Beautiful park had a patio site first time in a koa holiday had to unhook our trailer because of patio. Didn't ask for patio site but it was nice shared it with our new neighbors didn't use any of the amenities, shower, etc. so can't rate them, or even pool. It was close to Lassen Volcanic National Park, which we wanted to see.

Too expensive for what it offers. Check in time of 3:00pm is absolutely a bit much for a 15 minute clean up. We have been staying at this KOA for years, and we were very disappointed this stay. We rarely use KOA facilities anymore and we plan on keeping it that way.

The facilities are very clean, the campsite is large and roomy, the playground and swimming pool were perfect for the grandkids and I can’t wait to come back to walk the trails at the bottom of the campsite that we didn’t discover until we were leaving! Most importantly, all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. This will most definitely be our home away from home when we’re in the ar

First time here - and we loved it! Beautiful spaces, privacy is good. Well kept grounds overall, very nicely taken care of. Great activities for everyone. Especially enjoyed the Friday night movie, Saturday pancakes and Sunday ice cream events, super cool. Staff were all very nice! We will return for sure.

A great place to stay when visiting Lassen Park, McCarther Burney Falls Park, or just relaxing. The campgrounds, pool, bathrooms were very clean.

Warning: Low voltage issues We were fist assigned to a site in the back, and were happy to be out of the mainstream. But, when hooked up, the voltage was below 104v causing our EMS to shut all our systems down. After much discussion they moved us up front which had better voltage. We learned from other camper that we were not alone, but others had similar problems.

It was a great campground, with super nice people. Things were clean and accessible. The pool was amazing and we used it everyday due to the heat. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 for recommending is the heat in the area, which is no fault of the campground.

A beautiful KOA. Nice pool, friendly staff at front desk and a well equipped KOA store. Enjoyed the mountain bike course, the large private pull through and the bike trail just outside the KOA along the road. Easy access to the national park. Highly recommend!!!

Wow! This by far the best KOA that we have had the pleasure of staying at. Nested in the pines away from the heat, very quiet and camps are well positioned apart From very clean facilities to friendly staff to a host of activities such as a super K9 play area, BMX track, basketball, pool, a HUGE tree swing and even a birding area. Most highly recommend this place!

We stayed for only one night but enjoyed our stay. The site had plenty of room for our motorhome and towed vehicle. Didn't use the bathroom or shower facilities but they appeared to be well-kept and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. No cable TV and too many trees for satellite; however, we were able to stream a movie on the park WiFi. Dog park was great!

Strange layout but lots of shade and places to walk the dogs. Excellent dog park. Had easy access to garbage and lots of things to do for the family.

Very cool place to stay. Lots of activities in the area. Near Mt lassen and Burney falls areas. Love that the pool is great condition, and the common areas are immaculate. Definitely would recommend, we have been coming to this KOA for over 10 years and the new owners are doing a great job.

Loved this location. The biggest Camp K9 I’ve ever seen. Great amenities. Excellent playground and extensive play areas. Loved our site #5. Excellent complimentary coffee. Pancake breakfast was delicious. They ran out of sausage before us. That would be my only negative comment. I would have planned better if it was me. Beautiful location snd near lava tubes

The greatest part of our stay were the amazingly friendly staff!! They were so welcoming and friendly. The pool was magnificent. So clean.

Very good as the Receptionist ladies helped me get in touch with my RV Rentals people and the arrangements were extremely helpful and I was very happy � — also, I was a host for a coffee devotional and the complementary cups and sugar packets with creamer too — I was so impressed with the Help — God Bless You All ������

Absolutely fabulous KOA. This is our 7th this trip and this one was exceptional. The people were lovely, the site spacious and shady, wonderful activity areas near the campsites but the bonus recreation area at the back was exceptional. They had acres in the back for mountain biking, RC car track, different swings, sand volleyball, basketball court, nice trails to walk on and birdwatching area

The park was more than expected, to bad that we only stayed one night. The only thing that was missing was cable TV.

Thanks for an enjoyable overnight cabin stay (Apr. 2024) as we motorcycled through the area. Easy website reservation; staff prepped great for our after-hours arrival. Super clean facilities and grounds. Very good location. Thanks again.
