The pool was closed weren’t notified until late in the afternoon after we had already tried to use the pool earlier in the day. The staff members we dealt with on Sunday were rude.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Guest were notified immediately when pool equipment broke. Guest was rude to staff yelling at maintenance employee trying to shock the pool to repair chemicals. Guest spead out of campground not respecting 5mph speed limit while yelling at staff. Message was send out before they went to the pool.

Very quiet location but not out of the way. People are very friendly. Appreciated the cane frog hand out as we travel with our dog. We’ve stayed at a few other Florida places and never got that info!!

Very nice park, well located. staff called as we left to let us know one of our hatches was open. That saved the day and we did not loose anything. We were grateful for their attentiveness.

We enjoyed our stay. Only gripe was that with the pool being open 24hrs, there was a rowdy group who partied Sunday night until the early hours of Monday. Also, the noseums (no-see-ums) were pretty bad in the morning and evening. It’s common for this time of year though so it’s not a KOA issue. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

Was there for only one day, really to learn how to set up my Unit. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, the campgrounds were well maintained and the bathrooms were super clean. Laura called when I was late for check in to make sure I was coming and that was helpful, I thought it was a 3 oclock check in but it was 1 oclock, which gave me more time to get familiar with setting up. �

Staff was so wonderful and friendly. RV sites were well maintained, the brick patio and resin furniture was a bonus. So much water pressure- unusual for any campground Pool was perfect and needed as it was in the 90’s every day. Excellent, Clean and a great place!

Facility was clean and well cared for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a pipe break while we were there and they kept us informed. Repaired promptly. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Clean park and easy to find thanks to the signs. Loved the patio area and seating. Only there for 2 nights but would stay there again when in the area.

The staff was 5 star. They were so nice! They were helpful advising this first timer during setting up and taking down camp. I learned a lot! The resort was clean. I would definitely go again!

We have stayed here numerous times while traveling for work. It has always been a great experience until this trip. Got a nasty phone call from “Liz” saying I have to pay parking for my coworkers trucks. I agreed but she kept lecturing me. When my wife went to pay Liz lectured her. Then Liz called me again to complain about my wife. This woman is not kind or welcoming. I’ll never be

Guest damaged a post with one of signs ran over it. Was very rude and yelled at manager when we tried to explain the damage had multiple commercial vehicles at campground with out letting us know. Were very rude to staff. They did not want to advised of what they did. They refused to to follow rules

Better than expected! The pool area is very neat, the cabin is equipped with everything needed for a weekend getaway. There were many activities to do, games, kayak, and bike rentals were so much fun!. The store has a all the last minute forgotten items, and the staff was so helpful and friendly.

This was our 3rd stay with this KOA. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Landscaping is beautiful even though they are still recovering from a hurricane. We love this place! Will be back!

Great campground, we are coming back next winter! Only downside, the dumpster with debris close to our site. The pool needed vacuuming at the bottom. very friendly staff!

Very clean and very well maintained. Staff was very courteous. Offered us an upgraded site rather than the one we booked but for same price� Very quiet! Short drive to Marco island and Naples attractions.

We loved this campground and will definitely stay here again. It’s laid out nicely with flat, even sites that are easy to get in and out of. The pool is very nice with comfortable lounge chairs all around. Very friendly staff made the stay perfect!

En mayo de 2024 fui al Koa Naples estando embarazada y quedé impresionada con la limpieza de la cabina 5. Fuimos para el fin del 4 de julio ya con mi bebé de 10 meses y la limpieza no me gustó. La puerta de entrada estaba sucia, las persianas llenas de polvo, las colchas con pelo, el piso con pelos de mascotas, las toallas con olor a cloro muy fuerte. Tuve que pasar wipes de cloro a todo.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience! The campground was in fantastic condition and the staff was above and beyond in everything they did. I will absolutely return to stay there again.

Friendly and professional staff, this is my second stay on the cabine full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Only think you need is your clothes and food, everything you need all ready set even water bowl and treat for my dogs!. Cabine xtra clean and full equipped. We be back for sure!

Everyone from the front office to the site staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing I think needs more attention are the is the facilities in the primitive camp area. The main area has a sign that says cleaned daily. The primitive facilities do not have a sign. There were spider webs and lots of insects due to one door not closing properly. Would definitely return and recommend.

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep. Site A10. Turns were tight but no issues getting to it. Park was fairly empty (8 sites next to us empty)but staff proceeded to fill up sites next to each other rather than leaving empty sites. Bummer for introverts. Site long enough for Jeep & coach. Nice patio area with comfortable rocker & patio table. Wifi was fast enough to stream. Starlink was not deployed. Very close to everything in Naples. Home Depot,Texas Roadhouse, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The Barefoot Williams Road leads to a light controlled intersection. Tower road is not controlled and a left hand turn across 4 busy lanes from Marco might be impossible in a large rig towing. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
