We had a lovely, albeit short stay at this KOA. We were there in the “off season” and didnt have a chance to enjoy some of the special amenities, but nonetheless the camp was clean and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I can imagine that it is a happy and laughter filled park in the summer time! We plan on returning in the future and commend the KOA owners and employees for their effor

The sites in the campground are large which I understand were designed in the ‘60’s prior to large RV’s. Our site was far enough from the highway that it was quiet. Many sites have wooden fences to increase privacy. We didn’t use any public facilities but they were clean & well maintained.

Everyone was friendly, the facility was beautifully maintained, the dog park was excellent along with maintained walking trails and giant swings in the woods that were the biggest highlight for my kids. The campground was full most days but with the trees didn't feel crowded at all. We were very happy with this campground and would/ might stay here again.

This KOA is what we compare every other campground to. Shingletown is the best layout and experience. Been enjoying going here for about 15 years now. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Unbelievable property! It was an amazing stay. Both my husband and I are Veterans. The sleep we had was phenomenal! The people were friendly, helpful, and kind. The sights around Lassen were incredible - Lassen NP, Burney Falls, Lava Tubes! From the minute you enter the property, you see the meticulous attention they devote.

The staff at this KOA is the best anywhere, over the top helpful, kind and courteous. The campground is immaculate and groomed. This has become our favorite campground. Thanks to Doug & Tim from maintance, and Patty from the office.

Love this campground. Instead of RVs all lined up in a row there is variety in how the sites are set up. Lots of shade. Staff is very friendly. We stay here every year for an RV rally and use the pavilion. Great setup. Highly recommend.

The campground was very nice. From our check-in to to our site and the nicely kept grounds. Everything was top-notch. It is also a great location near many outdoor activities. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Late check in time means you lose whole day waiting. Our space was available but they would not let us check in early even for a fee. Tight spaces. Expect more for the price they charge.

Both nights there were large groups of drunk individuals that were loud and disruptive till midnight or later. On Saturday night the group in the tent area got into a physical altercation that included firearms. They threatened each other violently and made all of us near by frightened to leave our tents or approach them as they began shooting their gun. I called the host twice with no answer or h

Friday night was good. Saturday was out of control. Domestic disturbance 11pm. This was not KOA fault it was the very large group they allowed in. It only takes one to make the whole group look bad.

Great staff and store I was disappointed we didn’t have sewer it was a busy Labor Day weekend so I get it. Our site was not very level at all. The grounds offer so much for kids very nice

We have been coming for years each labor day. Our children with other yearly families have been growing up there togeather. Its fun to have all these memories especially with a great crew. Even some of the OGs remain feom year to year. It makes the memories even more special because we have made a relationship with them as well.

Great, roomy sites with good power, water and sewer connections. Care has been taken to improve privacy by installing privacy fences and shrubbery between sites and the sites aren’t right on top of one another. Close to Lassen Volcanic Park. The staff are very friendly

We stayed in a lodge that was very convertible. I was pleasantly surprised on how well everything was maintained and setup. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Beautiful location. The cabins are nice and clean. Wonderful staff members. Cabins book out fast. Make sure to book ahead on the website in advance.

"Quiet location with plenty of shady spots. Great variety of activities for kids — table tennis, cornhole, baseball, basketball, and huge swings. Clean, well-maintained restrooms, including accessible facilities. Covered outdoor area with patio heaters and a gas grill."

I didn't actually stay here. I did go check it out with a friend who already had a future reservation. Our encounter with the office staff was friendly and informative. They have a cute little store to pick up some fun souvenirs and bare necessities. ( Ice Cream!)The grounds keeper led us to the site my friend had reserved and pointed out all the amenities. We wandered around for a bit and were very pleased with what we saw. The grounds are nestled among tall pines, there's a heated swimming pool, dog park, volleyball court, and a place to shoot baskets, and get this...Tether ball! Lots of space for kids to explore and have a great time. I'm looking forward to booking a spot for my family soon!
