through sites. Adjacent road is great for walking your pups.

One of the best KOA parks we have stayed at. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Campground is very clean and has many activities. We stayed in January and the pool was heated so it made for an enjoyable swim. No-see-ums were bad near the mangroves, but you learn to deal with them.

This campground is so well maintained. We would like to comment on John Sanderson an employee here, he went above and beyond to help us in our stay at this campground. He made us feel welcome and took good care of our needs while we were at this KOA. Thank you all and especially thank you John for all your support and help.

A nice neat and clean campground with extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Only downfall is the roads are a bit narrow and it can force you to drive over the grassy areas which you can see the crew is try to maintain the ruts and drive overs. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again, plenty to do in the area!!!

Our third stay here. A bit of peace and quiet in a very busy area. Close to everything. That said, the staff is the reason we return. Friendly, helpful, always a smile and a wave.

This is a lovely campground. I stayed in a cabin which was fabulous. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is well laid out and nicely lite for strolls in the evening. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Naples KOA and would highly recommend it! The staff were exceptional—friendly and always helpful. The only downsides were the spaces being a bit more cramped than other KOAs and the lack of a serviceable laundry room. Despite these minor issues, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

Our stay here is always 5 stars. We have been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed. Friendly, accommodating, clean and has an amazing pool area.

Upon are arrival home we received a email from naples / marco island koa Charging our credit card on file the amount of $250.00 for a chair missing from our site claiming that we stole the chair. calling it damage to the site, I want you to understand WE DID NOT TAKE THE CHAIR. WE WILL BE DESPUTING THIS CHARGE ON OUR CREDIT CARD. I will be avoiding KOA campgrounds from now on.

The charges were refunded back to this guests, although furniture went missing during their stay.

We reserved a spot in the "L" area only to show up and they moved us to the "C" spots. The laundry was not working and they did not tell us before arrival, nor is it listed on their site. I wasted hours of our vacation at a laundromat. The workers drive their golf carts around and block the roads. The hot tub was way too hot and bleached my swimsuit. Also, the pool was filthy.Very disappointed.

We do explain to every guest what amenities are still down due to storm. Pool is cleaned twice daily.Temp has always been the same for the spa.We never heard any complaints during your stay about any of these issues. We apologize for any inconviniences

Such a great campground! It has such a cozy vibe. The staff are awesome, some of the best I’ve ever seen! So friendly and helpful. They put on a fun NYE party, you can tell they put a lot of effort in for their guests. Pool is very nice. Grocery stores and restaurants within a mile, so close we rode our bikes on roads not busy. Can’t wait to come back!

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
