We really enjoyed staying in the deluxe cabin. It had everything we needed with the exception of hooks. No hooks of any kind; coat hooks, towel hooks, none. Other than that, we loved the large deck, the wood interior and floors and the mini kitchen. The staff, except for one, were all kind and helpful. The outside was very nice with the stream and paths.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for 1 night and it was lovely. We loved being in the woods with the little creek in the background. The cabin was clean and bed was comfy, plus a good hot shower in the morning. What more could you ask for.

Cabin was amazing! Lots of room and cozy! Up away from noise. We stayed and they are closing in about 2 weeks for the season, so store didn’t have much food or supplies. It was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA! Our cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The campground had lots of activities and things for people to enjoy. The employees were professional, pleasant, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great location, close to Yellowstone Park. We were in a deluxe cabin. Our first night was the first freeze of the season and we ran out of propane, so we woke up to a very chilly cabin with no furnace, hot water and no stove to heat water. The tank should have been checked before our stay to make sure there was enough. The maintenance men were great at helping get us propane later.

We had a great stay at Mountainside KOA Journey. Our cabin was very nice and clean and ready for us. The staff was very helpful when we got to our cabin our freezer wasn’t working in our fridge and the maintenance men jump right a on it and got it to working. So happy with their service. We had fun walking around the grounds of the KOA and our little dog loved going on a walk across the creek.

The campgrounds are clean and well kept. The staff is exceptional. We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the obvious care that the staff puts into the entire facility.

The cabins were so cute and well appointed. Quiet and comfortable. The office staff were knowledgeable and super welcoming. Great location for our road trip.

It was our second visit and we still love staying at this KOA. Vicki Cudney was very helpful getting us arranged and settled. The rest of your staff were also very helpful and friendly. We had problems with the electronic door keys on our cabin, but we were taken care of by the great staff very nice folks, also the lodge pole pizza was good...

We stayed in the deluxe cabins and had a fantastic 4 night stay. The campground is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is our 5th year staying! See you next year!.

I feel that some of the tent spots were too close to the cabins. We had a couple staying in a tent right next to our cabin and they smoked marijuana and we had to smell that aroma.

The cabin was wonderful, very clean and everything worked. The only issue was there was no utensils for the gas grill nor any provided when requested. You have to buy them at the onsite store. Luckily our friends camping nearby had some to loan us. Also plan to bring or buy your own paper plates and plastic cups and utensils.

Amazing experience! The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and so nice! Made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The covered porch was great to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The propane bbq was perfect for our dinners and if it hadn't rained during most of our stay, we would have utilized the personal firepit. Thanks again!

AWESOME experience! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the deluxe cabin was OUTSTANDING, and the kids enjoyed renting the bikes. The location is beautiful with the creek running through it and it was easy access and close to the town of West Yellowstone and the West Entrance to the park!

Love the cabin size, love how clean it was. It had the basic kitchen things like dishes, 1 pot, 1 pan and a colander. Loved the kid play areas. Very well kept facility and definitely will come back!

Loved the location and amenities. It was a little dusty in the cabinets. We found food crumbs and a dirty spoon behind the trash can. The fridge was a little dirty.

Mountainside KOA was a great place for our family to stay on our Yellowstone vacation. The deluxe cabins are extremely comfortable and family friendly. They have all the necessities you’d find in a hotel room, plus the added benefit of a kitchen. The campground has a fun playground area and bikes to rent.The fishing ponds & streams around camp are fun to walk around. Staff was helpful & friendly

We stayed 3 night in one of the cabins - water was out for the first day due to pipe break but we used the bathhouse and they provided bottled water so all was good.

Almost $400 for a deluxe cabin for the night and I had to take a cold shower in the morning. When I said something to the staff they said they would take note of it and offered no other sentiments. Customer service is not very good there. An apology or a small offer of money returned would have been nice.

The staff was very helpful and great. However, the price we paid for the cabin I would say the bunks need better mattress, the bunks also need sheets that fit correctly the hot water was gone very quickly for a cabin that sleeps 6 and the room needs more hooks for people to hang towels or damp clothes. Maybe even offering clean towels every other day. Killed 4 yellow jackets in the room.

The grounds were very nice and I really like the cabin we stayed in. The only downside to our stay was, due to unforseen circumstances, the water going out. I do feel, however, the staff tried to make the best of it, and we did get a refund for one of our nights.

We loved our stay the cabin was great. It was in a great location. Had so much you needed right there. They had an unfortunate well problem so we were without water for 2 days. The maintenance team and one of the front desks ladies were great. I would recommended going back. But the way it was handled and the way they subtracted my refund from my KOA rewards I wouldn’t recommend KOA to anyone

Amazing stay and amazing service! Only suggestion is that in a cabin that sleeps 6, it would be nice if more than one person could take a shower (water only stays warm about 10min and then takes 1.5hr to reset).

The campsite is beautiful! The cabins are located in the trees that provide shade and beauty. Convenient location to Yellowstone. The staff is super friendly. My only issue is the size of the hot water tank.

Very conveniently located to the town of West yellowstone and the west entrance to the national park. Nice trail Into the national forest. Staff were great!!

Lots of amenities we did not use due to exploring Yellowstone. Prices were high even though it was outside the Park. I reported tree branches that hit the top of our motorhome, they were not addressed. Nice employees, except for one creepy guy. Pizza looked like old icky stuff. Plenty of room for our large RV and truck.
