This place was awesome! A couple of things to make it even better- an ATM, the bathrooms cleaned/unclogged more frequently, and the main lodge open later (until 10 would have been great). Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

most disappointing stay during our month long trip to Yellowstone. The only good thing I can say about it was it was convenient to West Yellowstone gate. If the campground owner or manger gets this review and actually cares about the lack of customer service at your campground, please contact me directly.

Although we were very far from our party who was in an RV and we were in a tent, we still loved this KOA! Cindy at the store was the sweetest lady. There was fun stuff for the kids, clean campground, very accommodating bath houses, big forest for foraging and beautiful ponds to walk around! Also the price was unbeatable!

It was pretty great with the cabin, bathroom, fire pit etc. one thing to help in the cabin would be to have more hooks in the walls. Thank you.

Almost $400 for a deluxe cabin for the night and I had to take a cold shower in the morning. When I said something to the staff they said they would take note of it and offered no other sentiments. Customer service is not very good there. An apology or a small offer of money returned would have been nice.

Their water pump broke down for 6 days and they worked on it very hard to get it resolved. They did issue a credit to my account which I appreciated. I would stay they again. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

It was great! Close to Yellowstone. Very clean, wonderful staff!! Store was perfect! Unfortunately we didn’t try the pizza or doughnuts, but they looked delicious. Our camp site (516) was right next to the showers/laundry/bathrooms and the store.! All around great experience.

Clean campground. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious site. Showers are great. Views are stunning. Best dog park ever. Its huge, with an agility course & dog washing station. We’ve stayed at several KOA, this location is at the top of the list. Definitely recommend.

We were there for two nights but gone most of the day. When we were there we were always met with pleasent employees who took immediate action when notifying them of a bathroom concern. My husband even struck up conversation with an employee who gave him some advice for the most beautiful routing to our next destination! Thank you and keep up the amazing work it was a beautiful site!

The staff was very helpful and great. However, the price we paid for the cabin I would say the bunks need better mattress, the bunks also need sheets that fit correctly the hot water was gone very quickly for a cabin that sleeps 6 and the room needs more hooks for people to hang towels or damp clothes. Maybe even offering clean towels every other day. Killed 4 yellow jackets in the room.

Upon arrival we are told they have been out of water for 24 hours. If we needed water we could go down the road to the next KOA and fill up then check-in.I was upset we hadn't been notified by text or email of the situation. We could have filled up at our previous stop. No communication whatsoever of the progress of the water situation. Campground is close to Yellowstone is the only good thing.

No water which they warned us about. When I checked in lady was like I told you to fill up before you got here. I am sorry that I am not an advid camper and I was not local to the area. She was like there is another KOA up the road and was making it sound like I was stupid for not knowing that I thought it was very disrespectful and unhelpful for me is made the water situation

We love this KOA specially since it is close to the park and west Yellowstone. Only hiccup this trip was they were having an issue with the water when we arrived and we didn’t find out until we got there, with that being said they still had one bath house that still worked for showers and restrooms. The staff were friendly and did what they could in the situation that was occurring.

We were here the day before the water went out. The facility is fine, spots could use some leveling out but otherwise ok. I like the dog run and did use the dog wash. Didn’t care for how the staff handled the water issues. Was told water is out and nothing we can do, most people got mad and left. We did stay and was only offered 25% discount but had to give up my reward discount.

Everyone was great, unforseen circumstances shortened out stay. As sometimes things happen beyond their control they gave us a refund, and helped us book at another KOA a short ways away.

had reservation & at last minute needed to add an extra day which cost was $180+ a night for larger RV. The next morning I called &left message that I had 2 reservations & could they put us in same spot for entire time. I asked them to call me back but I never heard back, So in afternoon & was told they got my message & would take care of things.They gave me regular spot &won’t refund difference

The grounds were very nice and I really like the cabin we stayed in. The only downside to our stay was, due to unforseen circumstances, the water going out. I do feel, however, the staff tried to make the best of it, and we did get a refund for one of our nights.

The laundry room is dirty and the machines cost too much. We had no water for almost 2 days.

We loved our stay the cabin was great. It was in a great location. Had so much you needed right there. They had an unfortunate well problem so we were without water for 2 days. The maintenance team and one of the front desks ladies were great. I would recommended going back. But the way it was handled and the way they subtracted my refund from my KOA rewards I wouldn’t recommend KOA to anyone

Nice location but our campsite was very noisy because all the traffic of other cars was constantly passing. Also the water didn’t work our last day which was incredibly frustrating for the price we paid.

The staff was very friendly. Campsite clean. However, work was being done somewhere and the water got turned off! This is why we pay for full hook ups! There was no water for showers in the bathrooms either. Very unfortunate.

This is a really good park. The campsites are next to each other but there is plenty of room. The staff members are great, friendly, and very helpful. The WiFi is very strong and has good coverage. The views from the park are amazing. The only downside is the gravel, the roads and sites are gravel which makes dust as vehicles drive by. Only 7 miles from West Yellowstone and the NP entrance.

Our stay was great until the last day, when a water outage occurred. The main issue was communication. We were in Yellowstone all day and returned after hours to find no water, with only one hard-to-see sign and no explanation. A text, email, or note on the store door would have helped. Staff seemed dismissive, and better communication would have been appreciated.

Excellent even with a well problem that caused water to not be available our second night. The staff obviously was working hard and I believe the gentleman who helped me the next morning was the manager and he was awesome.

My campsite was beautiful! Each site had its own beautifully crafted swing, along with perfectly placed trees. The staff was terrific, and recommended a place to go horseback riding, and falls to see. The bath/shower house was clean and well maintained. I have already recommended it to campers I met, heading in that direction. I would definately stay again, for a longer stay next time!

Very conveniently located to the town of West yellowstone and the west entrance to the national park. Nice trail Into the national forest. Staff were great!!

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA! Our cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The campground had lots of activities and things for people to enjoy. The employees were professional, pleasant, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Lots of amenities we did not use due to exploring Yellowstone. Prices were high even though it was outside the Park. I reported tree branches that hit the top of our motorhome, they were not addressed. Nice employees, except for one creepy guy. Pizza looked like old icky stuff. Plenty of room for our large RV and truck.
