The overall experience was great. The cabin was nice. It was clean for the most part. The ceiling fan could use a little attention, the bathroom door won’t lock and the mattress on the bed was very hard.

The staff was super friendly. The grounds were well kept. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. Only thing missing was a can opener but otherwise we lacked for nothing.

Our cabin was not clean at all (hair and dirt on/around the toilet and obviously brown/dirty floors among other things) - we had to clean before using things, very limited pots/pans/utensils in the kitchen, no front deck as shown in photo (others did have a deck), outdoor furniture (bench) was broken. Not our typical KOA experience. Staff was generally friendly and location was good.

We rented a cabin. It was super clean, the staff was nice, but I do think they should’ve been more transparent that the hot water in the cabins only lasts 10-15 minutes (then has to reheat for an hour) prior to booking. We have three children. The reason we rented the cabin was for the shower. $350 a night for not being able to shower in the cabin is absurd.

Overall a good stay. Negatives were: No pool, Group gathering/picnic area was filthy. Brick and concrete grill was falling apart and grate was bent and laying in the ashes. Had some confusion with clerks in paying for things brought in store. No fishing information was available on the 4 ponds and creek.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5. The campgrounds were well-kept. We enjoyed fishing the catch-n-release ponds (no fish caught…but a few nibbles). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Awesome to have a safe playground, laundry facilities, etc. We didn’t use the Pavilion…too rustic. My only complaint was the price of our stay…..$360.00 per night. This seemed very spendy.

The cabin was very cute and nice, bunk beds were small but cozy. Wish they had offered EV charging, the same power that the RVs use works for EVs and we were told it would overpower the grid. � Such a simple thing to add, will not come back or recommend to others due to this lack. Otherwise cabin was delightful.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was great. I have to give a shout out to Roger, he was a great help to us and very patient. Employee's like him will make us come back to your KOA next time we visit.

Nice campground with great access to West Yellowstone/the park. Only downside is the cabins are VERY close together and our cabin was a bit dirty.

Everything was great, only downside is the shower in the cabin I was in had terrble water pressure, it was like showering with a garden hose. But other than that everyone was nice and I enjoyed it.

We arrived and had a lot of ants inner cabin, we told Rodger and he called the manager Dakota and they came and sprayed. There was a lot of confusion about staying another night. But was a blessing to work it out. It is a beautiful site and peaceful. I appreciate everyones help.

We love the cabins at West Yellowstone Mountainside KOA they are always clean, the staff is friendly & helpful. A perfect location for home base after a day of hiking & exploring.

Great stay! Cabin was clean & campground was close to the west entrance to Yellowstone. The staff sent an email before closing reminding us to come get any needed items. We arrived late and had no cabin key & no one to contact. In a panic we went to the hotel next door & they contacted camp staff to reopen the store & get us keys. We noticed this happened to other cabins as well.

Only enough hot water in the deluxe cabin for 1 five minute shower. For the amount of money I spent I would expect at least a hot shower.

Great staff and well kept campground. The General Store was convenient and had the essentials…& kids love it. However, the camp site next to our cabin 303 was too close. Also, when I booked last December I’m confident I selected the “Deluxe” cabin for 6 people based on pictures online. But the reservation ended up being for the 4 person “Deluxe”. That was our main disappointment.

We love this campground and have stayed here numerous times. They are always so kind and helpful and the grounds are always kept so nice and clean. There were a number of upgrades to the campground and to the cabins this year which is nice to see. We love it here and will be back.

Lovely, comfortable cabin on the end of a lane next to a creek. Very clean, and staff in the general store were friendly and helpful. Location was away from town but close to town and Yellowstone national Park entrance.

The staff did not tell us about 15 min between two showers. We took cold showers for two nights. We love everything at this site. I will stay again.

Perfect location for our family trip to Yellowstone. Stayed 5 nights and then moved on to Canyon Lodge. Everyone agrees we should have just stayed at the KOA 2 more nights.

Lovely campground, super nice employees, but really missed a pool. The other koa up the road has one, and it was always nice to cool off after a long day in the park. If this koa had one, it would be fantastic! Other than that, the cabin was very clean and had everything provided for a comfortable stay!

Absolutely loved our cabin, the whole campground was very well-kept and clean. Even with as full as the campground was it was still quiet and very peaceful in the evening.

No shower curtain and very little warm water. 2 people couldn’t take a shower after each other with warm water for both. Store closes early and opens late. No firewood when we got there.

We really liked the campground. We rented a cabin. What we didn’t like was that the shower curtain was filthy. We turned the fan on in the bedroom and dust flew everywhere. The cabin was not dusted at all. The hot water only lasted for one shower. Wood was not available for purchase until the last day of our stay. We spent a lot of money for 3 nights and it should have been way better.

If you are debating on whether or not to rent the deluxe cabin, it is totally worth it! Super clean with all of the basic amenities you would need. Plus the staff here are super helpful. Loved our stay!

Rented a deluxe cabin for two nights. Cabin is extremely nice, but the water heater is small. My wife didn’t finish a shower before water ran out. I checked and found water heater was 19 gallons and 120 volt. Small capacity and low recovery. Had to take the wife to bathhouse to finish her shower. Paid premium price for the extras and was very disappointed. Would not upgrade there again.

We stayed in cabin 3 it was great for our family of 4. Our only gripe was that there were not many places to hang towels and or jackets. Maybe a couple extra hooks in each room would make the cabins perfect! Other than that, great location, clean cabin and great memories! Thank you!

We stayed in a small cabin with bathroom. Very nice. We were pleased with the condition and cleanliness. Overall the park and staff were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for visiting Yellowstone. Campgrounds well maintained and large sites for Class A pulling toad. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Yes, will stay here again.

Friendly staff with useful information to share. Bathrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. Individual bathrooms were great by providing more privacy. Sites were spacious, with some grass and tall trees (in the back of the campground). Sturdy tables, fire pits and bench swing at every site. Mostly quiet, with just a little traffic noise.
