We had such a wonderful stay at this cute and homey KOA. We loved all the activities included and it felt so safe for the kids.

Wonderful stay as always. This KOA is always clean and the staff are helpful and kind. The kids in our group have asked if you can move ice cream back to Saturdays because the check out time is prior to afternoon ice cream on Sundays. I imagine this was a cost saving measure and even charging a dollar or two on Saturdays seems like it would be reasonable.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Lots to do for people with kiddos and families. The facilities were kept very clean and tidy and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. Will come visit again!

Friendly staff, above-average Kabin accommodations, very clean and well stocked facilities, lots of fun activities for families, felt safe, even had a dog park! Very happy with our stay and would return again.

I stayed one night in a camping cabin. The cabin was nice. The bed was comfortable and the I was able to stream some shows on the tv. The air condtioner worked great and the overhead fan was helpful. It very convenient to Lassen National Park.

A beautiful campground. People were very nice. We arrived after hours and built a fire for burgers. A nice gentleman came by to let us know they were in a high fire risk and that wooden fires weren’t allowed. We felt bad but he couldn’t have been nicer about it. Luckily burgers were done so we doused it.

We had a 4 nights of safe and worthwhile stay in your campground. The proximity of this to Lassen Is an edge for acampground. Facility wise, its clean, affordable and we love to see the people working .. all of them are so polite, hardworking and with a cheerful spirits. Great location to visit Lassen Volcanic National Park. We normally stay in national forest or national/state parks and this was our first stay at a KOA. We had trouble getting our trailer leveled on the gravel pull-thru site, and the guy who was pulled in behind us at about 45 degrees had trouble getting his in and avoiding a tree.The layout of the spaces was just odd.

One of the nicest KOA’s I have stayed at, except for the right-side pool area bathroom/shower didn’t lock. I tried several times to lock it over the week we were there, and it didn’t work. I was walked in on the last day, embarrassing both parties. Please fix the lock that does not work. The pool was great, and we enjoyed our patio site.

To close to pool with very loud screaming kids. Plus movie speakers way too loud. Unfortunate that breakfast wasn't ready earlier for travelers leaving early. Completely understand that KOA is directed to families. However, you forgot about retired travelers. Park was clean and staff friendly.

Wonderful campground, respectful campers of the quiet time, & great friendly staff. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, the forest, the clean restrooms, the sqirrels and the close proximity to Mt Lassen. This was our second time there, & will definitely be back.

We enjoyed ourselves and the clean bathroom and friendly people that worked there ( especially Doug and Linda) made our stay even better. Our one complaint would be the traffic noise which was very loud on the entrance side of the campground. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pleasant campground with tall trees shading the sites. Friendly and competent staff. The pool was immaculate, and the water quality was excellent. The bathrooms were very clean, though the deadbolt on one of the bathroom doors near the pool wouldn't latch properly and someone walked in while my wife was using it. Cell service (T-Mobile) was iffy, but the free WiFi worked well. I'd stay here again.

My Family had a wonderful stay at the Mt. Lassen KOA. We enjoyed the property and all it's amenities. The swimming pool and the giant swings were definitely among the highlights! Next time we'll bring our RC cars to race on the RC track. Big thank you to the Mt.Lassen/Shingletown KOA staff for keeping the campus so clean and inviting year after year!

Bathrooms needed a lot more attention. They were not cleaned often enough. A puddle of urine sat on the men’s room floor overnight and into the next day even after being told about it at the front office. Women’s room door didn’t open. Rest of the campground was good. A little bit dusty. Pool was clean. Enjoyed the coffee, pancakes and ice cream.

Wonderful stay! Beautifully maintained and so many fun things for families!! The owner's were actively involved in activities on site--serving snow cones in the evening and a pancake breakfast in the morning! What a delight! Great location for Lassen Volcanic NP and we loved that the campground has trees to provide shade even in the heat. Will definitely recommend to others!

We have been coming for a few year now and love this KOA. They are friendly , helpful and take care of all your needs. The park is always clean and pool refreshing. Thankful to have such great customer service for an excellent get away! Also my dogs love the dog park run!

We always love our stay at Mt Lassen KOA! This was our 6th year and we have now introduced it to 3 more families that have joined us over the years. Everyone is always very happy with their stay. Very clean facilities! Ice cream social was very generous.

Very nice park with very nice staff. Has full hookup, a pool,an store, and a woodsy feel. Close to an entrance to Lassen Volcanic National Park. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

"Quiet location with plenty of shady spots. Great variety of activities for kids — table tennis, cornhole, baseball, basketball, and huge swings. Clean, well-maintained restrooms, including accessible facilities. Covered outdoor area with patio heaters and a gas grill."

I didn't actually stay here. I did go check it out with a friend who already had a future reservation. Our encounter with the office staff was friendly and informative. They have a cute little store to pick up some fun souvenirs and bare necessities. ( Ice Cream!)The grounds keeper led us to the site my friend had reserved and pointed out all the amenities. We wandered around for a bit and were very pleased with what we saw. The grounds are nestled among tall pines, there's a heated swimming pool, dog park, volleyball court, and a place to shoot baskets, and get this...Tether ball! Lots of space for kids to explore and have a great time. I'm looking forward to booking a spot for my family soon!
