We have been traveling for 3 weeks and this is by far the best campground we’ve been to! The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The laundry room was nice. The campsites were lovely. One of the best campgrounds I’ve ever been to and I’ve been camping for 57 years!!

This location is very nice with a pool and lots to do for kids. But working with the office is a nightmare. Hard to get a reservation, then it is wrong when I checked in behind a church group with only one person checking people in. Management appears non existent in the office. Left message asking the owner to call me. They never returned my call.

Just a two night quick stay close to home. We stayed in site #114 for the first time and loved it. It was very private and far from others. Staff was phenomenal as always and we enjoyed the free ice cream social on Saturday night. Only complaint is that it is so expensive! No more expensive than other KOAs and resorts, but camping prices are getting out of control.

Beautiful campground! We arrived late but easily found our check-in information. Our pull through patio site was very nice. The laundry room is open 24 hours and has a change machine- just what we needed! My granddaughter could play at the excellent playground while I did laundry. We will definitely return in the future. 10 AM checkout time is a little too early after a long travel day though.

We’ve been coming here for several years. We have already made next years reservations. We love it here and have gotten to know the staff. Doug and Tanner are great as are the rest of the staff.

Unlike any other KOA. So much to do on the property. So many activities. Was blown away with this campground.

Clean campsites, friendly staff, lots of fun stuff for our kids to do, and top notch amenities meant that our family had a blast! During the week, the Wi-Fi was fast and accessible all throughout the campsite; though during the weekend, all the campsites filled and the Wi-Fi became spotty due to high traffic. Would highly recommend this koa!

We stayed in a high end cabin which exceeded our expectations. There is a large gas bbq grill and a great outdoor patio with a large table with easy seating for 6 adults. The cabin has an adequate kitchen with large refrigerator, an apartment size gas stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom and shower (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap) were fine including more than adequate towel

We enjoyed our 3-night stay and were very pleased with our Deluxe trailer site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and serviced routinely. The only negatives were the annoying barking dog and a number of bike riders. The handout literature with the RULES was very clear on no tolerance of barking dogs and that no bikes were allowed. These rules were not enforced.

We had a great time staying at Mt Lasen KOA campground. The grounds are very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We'll definitely would stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was awesome and the parks amenities we great. The WiFi was very good, and the sites and bathrooms we clean and very good. We will be back.

Second time here Loved our stay. I wish the workers were all on the same page. I was told no deposit which there was for holding the site. Then i paid for all in advance when i got there the young lady didn’t understand said i owed a balance and said she charged my card, which she didn’t. A man came by rudely telling us we needed to pack nit realizing we added a night-communication is key!!!!!

This campground was clean and well cared. Store hours were great. My kids loved the pool and playground. My only notes are that the $30 dog fee seemed excessive (more than most hotels), considering there was very little that could be damaged by her in the camping cabin. For a fee like that, it would have been nice if we could have left her crated in the climate controlled cabin.

Absolutely outstanding site. My first KOA stay since I was a little kid, and it set the bar VERY high for the rest of the KOAs on my trip!! Abby at the front desk was kind, funny, and super helpful. The showers/bathroom area was immaculate and incredibly clean. The cabin was perfect and the AC was helpful with the heat wave.

Great place to stay just 10 minutes from Lassen Volcanic National Park. The complimentary coffee was delicious. Nice, quiet, well maintained campsites and courteous staff.

We have an annual family campout at KOA every Memorial Day weekend. It's been going on for almost 20 years. Great people at Mt. Lassen KOA especially Doug. The lodge is a little over priced I think but my family has a good time.

Our pull thru site was very tight with bushes over grown and scraping the side of our 5th wheel. We shared an exit from our site with two other sites. Overall the park was tightly packed. The park was in a beautiful wooded setting and was quiet and peaceful. We would come back!

98% awesome trip. The last night there was a camper with an outdoor tv that was quite loud. Staff was super friendly, location was gorgeous and clean.

One of the nicest KOA campgrounds I have stayed at. Very well kept up with a myriad of activities geared towards families and large groups. It is situated in a beautiful forest of conifers. The parking spots are gravel and mine was level. The hookup worked fine. I used the bath, laundry facilities, and pool - all very nice. It's a short drive to the Lassen Volcanic National Park entrance. Highly recommended for a visit to this beautiful park.

This is one of the nicest KOA's that I have been to. A group of 13 of us were spread across three campsites and a cabin. It worked out wonderfully for all of our needs. We had mainly teens with us and the campground kept them busy when we weren't exploring Lassen National Park. They swam in the heated pool, played basketball and tetherball, and ventured around the back area behind our tents to play on the swings. At night, we went on the flashlight walk looking for the glow in the dark eyes in the trees. If you are tent camping with a group, I highly recommend booking Tent Site 9 and 10 because they are huge and allow room to roam. This KOA is also a few miles from Lassen National Park and also a short drive to Shingletown if you need something. This was a very convenient location for us! There is a wonderful man who was very helpful to all of us during our time there. I wish I caught his name but he even brought us some Sis-Q-Logs so we can have a campfire. The cons are small - the bathrooms and showers are quite a trek from the tent sites. I got lost at night and ended up in someone else's camping spot and had to walk around to find it. There is one dishwashing station but this is also at the front of the KOA so it's a trek. We cooked every meal for 13 people for four days and nights so we all had to walk our dishes up front to wash. Not a big deal but we wish we would have brought our own dishwashing station. Heads up, there is no real wood allowed to be burned here. You must purchase Sis-Q-Logs from their KOA store. It was fine with us, it smells and looks like real campfire and we think it even burned longer so that was a plus. Also, there is no ban on electric bikes or dirt bikes here so there were a few kids in the campground zipping around and kicking up dirt everywhere. Not terrible but kind of annoying when we were cooking. Outside of these small things, this is one of the best KOA's I've been to and stayed at. We loved it!

Lots of family activities and things to do. Great access to Lassen National Park. Facilities and customer service were great. Enjoyed our pancake breakfast as well. Thanks for a great stay.
