Great staff. Sites are generous in length. The camp store is well stocked and has a pizza cafe. The laundry room was nice and clean.

Fantastic KOA! Well stocked shop that will bring firewood to your site, only a few miles to the town of West Yellowstone and the West entrance to Yellowstone park. Buttermilk hiking trail is across the street and very easy to walk to. The showers are huge and have full bathrooms in the room. And the laundry is cheap! I would definitely come back.

We reserved a 30/20 trailer site and 30 was not available. We were told one tent per site so we had to get 2 extra sites for the kids and then we saw a group come and put 7 tents on one site. Seems like we were overcharged.

Everything was good except even though there was cable tv, we couldn’t get NBC to watch the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.

Great location, easy to find and access. Close to the West Entrance of the park. 8 miles from town. We'll maintained. Staff all very accommodating and very friendly. Love the patios and having full grills provided...with nice firepits. Only negative, and NOT their fault is the Canadian geese are a nuisance and nasty....but we've run into them all across the country...

Nice park, not super big, but convenient to West Yellowstone entrance. Friendly staff. Sites were nice and level. Pull-thru was nice. If you order pizza or firewood they deliver to your site. T-Mobile service was excellent. Their cable hookup worked great.

The staff was awesome from making the reservation to checking us in. Because of delays in our travel schedule we had to make adjustments to our arrival. They took excellent care of us. The grounds were in great shape and we liked the daily text message reminders. We would stay here again

Yellowstone/Mountainside KOA is a beautiful campground! The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the grounds are very well kept. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

Very friendly! Super clean. The mining set up by the playground was so awesome! The only bummer was the sewer hookup at our site was taller than our drain on the camper, but we could make it work.

I booked this reservation 4 months in advance and when I arrived we were put in a tent site with no 30 amp service and rough dirt for my patio area. I have a small 20 ft camper but I paid a premium price for a sub par camp site. This is the most disappointing KOA experience I have ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all helpful and looked happy to do their job. Our site was wonderful. The only bummer we found was the dust on the interior main road. We were on an end spot near the bathhouse. Folks driving in and out did not follow park rules of 5 mph. I don’t attribute this to the campground. This is folks just being discourteous and in a hurry.

General manager was very difficult to deal with. Will send letter to KOA. Would never stay there again. I must say I was very disappointed. Giving It. One was difficult but zero wasn’t available. All the other KOA we have stayed we have given top scores.

Beautiful area. Nice clean park doing some work on the grass areas while we were there. Bathrooms roomy and very clean. Laundry room the same. Could us a few more washers that work.

20 minute drive to Yellowstone-40 minutes with traffic-plan accordingly. This KOA could use some updates—-facilities were ok but the owners were maximizing value with tenters and car campers filling the sites—the rest room and laundry facilities were heavily used. And the rates were not cheap. Navigating the the lot was difficult and most staff were less than enthusiastic about their work.

Parkin, a little out of the way but overall an OK KOA. If you’re staying here be sure to get an early, early start towards Yellowstone NP. Traffic crazy!

Great place for visiting Yellowstone. Campgrounds well maintained and large sites for Class A pulling toad. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Yes, will stay here again.

Friendly staff with useful information to share. Bathrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. Individual bathrooms were great by providing more privacy. Sites were spacious, with some grass and tall trees (in the back of the campground). Sturdy tables, fire pits and bench swing at every site. Mostly quiet, with just a little traffic noise.
