We stayed at a cabin this past weekend. There was bathroom, kitchen, mini fridge, and AC in the bedroom but not where the bunk beds are. It was hot so my kids ended up sleeping on the futon in living room since there’s a fan. Lots of activities for kids. Movies on Friday and pancake breakfast were good. My dog liked the dog area. Close to Lassen. Everyone was nice. Highly recommend.

They have an amazing staff. Patti in the office was so friendly and helpful to my family. The Kabin that we stayed in was comfortable. The area is beautiful and very close to the national park. They have plenty of activities for kids. We plan to return to this campground. We have stayed at quite a few KOA's, but this one struck as as a very special one.

This has become our favorite KOA and we have stayed in plenty of them over the years! Everyone was friendly, showers were great, cabin was phenomenal.

The site is beautiful. The cabin was well stocked with kitchen supplies, full size fridge, bed was super comfortable, private outdoor seating area, pool, playground, basketball court and ping pong were all great amenities. But the staff were super hospitable to both of us and our children. That’s what makes a place memorable. We are already planning on returning next year, but we will stay longe

Nice cabin and it more than met my expectations. I loved it. It was so cute. It was very clean and had a great fridge and Keurig. I loved it. People in office were nice. Prices on items in the store were very reasonable.

It was suprisingly comfortable. The screen door squeaked but I fixed it with Vasaline, 3-in-1 oil would be good. Everything was very clean. We will be back some day! Best campground we have ever stayed at.

The K cabin was perfect for us as other family members had L cabin. The amenities for kids are numerous, there is a free in a box library, plus we could bring our 8 mo old puppy so no separation anxiety

The campground was very clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and helpful the whole stay. There was so much to do for all of the kids that were with us and we never had to hear that they were bored. The KOA did a Friday night movie night for everyone and made popcorn and the kids loved it! They also made a yummy pancake breakfast Saturday morning for everyone! Highly recommend this campground

We had a nice one night stay in a deluxe cabin. The place had a microwave, minifridge, stove top, and a sink. It was nice to have the AC but the weather was cool enough that opening the windows and using the fans was enough to cool the place. My kids enjoyed the pool, playground, and riding bikes around the campground. My kids can't wait to go back for a longer stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Our cabin was very nice, and the grounds were very well-maintained. We were grateful there was so much for our boys to do (swimming, playground, bike trail, basketball, etc.). We’ll definitely be back next year with our church. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is very, very friendly. It's not that far of a drive to Lassen NP. I plan for us to come back next year & make KOA Shingletown our home base while we visit Lassen.

We enjoyed our stay at Shingletown KOA. The staff was friendly, the site was clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of activities in and around the site for our family to enjoy.

We love this KOA, 4th year with the family and every year is great, we love all the amenities. A few minor things I'd like to address with Lodge 3. Ceiling fan in bedroom wobbles and is noisy, kitchen faucet fixture base moves when you turn head, screen door mesh torn at seam, shower drips and is hard to shut off entirely and fridge almost has to be maxed out to cool. Looking forward to next year.

Thanks for an enjoyable overnight cabin stay (Apr. 2024) as we motorcycled through the area. Easy website reservation; staff prepped great for our after-hours arrival. Super clean facilities and grounds. Very good location. Thanks again.
