Nice campground, but the koa patios are designed not well. The fire pits were built in and are so close to campers that it makes no sense to have a fire.

The sites are plenty large with picnic table and a fire ring for a lovely evening fire and snores. Activities for kids including a nice playground and panning for shells and crystals ($). Huge nice dog park.

Kathy was amazing at check-in—so lively and welcoming! She gave me all the info I needed, including how to save with the rewards program (totally worth it—the discount paid for itself). Bathrooms and showers were super clean, and the playground was perfect for my 3 kids. Great stay all around!

We loved the dog park, the camp store and the full hookups. Only complaint was the unlevel gravel site. We don’t have jacks, so we had to tolerate leaning camper.

Need a doggyy poop bag dispenser bgruffy the camping area bathrooms . the ladies in the office were very nice. The man in the office was not quite as friendly and was a little gruff and not as friendly or helpfu.l

Good stay. Quiet. Showers always a mess. Not your fault tho based on how I saw people leave them. Excellent pizza too. The man working the pizza counter is an exceptional employee in every way.

I will never look for a spot in a KOA again. To no fault of the friendly and helpful staff. The exorbitant price is not justified by the private bath and shower in the unisex bath house. We really enjoyed the $50 pizza, bring our night's expenditure to $200 for a standard pull-through site, whose sewer hookup was too high for easy use. Noisy and busy up to and beyond the 10pm quiet time. Never aga

We stayed here to visit Yellowstone which is a short drive away. Great place, nice camp store, especially the pizza and draft beer, fantastic employees, all in a nice quiet environment. We had zero problems. It would be nice to provide some seating in the laundry so you can sit and read while your laundry is washing or drying, instead of having to walk back to your RV.

We had a great time, the campsite is very pretty and close to the West Yellowstone entrance. We used the laundry and shower facilities and they were clean and well kept. Staff is friendly.

Someone took my clothes out of the washer and mixed it with their clothes in the dryer. No ones fault. Things happen. I reported it to the staff because at that point I hadn't figured out yet where my clothes were. The staff was very good in trying to help, however, when the staff mentioned this to the manager who was eating, he was very dismissive and could care less. Didn't even acknowledge me.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay! Perfect location for day trips to visit Yellowstone. Highly recommend Mountainside KOA. Very clean facilities and beautiful area. The pizza was delicious from the Mountainside KOA Cafe, too.

We stay in a lot of KOAs and the patio sites here were small for the price. The extra charge to lock your site was crazy, I always lock my site but at 20.00-25.00, not 50. We paid 40.00 for 3 bags of ice and 2 bundles of wood - ridiculous. I feel you are price gouging at this location because you can where it is. Not really happy with this one.

Location ia great with only a short drive to Yellowstone (<15 min). Washers were out for a while but fixed later in the afternoon. Staff was great and responsive. Maybe more bathroom cleaning throughout the day give the usage at peak periods. We would stay again.

Thus is a very beautiful and we'll maintained park, and the office staff are absolutely �� amazing!!! The facilities are user friendly and available and the park grounds are enjoyable as well, the only downside is the "overpriced feel" of literally everything. But, they have an absolutely awesome RV repairman named Joseph if you're in need. He is truly trustworthy and pricing is very fair!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful during check in. My only complaint was that it was very dusty. The new dog park is amazing and our girls loved being able to run around in such a big area.

We have stayed at several KOAs and this so far is our favorite!! Beautiful scenery, nice places to walk the dogs, easy drive to Yellowstone. We definitely recommend this KOA.

The campground was clean and generally well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, there was very little shade throughout the area, making it tough to stay cool during warmer parts of the day. We also ran into some trouble with the washing machines—they weren’t functioning properly and added a bit of hassle to our stay. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The CG is well maintained. Our site was fairly level. Not much shade. Would definitely recommend.

Great people and excellent service. Site was very tight and unable to open all slides. Although DOG PARK was brand new and beautiful it was FAR TOO large. I would suggest dividing into 2 or 3 parks. Small dog/ large dog style. Not all dogs get along and this would make tending to dogs less stressful.

Great place for visiting Yellowstone. Campgrounds well maintained and large sites for Class A pulling toad. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Yes, will stay here again.

Friendly staff with useful information to share. Bathrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. Individual bathrooms were great by providing more privacy. Sites were spacious, with some grass and tall trees (in the back of the campground). Sturdy tables, fire pits and bench swing at every site. Mostly quiet, with just a little traffic noise.
