Love the campground, we’ve been coming for years and every stay is so wonderful. Staff is very friendly. The only complaint I think I would have is there does seem to be some understaffing issues in the office. Multiple calls to the campground and nobody ever answers or returns voicemails.

This particular visit was to pass on the tradition to my daughter and her family with one of her friends and their family. They both made reservations for next year. My family has done this annual event for a number of years. My wife and I recently went for a cross country trip and came to the conclusion it was time to change our way of traveling and made resrvations for a cabin next year.

Campground is nice and we used to love it, but the office personal are absolutely useless and can't get reservations right. We do the annual halloween camp (its our family tradition), booked the reservation for next year while I paid for this year's spot but never got an email. When I went back to verify they said I had no spot next year and was Sol. Didn't even get the correct refund . Useless

Really liked the site but the price for 1 campsite should include 6 people. I was charged for 2 extra people when we were only 3 in my group.

I wish we could give the Mt Lassen KOA a 10. We travel 700 miles twice a year to this KOA. The employees are the perfect example of a terrific staff. The campground is quiet and beautiful. There was a food truck on the weekend. The food was excellent, and by not having to cook it gave our family more time to play together and enjoy other campers.

Beautiful KOA. Lots of trees and spaces. We only stayed for 1 night; but this would be a great long term visit.

Love this KOA, it is always one of our favorites. We have stayed many times and each time is awesome. The staff is fantastic and location is perfect. The bathrooms and other facilities are always spotless. Have to love the walking trail and all the things for the kids to do. Look forward to the next time we have to stay again.

Great cabin. Clean & supplies I needed. Saw note about not using towels on floor. (What jerk would do that?). Then I took a shower. Shower is skinny & I’m short and average build. I ended up with water on the floor. I would recommend - had this at another hotel on my road trip: they had a red cloth & a note on top: said something to the effect- If you need to clean a spill or.. u get the id

What a great campground! My husband and I stayed in a cabin. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My family and friends stayed in their RVs during the same week and they also had a great time. The staff is super friendly and the camp has so many amenities for dogs, kids, and adults. The kids especially loved all of the Halloween decorations that had been put up around the camp.

Wonderful staff! Clean property and lots to do nearby! One of our favorite KOA’s to date. We I’ll be adding this into our yearly rotation for sure.

We had a great family weekend at KOA Mount Lassen in Shingletown (Friday–Monday) with two RVs and one cabin. The store staff and the gentleman working the grounds were both very friendly and pleasant. Loved the dog park and the little Halloween trails with the skeletons. Quiet, family-friendly, and a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Great area for walking the dogs, although I am not a fan of the pine straw from the trees...Everyone was super friendly, and great location for the Lassen NP.

It was a little gem under the mountain pines! We stayed in early October and it was so quiet. Just wish that the sites had a paved/concrete pad.

Everything was great except firewood was not allowed. Family that stayed next to us was also complaining that real wood burning is not allowed and camping is not the same without firewood!

This is our 9th year of making our annual group trip to the KOA. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the campground is always clean. We always have a great time!

We love Mt. Lassen KOA and all of the team there! Huge shout out to Tim! He is so kind and goes above and beyond and you can truly tell he loves what he does and just provides the best customer service. We can’t wait for our next years stay! Thank you Tim and staff for a great experience this year!

We love atmosphere at this KOA. It is family friendly, with friendly and welcoming staff. It is very clean, especially the laundry room, which we appreciated. The sites are secluded and we liked that we could have campfires with the pressed logs.

Quiet location with plenty of shady spots. Great variety of activities for kids — table tennis, cornhole, baseball, basketball, and huge swings. Clean, well-maintained restrooms, including accessible facilities. Covered outdoor area with patio heaters and a gas grill.

Beautiful clean campground, full of trees and lots of amenities. We stayed in a cabin and it was very clean, had coffee (no creamer though), fridge, microwave, blowdryer, heater and A/C! 15 - 20 minutes from Lassen Volcano NP. Our three night stay was perfect!

We had a great stay! This KOA is very clean and the people who work there are so nice! Lots of activities to do around the campground. It is very close the Mt. Lassen NP. We spent one day in the park. Shingletown isn't too far away if you need gas or groceries. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful location. The cabins are nice and clean. Wonderful staff members. Cabins book out fast. Make sure to book ahead on the website in advance.

I didn't actually stay here. I did go check it out with a friend who already had a future reservation. Our encounter with the office staff was friendly and informative. They have a cute little store to pick up some fun souvenirs and bare necessities. ( Ice Cream!)The grounds keeper led us to the site my friend had reserved and pointed out all the amenities. We wandered around for a bit and were very pleased with what we saw. The grounds are nestled among tall pines, there's a heated swimming pool, dog park, volleyball court, and a place to shoot baskets, and get this...Tether ball! Lots of space for kids to explore and have a great time. I'm looking forward to booking a spot for my family soon!
