We enjoyed staying at this campground. The bath house/laundry room was very nice and clean. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. In June the temperature at night was high 40s and a campfire was exactly what we needed.

Level sights with space between neighbors. Jump pad was a huge hit. Pizza was convenient after a long day in the park. Hot showers. Pleasant staff.

Would be great to get seating near the playground for adults. The staff were very friendly and the KOA was clean!

The sites could use some leveling and turning clearances for larger rvs are pretty tight.

Sites were fairly level and spacious. Friendly staff. Bathrooms clean but a little dated. Very dusty roads. Campers not obeying speed limit along with some KOA team members. Hard to have door open with the clouds of dust. Maybe add speed bumps to slow people down especially from cabins. Nice location to West Yellowstone, and the park!

I really enjoyed my experience at Yellowstone Park/ Mountainside KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our campsite was nice and next to a creek. The fire ring was well maintained. The entire campground was well maintained. The restrooms/showers were conveniently located also.

Staff was great. In the previous two months our rig had minor issues. Staff allowed us to order parts and accepted our packages. Our site was easy in/out. Bathroom were clean. We had good water pressure.

Everything about the park was satisfactory. Except for one thing. DISCONTINUE THE $50.00 LOCK IN FEE. It is an absurd charge. If families are traveling together, they should be able to camp close to one another WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY ONE CENT EXTRA! To be clear, we did not pay it, but the fact that you charge it is one reason I would not stay here again.

This has been the best campground we have stayed at during our trip. The dogs loved the park and I loved the wash station. My husband enjoyed casting his fishing pole in the ponds. The park is clean and well maintained. The associates were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. It is convenient to the town and Yellowstone National Park.We would definately stay here again.

Very nice staff. Restrooms and laundry area were clean though not immaculate. I visited two of the bathhouses several times and came to this assessment. Our site was dead level, very long, and had two convenient sewer connections, which was very nice for us as we have two tank valves on our trailer. Campground itself was very clean and had a very nice, large dog park.

Laundry is a TOTAL RIPOFF. Dryers at 25c for 3 minutes is obscenely EXPENSIVE Why take advantage of your guest when the park prices is high enough to cover op. cost and profit ????

Don’t have anything sent here if you’re full timing and need to have something shipped. They lost 2 of our packages and when we pressed them on it after finding signatures they were received, we were told they would look into it and get back to us and never did.

We came to the park and got a slanted, uneven spot with 20 amp hookup, not the 30 amp reserved/paid for, even though spots available. The person at the desk did not know how to apply requested points when we checked in. The refund given would have been gladly refused for a spot as reserved. Also, NO dump station at this location.

We love this campground. It is beautiful and quiet. The bathrooms are always spotless and the staff are really helpful. Every time we go there are new improvements - larger dog park, kid activities. We highly recommend it and this is our go to place whenever we go to Yellowstone

Wonderful place to stay, the park was clean and so much for kids to do to wind down at night.. Bathrooms and laundry were clean.. The gift shop was affordable and had anything we may need. Cindy was amazing at check in… Pizza was good but expensive.

This was our family’s first RV road trip and stay at an RV park. Yellowstone Moungaim side KOA absolutely hit a home run with their facility and customer service. Not to mention their location and proximity to Yellowstone National Park

Loved this KOA, such a nice spot lots of showers and bathrooms. Everything you could need right there! They take you to your campsite and will deliver wood to you if you buy it!!

Arrived around 7pm and was told that the campsite was full and the reason was a camper was late to return. After two hours of waiting the camper returned and was ask to leave. My family and I in the meantime were treated very respectful by the KOA host’s. My only criticism of this issue would be to inspect the site prior to a guest staying and having a plan in place for late returning campers.

The campsite is great! Not happy that staffing would not allow our friends to camp next to us when the site was available. Since you can’t reserve sites, I don’t understand why an empty site next to us was not made available. The showers and toilets near the tent campers were consistently dirty. Maintenance will need to check more frequently to keep clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry was helpful and needed. However, the tent restrooms were not tended to often. I was disappointed that so many employees were out riding their gator instead of tending to restrooms and showers.

We had a really great stay. Not too far from town or the west entrance to Yellowstone Park. The office and pizza shop were absolutely fantastic.We were in a big rig and had no problems with our spot. Plenty of room.

Excellent staff and KOA. Large RV sites. Clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Great place to stay close to West Yellowstone Gate. Will be back.

We did have an issue with mud being around the connections for our rv. The park was pretty. The amenities were great...laundry, showers, restrooms and they had a pizza kitchen. Great location to Yellowstone.

We stayed 3 night in one of the cabins - water was out for the first day due to pipe break but we used the bathhouse and they provided bottled water so all was good.

Very conveniently located to the town of West yellowstone and the west entrance to the national park. Nice trail Into the national forest. Staff were great!!

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA! Our cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The campground had lots of activities and things for people to enjoy. The employees were professional, pleasant, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Lots of amenities we did not use due to exploring Yellowstone. Prices were high even though it was outside the Park. I reported tree branches that hit the top of our motorhome, they were not addressed. Nice employees, except for one creepy guy. Pizza looked like old icky stuff. Plenty of room for our large RV and truck.
