Very nice sites, restrooms very clean. We needed to exchange sites and it was done quickly and pleasantly. Wished we had childern with us, the back area with tetherball, volleyball, trails, Imagination Station with materials for building a fort, area for bird watching, jumps for bicycles just too much fun. Just minutes from Lassen Natl Park. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice quiet, well kept park. The staff was excellent. Very pleasant and professional office and grounds personnel. They obviously take pride in their work and the grounds show it.

Kabin was cute, bathrooms clean. Nice people both employees and patrons, woke at 1:30 am to go to bathroom. As I was walking back to my kabin, saw fireflies in the trees. There’s no string lights in the area of my kabin, employees said they see them very rarely. Was the first time I’ve ever seen them, I lived in the area for over 5 years. Delightful cozy park. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They showed me around the cabins & lodges so I could see inside them. I then recommended them to my sister who does not travel with an RV. Everything was clean and well maintained. The wifi is the best I've seen in a park. We were able to stream a movie and watch a football game on Sunday over the wifi.

Beautiful campground. Very clean restrooms and showers (plenty of hot water!). The staff is super nice. We enjoyed talking to Patty and Doug.. Great little store with everything you could ever need. And their coffee machine is fantastic! If we ever come this way again, we will definitely stay there again!

Mt Lassen KOA is the best! Everyone one of the staff members were eager to make our visit fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and helpful. This KOA is not only beautiful, it is well maintained. It is the perfect family campground.That’s the reason we return every year, and we can’t wait to return next year

Love this campground! We have stayed here many, many times over the years and it's always a joy. Staff is nice. Campground is well maintained. Love the layout of the sites. Love walking my dog through the woods in the morning on the well maintained trail.

We love the Mt. Lassen LOA! Our stay with the Lance Owners was top shelf! The owners and the staff were always cheerful and helpful and made our stay oh so great! Bathrooms were always spotless too! Thank you! We will be back!

Had a great stay here! Was able to get a walk in rate for <$30 dollars for a tent campsite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms/showers are private and clean. Would recommend this KOA!

Our stay was awesome!! This place is spotlessly clean! Rules for the park are enforced such as noise.. no skateboarding… scooters etc on the roads throughout the park. Dogs must be leashed. These things make the camping experience so much more relaxing. Swimming pool… clean showers… grass area… sweet gift store and so much more!! Front desk so kind and efficient!! Can’t say enough!! This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. One of our favorite parts of it is the wooded area where the kids can run free and let their energy out. The campground and bathroom is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I love how there is always an activity for the kids to keep them busy. We will be back next year!

We definitely loved our stay! Super nice owner and staff and the campground is so well maintained. Has lots to do for the whole family. Heated pool, movie nights, playground for the little ones and lots to play for teenager and us older children. On top, nice walking paths and an agility park for the dogs. They even offered pancake breakfast and had a taco truck coming by Saturday evening.

One of the nicest KOA campgrounds I have stayed at. Very well kept up with a myriad of activities geared towards families and large groups. It is situated in a beautiful forest of conifers. The parking spots are gravel and mine was level. The hookup worked fine. I used the bath, laundry facilities, and pool - all very nice. It's a short drive to the Lassen Volcanic National Park entrance. Highly recommended for a visit to this beautiful park.

This is one of the nicest KOA's that I have been to. A group of 13 of us were spread across three campsites and a cabin. It worked out wonderfully for all of our needs. We had mainly teens with us and the campground kept them busy when we weren't exploring Lassen National Park. They swam in the heated pool, played basketball and tetherball, and ventured around the back area behind our tents to play on the swings. At night, we went on the flashlight walk looking for the glow in the dark eyes in the trees. If you are tent camping with a group, I highly recommend booking Tent Site 9 and 10 because they are huge and allow room to roam. This KOA is also a few miles from Lassen National Park and also a short drive to Shingletown if you need something. This was a very convenient location for us! There is a wonderful man who was very helpful to all of us during our time there. I wish I caught his name but he even brought us some Sis-Q-Logs so we can have a campfire. The cons are small - the bathrooms and showers are quite a trek from the tent sites. I got lost at night and ended up in someone else's camping spot and had to walk around to find it. There is one dishwashing station but this is also at the front of the KOA so it's a trek. We cooked every meal for 13 people for four days and nights so we all had to walk our dishes up front to wash. Not a big deal but we wish we would have brought our own dishwashing station. Heads up, there is no real wood allowed to be burned here. You must purchase Sis-Q-Logs from their KOA store. It was fine with us, it smells and looks like real campfire and we think it even burned longer so that was a plus. Also, there is no ban on electric bikes or dirt bikes here so there were a few kids in the campground zipping around and kicking up dirt everywhere. Not terrible but kind of annoying when we were cooking. Outside of these small things, this is one of the best KOA's I've been to and stayed at. We loved it!

Lots of family activities and things to do. Great access to Lassen National Park. Facilities and customer service were great. Enjoyed our pancake breakfast as well. Thanks for a great stay.
