Beautiful area! Friendly staff, clean cabins and camp sites, love the pancake breakfast on Saturdays! My Family has had 2 Family Reunions there! We love it there!

Check in was rocky. We arrived right when the front office was closing (5:05) and the young woman at the front was visibly annoyed and rushing us out. She didnt explain anything about the campgrounds. We went to our cabin but it was locked and the night manager did not answer the phone. Also dogs barking in the distance kept friends awake at night. Everything else was great! Clean. Friendly. Fun

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it was a wonderful experience. This campground was clean, quiet and there were a lot of fun things to do. Pool, playground, cornhole, basketball, volleyball, etc. all great amenities for a family! We stayed in a cabin with a bathroom and partial kitchen. It was perfect for what we needed. All the staff was also super friendly!

Cabin was super clean and the shower was great, cabin had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was super nice and our cabin was very clean. The cabin was also stopped with tissue and silverware and pots and pans, etc. which really helped.

Patti in the store was so super sweet and very helpful. This was our first time staying at this KOA and we can't wait to come back during the Summer when there are more activities.

The only issue we had was that we couldn’t use real wood in the fire pit. Instead we had to buy recycled compressed sawdust logs to burn.

I had a wonderful stay. The cabin I stayed in was a great mix of comfort and rustic, I especially enjoyed the porch swing while drinking the complimentary coffee. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They really took the experience to the next level. I will definitely be going back and recommending this KOA to everyone.

The campground is clean and spacious. The deluxe cabins are nice and clean with everything that fit the needs of a family. The workers are very nice, kind and helpful, especially Patti is a great helper in the office, Our family enjoyed staying there and we all loved it :)

Our family had a blast at Mt Lassen KOA! The campground is clean and beautiful. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you Aaron, Jenel, Abby, Sheri, Donna, Patty Doug, Tim, and Bill. This KOA deserves a higher rating than a 5. This is why our family travels so far to come to Mt Lassen KOA. We’ll be back.

I love it! First time staying at this KOA, and we really enjoyed our stay. The cozy cabins here are nicely, equipped, and furnished. I love that there are linens available for use for a nominal charge, but we did bring our own linens so it’s nice to have that option. Staff are nice and friendly, would stay here again!

We had one small maintenance issue that we resolved ourselves. It happened after hours. We let the front desk know about it the next day. The KOA did provide a small credit for our troubles. I felt management dealt with the issue correctly and everyone walked away happy. We would stay there again!

Lovely campground. beautiful setting, very convenient. Our cabin was spotless and really comfortable. We arrived after the office had closed, and they made it very easy on us with our keys ready and they had even turned on the heat so our cabin was ready for us to settle in. Great reading lawn with hammocks that we took advantage of after an early day of hiking!

Friendly staff, clean facility, great to have a Tesla charger so close to Lassen Park. I bet it is more fun in the summer! Came with a friend to hike a few volcanoes in Lassen National Park, and it was a good time.

Mt Lassen KOA is the best! I wish I could give it a TEN. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many of the campers say that this is the BEST KOA, and we agree. That’s why we keep coming back. It’s a great place for families and friends to gather. We love you Mt Lassen KOA.

Lodge cabin was expensive for what it offered. It was very cold when we arrived, as no one had turned on the baseboard heaters. There were plenty of instructions about what not to do, but no instructions on how things worked.

This was a perfect stay! My wife and I stayed here in a cabin while exploring the Lassen National Park! The campground amenities were perfect, and we were welcomed right away! They had plenty of bathrooms, showers, an onsite laundry and more! Great for campers of all walks, whether it be tents, RV's, cabin rental or more!

We had a great time at the Mt Lassen KOA. We rented a cabin and it had everything we needed to make our stay great. We especially enjoyed the AC since it was over 95 every day. We also liked the extras like the movie night on the lawn with snow cones, the pancake breakfast on Saturday, and having our own patio with grill and fire pit. We will definately stay here again.

One of the nicest KOA campgrounds I have stayed at. Very well kept up with a myriad of activities geared towards families and large groups. It is situated in a beautiful forest of conifers. The parking spots are gravel and mine was level. The hookup worked fine. I used the bath, laundry facilities, and pool - all very nice. It's a short drive to the Lassen Volcanic National Park entrance. Highly recommended for a visit to this beautiful park.

This is one of the nicest KOA's that I have been to. A group of 13 of us were spread across three campsites and a cabin. It worked out wonderfully for all of our needs. We had mainly teens with us and the campground kept them busy when we weren't exploring Lassen National Park. They swam in the heated pool, played basketball and tetherball, and ventured around the back area behind our tents to play on the swings. At night, we went on the flashlight walk looking for the glow in the dark eyes in the trees. If you are tent camping with a group, I highly recommend booking Tent Site 9 and 10 because they are huge and allow room to roam. This KOA is also a few miles from Lassen National Park and also a short drive to Shingletown if you need something. This was a very convenient location for us! There is a wonderful man who was very helpful to all of us during our time there. I wish I caught his name but he even brought us some Sis-Q-Logs so we can have a campfire. The cons are small - the bathrooms and showers are quite a trek from the tent sites. I got lost at night and ended up in someone else's camping spot and had to walk around to find it. There is one dishwashing station but this is also at the front of the KOA so it's a trek. We cooked every meal for 13 people for four days and nights so we all had to walk our dishes up front to wash. Not a big deal but we wish we would have brought our own dishwashing station. Heads up, there is no real wood allowed to be burned here. You must purchase Sis-Q-Logs from their KOA store. It was fine with us, it smells and looks like real campfire and we think it even burned longer so that was a plus. Also, there is no ban on electric bikes or dirt bikes here so there were a few kids in the campground zipping around and kicking up dirt everywhere. Not terrible but kind of annoying when we were cooking. Outside of these small things, this is one of the best KOA's I've been to and stayed at. We loved it!

Lots of family activities and things to do. Great access to Lassen National Park. Facilities and customer service were great. Enjoyed our pancake breakfast as well. Thanks for a great stay.
