We stayed in cabin 3 it was great for our family of 4. Our only gripe was that there were not many places to hang towels and or jackets. Maybe a couple extra hooks in each room would make the cabins perfect! Other than that, great location, clean cabin and great memories! Thank you!

We stayed in a small cabin with bathroom. Very nice. We were pleased with the condition and cleanliness. Overall the park and staff were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Mountainside KOA. We really enjoy the cabins with the stream nearby. There was a nice grill in addition to the firepit and we like to walk around the camp at night and take in the stars. KOA cabins are a great economical alternative to RV camping or hotel rooms. We cooked, grilled and had our own space to hang out between trips to the park. The staff is nice, too.

Great park. Stayed in cabin 5, maybe put up some more hooks in cabin, keep things off floor since there isn’t much room. Shelves above sink for dishes, had trouble reaching upper cabinets. Smaller table would help. Don’t know how 6 people would function in that cabin.

Was as addvertised. You couldn't control the rain so we couldn't sit on the nice deck with lovery chairs and table. Need to do that next time.

Failed to honor promise to comp our stay. We were unable to stay in cabin that we reserved do to mechanical failure of the lock. Manager said he would comp our room at the Super 8 on site. He did not! No apologies, no discount. Ignored emails. Instead of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, fire pit. We got stuck in one room motel room for the same price of a cabin! Very disappointed with how we were treated.

The cottage we stayed in was extremely clean and comfortable and the sound of the creek was beautiful to fall asleep to every night. (We could’ve used a mixing bowl and more cups though.) The location of this KOA is very beautiful and also the staff and cabins are nice and clean. I gave 4 stars instead if 5 as they do not have a pool which my kids love! But we were out most mornings hiking and sightseeing so it was not missed too much!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect for our family and the location was perfect. The employees were very helpful and made us feel safe as they were always driving around checking on things and offering assistance if needed.

At check in we were given cabin 6 to our surprise when we open the door a young gentleman was just as surprised but very understanding/ kind. We all walked down and the office and the staff quickly apologized and checked us into cabin 5 also giving cabin 6 new key cards. The rest of the stay was amazing !! The staff are all very nice. Place was clean and very quite. We would stay here again.

Park is not as nice as the West Yellowstone KOA 1.8 miles down the road - recommend upgrading the grounds with trees and other amenities to make the two campgrounds comparable. Of note, staff in front office were helpful.

The cabin was great and the staff was amazing! It had all the amenities that we could possibly need. The cabin was clean, equipped with all the necessary items and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The campground is fine, but we stayed in a deluxe cabin with room for 6. We have a family of 5, and there wasn’t enough hot water to get through 1 shower. Sounds like all their cabins are like this, had we known it I’d have been happy to reserve a basic cabin. Paying twice as much for a cold shower is ridiculous, and their management hasn’t bothered to return my email about it.

KOA Yellowstone Park was absolutely the best cabin we've ever stayed in! It had a bathroom and linens provided! Super clean and the staff was very friendly. If we're ever at Yellowstone again, this will be where we stay.

Cabin was to accommodate 6? We had 5. There were chairs at the table for 4, only 4 glasses, 4 plates. We did not have enough bedding for the bunks and had to make them ourselves as well as go to the store to get more bedding. Not 1 towel for each guest- back to the store. Mouse droppings all over. Only hot water for 1 quick shower each day. Front desk kept telling us they would fix but did not.

One of the best places to stay! We stayed in a cabin and enjoyed every day. The staff was amazing and accommodations were as advertised. Had to leave a day early and a refunds was given with no problem! 5 stars

The bathtub was filthy, the front door window had no curtain which allowed full view into the cabin at all times, the door was not hung properly and there was a large gap under one side of the door, a mouse ran out from under the refrigerator and the Wi-Fi never worked. I was extremely disappointed with the accommodations. I’ve stayed at many other KOAs, even a journey, but this was awful!

Shout out to the outstanding staff! We had issues with the heat in our cabin and the maintenance men were so helpful and kind. The people in the office and store were so helpful and nice. Scenery and the creek were AMAZING and we loved the deluxe cabin. Great vacation!

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
