We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was super clean, there were lots of activities, considering a relatively small rustic spot and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and her sister stayed in a deluxe cabin. They found it to be top notch, clean and well equipped. Employee Doug was extremely helpful and all staff very friendly. Highly recommend this family friendly campground.

Fall Festival is our favorite time of year at Lassen KOA! We spend all day hiking on Friday in Lassen NP and then enjoy all the fun activities on Saturday at the festival. This KOA is clean and provides a lot of activities for children...and those young at heart! From swings to a playground to bike jumps in the forest, we hardly see our two kids when we visit here...they're off making fast friends

WE HAD A GREAT STAY! THE CAMPGROUND WAS WELL MARKED AND VERY CLEAN. THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE WERE AWESOME. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO STAYING THERE AGAIN.

This place was unbelievably clean! Well manicured landscaping and wonderful staff. Their WiFi was soooooo good I wish we had it at home! We definitely will be returning to this koa!

Stayed in cabin. Comfortable, clean. All facilities were clean and in working order. Close access to Lassen National Park-bummer no dogs-but KOA allows and had a great dog park. Friendly staff. We will go again. Thank you.

Loved everything about the KOA! The staff were so friendly and helpful in directions and able to answer any questions we had. The cabin was spacious and accomadting. Close to local attractions and just felt like a real vacation. Wr will definately be coming back to this KOA.

Wonderful stay! Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds were clean and the Lodge house was comfortable and perfect for our girls getaway. Be sure and go through the back woods we had fun on the swings.

My wife and I enjoy our stay at Mt Lassen KOA. It’s a small campground but it’s got everything that you need. The personal were very friendly and courteous and always smiling and greeting you. I will definitely go back again.

Excellent WiFi, clean grounds/facilites and friendly staff! Close to all the outdoorsy stuff one desires but with a great home-away-from-home base. Small downside is the lack of bear boxes lead to tons of trash being strewn about;it was quickly cleaned, but it is conditioning wildlife.

The campground was a delight, it is well maintained, with very thoughtful setup for a convenient and comfortable stay. Patti at the office was very helpful to guide us to the local attractions. The whole experience was extremely delightful. We will definitely come again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Shingletown kOA. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the grounds and bath showers are well kept and clean. It's close to mount Lassen Park. We enjoyed the swings and looking for the eyes on the trees at night. The pool was nice and clean. We got a few things at the little store that was nice to have close. We will definitely be back again. Thanks for the lovely stay.

This is our second time staying at Mt. Lassen/Shingletown KOA, and we booked a 3rd trip before departing. We LOVE this campground. The facilities are clean, the staff are friendly and approachable, the campsites are spacious, and you truly are among the trees. It is a small intimate campground that is a delightful place to spend a vacation.

Campsite was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing and opened up the pool so our kids could swim even though it was closed for the season. The swings were so fun and kept us giggling. We will be back again, thank you for a great stay.

Lovely campground. Lost power both nights. Once from 10 pm -7am and then just a few hours the second night. No harm done.

Restrooms and property were very clean. Our site was unlevel and the power and water went out both nights we were there.

While the park was very well maintained and the services were great, it was the power outages each night that we were there that made our stay less than desirable. It was not the fault of the park, but rather PG&E who provides power to the park. The nights were cool and without power our heater does not work and as a cpap user, I was unable to sleep well.

We spent a night here in a one room cabin before our trip to Lassen National Park. Restrooms and showers were nearby, everything spotlessly clean. A water spigot was very close to the cabin. Electricity and wifi were appreciated because the area is a dead zone for internet connections. There is a general store with friendly and helpful staff. And there's a Tesla destination charger. Great place!

Great park. The only reason I didn’t give you 5 stars was the power went out around 10 at night and didn’t come back on until sometime during the night. We were prepared with extra blankets and lanterns, but it was cold and not a ton of fun. No explanation for what happened, either.

Wonderful place, we loved it. Staff were all friendly. Site we had (4) was perfect for our needs. Our dog loved the doggie park. Close drive into Lassen and the Subway Caves. Campground was clean, quiet, people were friendly - we cannot wait to come back and visit again next year!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The campground is very clean and well maintained, the staff was some of the nicest and very helpful people. It is obvious that they take pride in their campground. There is no better campground for access to Mt. Lassen National park. We will definitely stay here again.

WE STAYED OVER THE FALL FESTIVAL WEEKEND AND IT WAS A BLAST! THEY HAD SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS AND THE ADULTS TOO. IT'S SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME! WE WILL BE DEFINITLY STAYING THERE MORE OFTEN
