Wonderful friendly hosts and staff! Clean and spacious area! It was so refreshing to feel we were actually in the wilderness camping and not a trailer park feel like some of the other campsites we stayed at! Keep up the good work!

Nice, quiet park with beautiful views. Close to entry of West Yellowstone and into Grand Tetons going South. Clean facilities and very nice store.

The staff was great. Every person we had contact with made extra effort and was friendly and kind. The camp itself felt a little bare-bones and could use some TLC.

The laundry was clean and well maintained. The only problem I had with the camp was the camp site I had was not even close to level and the dusty roads. The pot holes in front of the office were not very welcoming either.

Been on the road for a month and a half so far and we mail post cards to our grandkids I asked the young man behind the counter he said post office will not allow pick at the koa and that I wound need to take the post cards to west Yellowstone to mail. Another KOA employee told me to just place the cards in the mail box at the road. Which is all I was asking for, no effort on employees part.

Great area simple Park with all the hookups, especially love having laundry facility thanks won't be at this one again but we'll stop at many our journeys .. thanks for leaving the lights on lol

The lady, working the hotel, was on a power trip, didnt want to help relable a uspo package, so i could get my part. She opted to RTS. That was easy for her. Wtf

Had problem with trailer & Erik Dawkins mobile RV service came to our rescue. HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone with a RV problem. The front desk staff were so friendly & very helpful. Thank U for a wonderful stay! �

Great location for Yellowstone NP! Park in need of more gravel on the roads and sites, it was very muddy. WiFi service was sketchy as well.

Campground is nice. Big rig friendly. Has a fire ring in each site and a picnic table. The hosts were all so nice and great to talk to. Shower/bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained. Only thing that was off was the Pizza place had short hours and weren’t open for lunch. It was only open from 4-8pm which was kind of annoying. Would have been nice to grab pizza for lunch before check o

I didn't realize the camp was quite so far outside of town when I booked it. Having said that, the individual shower/sink/toilet facilities at Mountainside were convenient and very clean. We needed a few supplies during our stay and found much of what we needed at the camp store, where the staff was friendly and helpful. If there were concrete slabs, I'd give Mountainside a 5 rating.

Nice park, enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that we made our reservation months in advance and requested to be placed adjacent to the couple we traveled with, as did they, and our request was not honored. At check in, we were told it wasn't possible to change spaces.

Camp ground was clean, well maintained, restrooms and showers were clean. Very happy with our stay. Loved the outdoor dog area and kids play ground.

The park is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and the individual showers and toliers are very good. The KOA is about six miles from the West enterance to Yellowstone. A helpful point, fill your vehicle up with fuel before arriving, the diesel at West Yellowstone is about a dollar gallon higher than 50 miles earlier.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire campgrounds!!! We stayed at the KOA Journey for 5 nights, which is just down the Highway.... The Showers there were disgustingly filthy, even after a cleaning. So nice to see that the showers at KOA Mountainside Journey were so very clean!!!! If thinking about which KOA to choose..... Hands down choose Mountainside Journey KOA!!!!

This was our second visit to the Yellowstone Park/Mountainside KOA and loved it. The staff was Great, Friendly and Helpful. The site was roomy and the facilities were clean. I Highly Recommend this KOA when visiting Yellowstone, I will stay here again.

This particular KOA is set a beautiful valley. The mountains and the creek that are part of it make you feel absolutely awesome. The office staff is wonderful. They totally make you feel at home. The grounds are very well kept. The laundry room was spotless. This part of West Yellowstone is breathtaking. We would definitely return to this park.

We loved our stay at this KOA. It is minutes from the West Yellowstone National Park entrance. They have a nice playground for kids, K9-Park for dogs and everything you expect from KOA. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating if we had any questions or requests. Next time we plan a trip to Yellowstone, this will be the first place we look for accommodations.

We had site 128; very spacious location and had all the views of the mountains and sunrise/sunsets. The folks were great and very helpful; definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful campground with very scenic mountain views. Very nice nature walks for the dog with benches to relax on along the way. The bath house was spacious and clean. The staff were awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

Office staff were awesome! However, no firewood available snd out site was horribly unlevel! To the point so unlevel that in our 4 years as full time traveling, we couldn’t get level without the tires coming off the ground. It was pretty bad. And then, no exit signs! Thss as t would have been nice since it was a little bit if a maze.

Noisy neighbors, noisy road traffic, noisy spot next to the laundry/bathhouse, didn’t have a fire because the fire pit was too close to a large propane tank. Best part of this RV park is it’s not a parking lot on the side of the road with hookups like most spots in West Yellowstone, and it’s close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone.

Great place for visiting Yellowstone. Campgrounds well maintained and large sites for Class A pulling toad. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Yes, will stay here again.

Friendly staff with useful information to share. Bathrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. Individual bathrooms were great by providing more privacy. Sites were spacious, with some grass and tall trees (in the back of the campground). Sturdy tables, fire pits and bench swing at every site. Mostly quiet, with just a little traffic noise.
