We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was super clean, there were lots of activities, considering a relatively small rustic spot and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and her sister stayed in a deluxe cabin. They found it to be top notch, clean and well equipped. Employee Doug was extremely helpful and all staff very friendly. Highly recommend this family friendly campground.

Fall Festival is our favorite time of year at Lassen KOA! We spend all day hiking on Friday in Lassen NP and then enjoy all the fun activities on Saturday at the festival. This KOA is clean and provides a lot of activities for children...and those young at heart! From swings to a playground to bike jumps in the forest, we hardly see our two kids when we visit here...they're off making fast friends

Stayed in cabin. Comfortable, clean. All facilities were clean and in working order. Close access to Lassen National Park-bummer no dogs-but KOA allows and had a great dog park. Friendly staff. We will go again. Thank you.

Loved everything about the KOA! The staff were so friendly and helpful in directions and able to answer any questions we had. The cabin was spacious and accomadting. Close to local attractions and just felt like a real vacation. Wr will definately be coming back to this KOA.

Wonderful stay! Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds were clean and the Lodge house was comfortable and perfect for our girls getaway. Be sure and go through the back woods we had fun on the swings.

We spent a night here in a one room cabin before our trip to Lassen National Park. Restrooms and showers were nearby, everything spotlessly clean. A water spigot was very close to the cabin. Electricity and wifi were appreciated because the area is a dead zone for internet connections. There is a general store with friendly and helpful staff. And there's a Tesla destination charger. Great place!

We traveled through from AZ to OR and stayed on the way up and the way down, renting a Lodge each night. Very comfortable and grateful for the hot water and kitchen, just what we needed after roughing it. The beds were the only thing I was not 100 percent satisfied with, they were very uncomfortable and loud. The bed frame or the springs were so noisy through the night.

Kabin was cute, bathrooms clean. Nice people both employees and patrons, woke at 1:30 am to go to bathroom. As I was walking back to my kabin, saw fireflies in the trees. There’s no string lights in the area of my kabin, employees said they see them very rarely. Was the first time I’ve ever seen them, I lived in the area for over 5 years. Mt Lassen KOA is the best! Everyone one of the staff members were eager to make our visit fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and helpful. This KOA is not only beautiful, it is well maintained. It is the perfect family campground.That’s the reason we return every year, and we can’t wait to return next year

Always wonderful. We have stayed in just about every type of accommodation you offer. We’ve had trailer, Class C, and cabin camped. Yours is not a line-them-up campground! The sites for trailers & campers are separated well. All cabins are unique and well maintained. This is why we’re keep returning. Oh! The dog park is clean and has good play stations for our pup.

We stayed in a cabin; it had everything we needed. It was clean and everything worked. The Saturday Pancake Breakfast was a delicious treat! The host Eric was nice and friendly.

This campsite is fantastic! It's clean, well-maintained, and has the warmest, most friendly staff. I had a deluxe cabin and I was super impressed by the amenities. I had no idea it was going to be so nice and have so much inside. I'm a backpacker and used to roughing it but my wife does not like camping. She was completely happy and satisfied with our experience. Thank you all!

Perfect accommodations at the cabin. Super helpful staff. Prices at the store were not inflated. Pool was nice but the water was so cloudy that I wasn't comfortable in it. The attendant checked it while we were swimming and said it was good.

Always love coming here!! Well kept, clean, friendly, and thank you so much for the complimentary pancake breakfast! My kids love it here, which is why we’ve made it a yearly tradition the 5 years.

I can't say enough positive things about each staff person we encountered. Each one was friendly, helpful, and very fun to talk to. I felt like we made several new friends during out stay and we will be back next year. We have already booked our stay!

We had a nice overnight stay in a camping cabin with a bathroom. The campground is very family friendly and quiet. My kids enjoyed the playground and the pool.

WE STAYED OVER THE FALL FESTIVAL WEEKEND AND IT WAS A BLAST! THEY HAD SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS AND THE ADULTS TOO. IT'S SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME! WE WILL BE DEFINITLY STAYING THERE MORE OFTEN
