This is the 1st time at a KOA campground. Honestly we have shyed away from them as they seemed to us to look like no more than parking lots! This campground was soooo beautiful and placed us so close to the park. The price was higher than we have ever paid to camp, but the proximity to the park, amenities and Kathy at the front desk made it all worth it!

Site we stayed in was very unlevel, The whole park could use a facelift, everything seemed very old and run down. For the money this KOA charges I was expecting more. On the positive side the staff was very friendly and helpful,

Shower did not really work. Stove would not light . Crammed into spaces like sardines do not rent 301. No view barely room for a fire. Bathrooms did not seem to be clewned often. Not alot of amenities for such a high price . Cabin had cob webs all over it. Didnt even have enough mugs or glasses for 3 people.

Best part was friendly staff. We rarely stay at any campgrounds and have never stayed at a koa. I was happy that there was no generator noise and it was overall quiet. It was nice to be back next to the tent sites. I wouldn’t have wanted to be in the rows of rvs but that’s just me :). Thanks!

First time at a KOA. Thought little of this type of camping location. Was pleasantly surprised!! The showers were awesome. Proximity to the park was decent. Staff was great. Checking in later than expected having to option for pizza was perfect!!

The back in site was not level, the Wi-Fi did not work, the staff was unhelpful, for $84 a night. It is overpriced, even though it is close to the Westgate of Yellowstone. Not to mention the road noise and the barking dogs.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yellowstone Park/Mountainside KOA. The employees were very friendly and quick to supply anything we requested. We stayed in one of their largest cabins and it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The campground is very close to Yellowstone's west entrance and the town of West Yellowstone. Having the community bathrooms was also nice for our group of 6.

Outstanding staff and a nice clean campground. Just a few miles out of West Yellowstone with easy account to Yellowstone National Park. I would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone.

The people are courteous--I appreciated the escort to my site and that someone showed me where to find everything. The facilities are clean.

The staff excellent, the pizza was delicious, and the price not too bad considering it was a holiday weekend. The pads were packed and level. The space was sufficient for the camper and 2 vehicles. Great scenery. The highway was close but honestly didn't even notice the noise. We didn't use any facilities (shower laundry etc) so I can't comment on those.

Our dog, Bailey enjoyed her stay in the dog station at our campsite. The stay were very helpful and the facilities were very clean.

Nice restrooms and campsites, big improvement from last year! Only thing was someone came in and parked next to us at 1:30am our last night.

Everything was great. Check-in, maintenance personnel, and on-site pizza was very good. All facilities clean and updated. Would stay again. Lots for kids to do although there is no pool.

Convention park and town. Very friendly staff and neat store. Sites need more gravel. More weeds than grass at site. Should be better for the cost.

Way too expensive. Also, dust everywhere. The KOA golf carts threw up so much dust everywhere time they went by, as did every truck and RV. Also, very buggy. I would not choose to stay here again. The only positive is that it is 7.5 miles from the park entrance and there is gas in town.

This was our 4th year at this location. We stayed for 4 days. We had a great time. The staff was friendly. The cabin was clean. We'll be back next year.

This was our first stay at KOA, and it was a great overnight option for our six-day Yellowstone vacation just down the road. The site and bathrooms were all very clean and spacious, and the staff was pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. We will definitely use KOA again on future trips, and would recommend it to anyone seeking a well-priced and dependable overnight option when traveling! TY!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The campground is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. My daughter loved the playground and all of the sport equipment they have available for guest to use.

I didn't lock in my spot so they took me straight to the worst spot in the camp ground even though they were only 1/4 full. I had one of their $28 pizza's and wasn't quite the quality of a frozen pizza. My spot had a view of the main power supply, a 500 gallon propane tank and they back of the shower and toilet building. I got all that for only $150/ night. I only wish I could post a picture!

Great place for visiting Yellowstone. Campgrounds well maintained and large sites for Class A pulling toad. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Yes, will stay here again.

Friendly staff with useful information to share. Bathrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. Individual bathrooms were great by providing more privacy. Sites were spacious, with some grass and tall trees (in the back of the campground). Sturdy tables, fire pits and bench swing at every site. Mostly quiet, with just a little traffic noise.
