Great experience! From the greeting we received as we entered, to the wave goodbye as we left, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

The campground was in a great location and provided all the needed resources. The reason for the low rating was due to the excessive amount of dirt / dust that was emitted from the workers carts. These carts averaged approximately 26 / 30 trips an hour down our access roads causing major dust clouds. We were not able to enjoy sitting outside to enjoy having breakfast / dinner due to the dirt.

I truly enjoyed my visit at Mountainside KOA! You have a wonderful K9 dog run and the ponds were just wonderful also.Your shower rooms were awesome. The whole staff including the grounds people were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked if we could occupy a different rv site if available. They were able to help us with that. It made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

Really beautiful and clean campground with lots of big trees. We loved having Denny Creek behind our rv site and seeing the geese with their babies on the casting ponds. Perfect place to walk our dog. The staff were all very friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Yellowstone.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful. The store had some end of season sales going. So, we had to buy some gifts. The hookups were easy to use. The view was great from our spot. Bathrooms and showers were clean. We will stay here again.

when I asked to move to a different spot the women at the desk was combative said there weren't spaces similar to what we had and would cost more. The park was less than 50 percent full the entire time we were there. if it wasn't for being overheard by another employee I would not have been helped. he asked for 6 unfilled sites that he could show me. we found one right away that worked great.

This was a great location for getting into Yellowstone. The sunsets here were beautiful as well. The laundry room and bath house were well maintained.

Loved our 5 night stay here. It was close to the Yellowstone West entrance and the town of West Yellowstone was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Lincoln will make a great manager! The individual bathroom/showers were unexpected but fabulous after long days! We appreciated being situated among other tents than in between huge motorhimes Great stay in a great place

Staff very friendly & helpful. I was so happy my reservation deposit was applied to my camping fees. It didn’t cost me extra when our arrival was delayed due to vehicle repairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Mountainside KOA! I would highly recommend this campground. The staff was very accommodating, courteous, and respectful. I am a Canadian, and I did not have cell coverage in the area, but the staff member allowed me to use the landline to make a reservation at a campground to our next destination. It is the best campground we have ever stayed in.

The Camp ground is clean,neat, and quiet with great amenities. The Cabin we had was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful..We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely site, with Amazing views! A bit far from town(15 minutes), but not necessarily a bad thing; close enough to the Yellowstone entry gate on the west side. Staff was helpful, but not always available or kind. Laundry in good working order, but expensive washers.

Price is way too high for what you get. There was dog poo in our site. For over $100 a night, you do want a clean site. Staff were great though and pretty area.

We had a faulty pedestal that we had to mention 3 times before someone qualified to diagnose and repair the problem addressed it.

Great place for visiting Yellowstone. Campgrounds well maintained and large sites for Class A pulling toad. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Yes, will stay here again.

Friendly staff with useful information to share. Bathrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. Individual bathrooms were great by providing more privacy. Sites were spacious, with some grass and tall trees (in the back of the campground). Sturdy tables, fire pits and bench swing at every site. Mostly quiet, with just a little traffic noise.
