The property was lovely. We especially enjoyed the creek, ponds and the LARGE dog run/park. The staff were great and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay, close enough to easily drive into Yellowstone but then come home to a peaceful and beautiful setting. Everything was well maintained and staff were helpful with our questions. We were surprised that coffee wasn’t free as we hadn’t ran into that before at a KOA, but that is the only issue we had our entire stay - would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay at Mountainside KOA Journey. Our cabin was very nice and clean and ready for us. The staff was very helpful when we got to our cabin our freezer wasn’t working in our fridge and the maintenance men jump right a on it and got it to working. So happy with their service. We had fun walking around the grounds of the KOA and our little dog loved going on a walk across the creek.

Our site with the paw pen was amazing. The reservation process was very easy along with all communication with the campground. The staff was amazing from the time we arrived all the staff always waved and said hello every time they seen you. The view was awesome and the whole campground was clean and very nice with big nice dog park. Highly recommend to everybody

The campgrounds are clean and well kept. The staff is exceptional. We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the obvious care that the staff puts into the entire facility.

The cabins were so cute and well appointed. Quiet and comfortable. The office staff were knowledgeable and super welcoming. Great location for our road trip.

Overpriced! There is no pool or hot tub and the campground is 10 miles out of town. The dog park should be divided into two yards so more dogs are able to use it. $127/night was high compared to others.

Such a clean and quiet park. All staff were so helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We even added a night because we loved the campground. Also met Sam the manager such a nice man.

We had a wonderful visit with our Airstream club to your lovely KOA! The best dog area ever and the dog bath was a great bonus! Staff was also very nice ! Janice at the front desk was super friendly and we met Sam in the laundry room and enjoyed talking with him about the campground and bears! One of our favorite KOA’s on our month long trip!

We were camped here for a week. The park is quite lovely and the amenities are very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The road construction between town and the campground made it miserable if you need to go into town. Other than the wait for traffic, highly recommend this park.

Lots of amenities we did not use due to exploring Yellowstone. Prices were high even though it was outside the Park. I reported tree branches that hit the top of our motorhome, they were not addressed. Nice employees, except for one creepy guy. Pizza looked like old icky stuff. Plenty of room for our large RV and truck.

It was our second visit and we still love staying at this KOA. Vicki Cudney was very helpful getting us arranged and settled. The rest of your staff were also very helpful and friendly. Staff went out of their way to rearrange campsites so our group would be together. Every staff member was EAGER to help with any questions we had. GREAT group. Brianna and Todd were standouts!!! Thanks so much!!!

Everyone was so friendly. Great park with a dog wash! We added 2 extra days because we felt so comfortable. The views were great too.

All the staff were friendly and courteous. The kampground is clean, quiet, with beautiful views. A great place to stay. There's a playground, mining camp, casting ponds, and trails, to name a few amenities. The mining camp was so much fun. Regardless of age, buy a bag and mine for the most colorful rocks you'll see. A special thanks to Rich and Mike who took care of my sewer pipe mishap.

We had problems with the electronic door keys on our cabin, but we were taken care of by the great staff very nice folks, also the lodge pole pizza was good...

We stayed in the deluxe cabins and had a fantastic 4 night stay. The campground is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is our 5th year staying! See you next year!.

Very conveniently located to the town of West yellowstone and the west entrance to the national park. Nice trail Into the national forest. Staff were great!!

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA! Our cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The campground had lots of activities and things for people to enjoy. The employees were professional, pleasant, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
