Bathrooms were very clean. The campground is beautiful and well layed out. It rained for two days and no problems with mud or puddles. The roads and sites are well gravelled and level. Staff were friendly. Everything worked. Nice places to walk in the evening.

We had a great time while staying at the Yellowstone/Mountainside KOA. One could not wish for a cleaner, better run kampground. The people in the office were very nice and helpful. We went into the National Park several days, and it was always so nice to come "home" to our RV in this kampground. Would defineatly stay here again!

Office staff was INCREDIBLY rude and unkind. When I tried to address the way I was spoken to, I was met with the most unpleasant words and response. This is not how a business should treat their customers, let alone one human being to another. We left early because I couldn’t stomach being at the campground after the way I was treated. The woman in the office needs to find a new job.

Great location! We found that this KOA allowed us to plan our trips from this home base with ease. The grounds are very well maintain and also the lot was level for our coach. We will return again!

Unfortunately I hit an unused pipe sticking out of the ground leaving our site. It most certainly could have been worse but this caused significant damage to our truck. May I please suggest either cutting the pipe down or putting a flag on it to avoid any future mishaps. Also the discharge pipes are up too high for easy dumping. Other than these two items it was a nice campground.

I had asked it there was a site with shade and was told no. Then 4 spots down from us there was a tree and it was vacant both nights we were there!

Good Facilities, beautiful setting to wake up too. Took showers and did laundry every thing was nice and clean a worked well. Staff was excellent.

site was level. views were nice. Staff was friendly. bathrooms were clean. our electric pedestal did not work properly - we were told it was our surge protector, but on our trip of 12 campgrounds - this is the only one we had issues with. Laundry was expensive and still uses quarters.

Staff was terrific. Campground was ok, definitely a Journey. Grass was full of weeds. They put us in a site that was too short.

God location, toilets and staff. Downside was no dump station and very unreliable wi-fi, even though we were next to the repeater. Given that, bit expensive, even allowing for the location.

Get right down to it reservations was for a 37 foot fifth wheel which usually means there a truck pulling it space was way to small for both I am a disabled vet had to park my truck over in the extra car parking so to say I was not a happy camper at this park will I recommend this place probably not will I come back probably not

Friendly staff, especially the gentleman who guided us to our site. We were looking forward to the pizza. It was disappointing they ran out of ingredients and we still paid $30 for a combo pizza with only two meager portions of toppings. The cabin had no internet or TV, they kept trying to restart the router over a couple weeks but it wasn’t working. We paid well over $1,000 and were disappoint

The bathrooms/shower area was heated and very clean. The best I’ve seen of any campgrounds I’ve stayed at.

Easy access to Yellowstone Park and West Yellowstone. The site we had was level, had all the amenities we needed. Everything worked well. The creek running around the perimeter of the park was lovely. We will use this park for all our Yellowstone or Idaho/Wyoming stays.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The campsite had some minor wash areas that created a tripping hazard…the staff were responsive in bringing in some gravel to level the area and minimize issue. Dustin was very responsive to our issue!!

Phenomenal place to stay. Staff goes above beyond to accommodate the guests. Large dog park is definitely a plus. Highly recommend for your stay in the area.

Sites were spacious, with some grass and tall trees (in the back of the campground). Sturdy tables, fire pits and bench swing at every site. Mostly quiet, with just a little traffic noise.

Second time we've stayed here. Helpful staff. Nice sites and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. A good alternative if you cannot stay within Yellowstone National Park.

Wonderful facilities. Convenient location. Had to listen a couple of small dogs constantly yipping and barking non stop while the owners were gone. They had left the windows open and the dogs sat on the back of their couch for air. Consideration for others would have been greatly appreciated. All they had to do was close the windows and leave the air on.

Great place for visiting Yellowstone. Campgrounds well maintained and large sites for Class A pulling toad. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Yes, will stay here again.
