I found the Shingletown KOA to be very clean, safe and lots of amenities to be had! I will gladly recommend it and I want to return to stay another time.

Friendly staff, clean facility, great to have a Tesla charger so close to Lassen Park. I bet it is more fun in the summer! Came with a friend to hike a few volcanoes in Lassen National Park, and it was a good time.

Mt Lassen KOA is the best! I wish I could give it a TEN. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many of the campers say that this is the BEST KOA, and we agree. That’s why we keep coming back. It’s a great place for families and friends to gather. We love you Mt Lassen KOA.

Love this campground. We have a rally here every year. The staff is great. The facilities are clean, and the pavilion works perfectly for our rally gatherings. There is a wooded area out back perfect for walking the dogs or just a relaxing stroll. I love the way the campground sites are set up. Definitely recommend staying here.

Lodge cabin was expensive for what it offered. It was very cold when we arrived, as no one had turned on the baseboard heaters. There were plenty of instructions about what not to do, but no instructions on how things worked.

It was very clean and had all the amenities and more. The people were super nice and helped us find our beautiful cabin. We will definitely come back. Five star experience at a five stars������

Great place to stay, very clean and well kept. The staff, Tim and especially Patti were extremely helpful and customer focused ensuring we were well taken care of and properly set up for a great stay. Very clean campground. The cabin was also very clean. Would definitely recommend. We hiked two days in Lassen NP, and this was a perfect place to stay.

This was a perfect stay! My wife and I stayed here in a cabin while exploring the Lassen National Park! The campground amenities were perfect, and we were welcomed right away! They had plenty of bathrooms, showers, an onsite laundry and more! Great for campers of all walks, whether it be tents, RV's, cabin rental or more!

Always friendly staff. Only thing that was irritating was a small quad in the walking/biking area. With kids playing down there I didn’t think that was safe, plus the noise was annoying.

We had an enjoyable stay. The sites were clean and well kept, the pool was running, and our kids loved the playground, play area/bike track, and the grassy lawn space provided lots of room for us to play. Staff was EXTREMEMLY helpful (Tim is rockstar) and we had a day guest pop in who was treated well and welcomed. We will come back again!

This KOA is by far our favorite campground to stay at. It is always so clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the activities that are provided are always so much fun for the kids and adults. The pool area is clean and well kept and the grounds are always clean and tidy. We always look forward to our stay here.

The Shingletown KOA is our favorite annual spot. Although we had a hiccup with our reservation, it worked out and we had a fabulous visit. Everything is spotless and the camp hosts are friendly and accomodating. We enjoy meandering through the back area with the big trees and listening to the birds.

We had a great time at the Mt Lassen KOA. We rented a cabin and it had everything we needed to make our stay great. We especially enjoyed the AC since it was over 95 every day. We also liked the extras like the movie night on the lawn with snow cones, the pancake breakfast on Saturday, and having our own patio with grill and fire pit. We will definately stay here again.

This is a great camp ground. All of the park and amenities were in great shape and very clean. The dog area was one of the best we have seen this summer as we have traveled from Arizona to Calgary and back again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great spot!

We enjoy the peaceful, well maintained, and spacious camp at Shingletown KOA. We love how thoughtful and kind all the people are who run this KOA. They treat us well.

Such a nice campground in the trees. Plenty of room for our Motorhome with slides though. Lots of fun games like volleyball, basketball, a nice pool and playground. We will definitely return. They people were so nice too! Love it.

Even when it rains at Lassen National Park the KOA Lassen is sunny and nice, and that is why we ended up at this KOA this year. But I found out that I loved the clean, hot showers, the pool and the tent-friendly sites. We come this way often and it is highly likely that we will stay at the KOA Lassen again.

It was great! Campground and staff were wonderful. Loved the fact I wasn't looking at permanent residents that don't maintain their sites. Finding this to be a huge issue with KOA's. I would recommend and stay at this one again.

Beautiful location. The cabins are nice and clean. Wonderful staff members. Cabins book out fast. Make sure to book ahead on the website in advance.

"Quiet location with plenty of shady spots. Great variety of activities for kids — table tennis, cornhole, baseball, basketball, and huge swings. Clean, well-maintained restrooms, including accessible facilities. Covered outdoor area with patio heaters and a gas grill."

I didn't actually stay here. I did go check it out with a friend who already had a future reservation. Our encounter with the office staff was friendly and informative. They have a cute little store to pick up some fun souvenirs and bare necessities. ( Ice Cream!)The grounds keeper led us to the site my friend had reserved and pointed out all the amenities. We wandered around for a bit and were very pleased with what we saw. The grounds are nestled among tall pines, there's a heated swimming pool, dog park, volleyball court, and a place to shoot baskets, and get this...Tether ball! Lots of space for kids to explore and have a great time. I'm looking forward to booking a spot for my family soon!
