The park was in great condition, and every staff member that we interacted with was very friendly. Our RV site and our family's cabin worked great. The showers and laundry room were in fantastic shape. Dell and Janice in the office were so helpful. Despite the major roadwork just outside the park (not your fault), we really enjoyed our stay here.

I feel that some of the tent spots were too close to the cabins. We had a couple staying in a tent right next to our cabin and they smoked marijuana and we had to smell that aroma.

The cabin was wonderful, very clean and everything worked. The only issue was there was no utensils for the gas grill nor any provided when requested. You have to buy them at the onsite store. Luckily our friends camping nearby had some to loan us. Also plan to bring or buy your own paper plates and plastic cups and utensils.

We were in a tent camping spot, next to a lovely creek. We were looking forward to a shower after being in the backcountry of Yellowstone for several days, and were not disappointed. The shower/bathroom units were clean, private, and roomy.

close to the Yellowstone West Entrance.Great pet zone with a wash station for your pets,excellent when you have many rainy days. Store is well stock with all your needs and small food zone with good pizza and a few other hot items.The bathrooms were very clean and they were spaced all throughout the camp grounds so you didn't have to walk far.Same for the garbage disposal area. Everything was outstanding that people were very helpful. The only thing that we did not like was the Pizza was overpriced and undercooked other than that. Our stay was perfect. Thank you for the accommodations.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The campground itself was very nice and in a great location. My only complaint is that our campsite was in level, and we had a difficult time leveling our camper. The timber around the site and the height of the sewer pipe made it very difficult to empty our tanks.

Amazing experience! The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and so nice! Made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The covered porch was great to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The propane bbq was perfect for our dinners and if it hadn't rained during most of our stay, we would have utilized the personal firepit. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, It was HOT AND SMOKEY when we were there. This KOA has a WONDERFUL dog run area with agility obstacles and a dog washing station. The area adjacent to RV parking spots were total weeds! Also, the bathrooms could use some attention. GREAT LOCATION.

We had an incident during check in with an employee which was later handled by the manager Sam, he was excellent. We had issues with people being very loud at all hours banging the dumpster lids at 2-3 am and having loud conversations outside our tent at all hours of the night. We ended up leaving early due to lack of sleep. These issues were discussed with Sam and he was going to take care of it.

My site was not very level left to right nor front to back. It’s nice that they have pizza and can deliver it to your site but it’s not very good. The people are friendly. The campground is dusty. Some highway noise. Very close to town, but with construction it took much longer to get to Yellowstone.

AWESOME experience! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the deluxe cabin was OUTSTANDING, and the kids enjoyed renting the bikes. The location is beautiful with the creek running through it and it was easy access and close to the town of West Yellowstone and the West Entrance to the park!

The nicest place we have been at this trip! Clean fire ring, clean (and nice) bathrooms & showers, clean and nice laundry area. They deliver the wood to your site! Great location. We all really liked this one!

Our stay was awesome! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to to stay in are RV and with the convenience of the scamp store with anything you may have forgotten or needed and souvenirs to complete your visit to Yellowstone National Park which is only minutes away. We will be back soon enough!

Very conveniently located to the town of West yellowstone and the west entrance to the national park. Nice trail Into the national forest. Staff were great!!

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA! Our cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The campground had lots of activities and things for people to enjoy. The employees were professional, pleasant, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Lots of amenities we did not use due to exploring Yellowstone. Prices were high even though it was outside the Park. I reported tree branches that hit the top of our motorhome, they were not addressed. Nice employees, except for one creepy guy. Pizza looked like old icky stuff. Plenty of room for our large RV and truck.
