Easy to access, clean sites. Bathrooms are nice- but need to be cleaned more than once every few days. Overall, quiet and easy to access West Yellowstone.

This campground is great, pretty quiet but close to the road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their store is great with all kinds of good items and home cooked food on the weekends. Clean bathrooms and beautiful area next to a creek.

Very nice facility. The only concern we encountered was when we left site 217 we had a large tree on the left at the end of the pull through and a large rock across the street. Wasn’t sure I could make the left turn around the tree and miss the rock so we opted to drive through the fortunately open site across the road and then exit on the next street. We had a fantastic stay at this campground and would absolutely come back. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a beautiful location, the staff were also exceptional! What really made our stay perfect, was Sonny. He was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was honestly one of the best people we’ve met on any of our trips!

Love the cabin size, love how clean it was. It had the basic kitchen things like dishes, 1 pot, 1 pan and a colander. Loved the kid play areas. Very well kept facility and definitely will come back!

We had a wonderful stay. Janice was extremely helpful. Only issue was people walking through our campsite from the tent area on a daily basis.

Nice week stay, only downside was our spot was on the end right next to where people were constantly walking and driving by.

Loved the location and amenities. It was a little dusty in the cabinets. We found food crumbs and a dirty spoon behind the trash can. The fridge was a little dirty.

Wonderful campground. All the staff is so kind and helpful. Very clean and beautiful views. Stayed in campsite 415 which is a pull through with the patio. Love that it includes nice table and chairs, double glider, fire pit, and BBQ. Would 100% recommend and come again.

Very nice property with lovely creek to sit by. The cabin was roomy and clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly. Very close to West Yellowstone.

This KOA location is only eight miles from the West Yellowstone entrance. It is well kept, with a great playground. All of the staff members were extremely accommodating and helpful. There is a store with camp and food items which came if handy. There is a little pizza restaurant in the store, but we did not try that. We were there three nights and went exploring at Yellowstone each day.

Sites are very unlevel, we needed to move to another site. We couldn't use the firepit, it was right by our door. Beautiful views from our site, Vicki is wonderful, she went up and beyond.

Vivian and Steve helped us to get settled and Janice and Del were super kind and generous with us and the kids. The location had a really welcoming and kind staff. We picked it because we drove by and saw the bouncing pillow and playground for the kids and it ended up being a great location for the everyone. The kids especially had a blast playing with others on the playground.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back! The campground was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our electric site was easy to use and made everything convenient. The fire pits were excellent, the scenery was absolutely incredible, and it never felt crowded. Everything was clean, organized, and made for a relaxing, memorable camping experience. Highly recommend!

The employees are constantly on a gator driving from one side of the park to the other. They don't wait until a site is empty before spraying weeds and mowing. If they could mark down what sites are going to be vacant then do the need items on that day, that would be great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the little camp store, nice inventory and a big selection of apparel. We didn’t get a chance to eat the pizza or the donuts, simply ran out of time. We visited YNP upper loop and The Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone. Staff was knowledgeable and answered every question and offered advice about our trip to Cody. We had 8 days in Yellowstone National Park and the KOA West Yellowstone Mountainside was a great hub to work out of. We had easy access to the park and enjoyed the quiet campground. Many biking paths close by that are used by UTV's. Enjoyed our time there!

Mountainside KOA was a great place for our family to stay on our Yellowstone vacation. The deluxe cabins are extremely comfortable and family friendly. They have all the necessities you’d find in a hotel room, plus the added benefit of a kitchen. The campground has a fun playground area and bikes to rent.The fishing ponds & streams around camp are fun to walk around. Staff was helpful & friendly

I paid $129 for a big rig pull through and instead got a site (117) in the middle of the road. We had dust and noise from traffic on all sides. Very noisy campground. Trucks, campers, motorcycles, dogs, the atvs that maintenance drives, and the little girl across the way who screamed constantly, once right outside our camper door, while her dad sat there and did nothing. Never again.

We stayed for 4 days and three nights. The site was clean and peaceful. The shower house was nice to clean up the kiddos. The only downside was the shower heads sprayed water everywhere so the floor would get muddy from everyone’s shoes.

Very conveniently located to the town of West yellowstone and the west entrance to the national park. Nice trail Into the national forest. Staff were great!!

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA! Our cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The campground had lots of activities and things for people to enjoy. The employees were professional, pleasant, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Lots of amenities we did not use due to exploring Yellowstone. Prices were high even though it was outside the Park. I reported tree branches that hit the top of our motorhome, they were not addressed. Nice employees, except for one creepy guy. Pizza looked like old icky stuff. Plenty of room for our large RV and truck.
