What a gem of a campground! The sites are a good size with an amazing view of the mountains! Just five miles outside of West Yellowstone, it is convenient but offers a relaxing, quiet time. The staff is super helpful and friendly! The shower house and laundry are great, as well. We stayed in a cabin and it was clean and comfortable.

For $189 a night I would expect more services. Night entertainment either movies or a weekend music. No real game room no pool or spa.

We stayed at Yellowstone Park/ Mountainside KOA for six days and seven nights. I must say that this is one of the BEST KOA’s that we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so nice, the grounds maintained and by far the BEST laundry, restroom: shower facilities!! We will be back!! Thank you for making our vacation extra special!!

Great staff. We would definitely stay there again. We were able to pick some rhubarb from their patch so we made rhubarb crisp for the staff for them to enjoy.

Wonderful staff. Wish the tent sites by water had more shade. Bathhouse could use some buddy benches outside and maybe now that it’s warmer knock the AC down a few degrees. :)

We stayed here for a week . Park was ok was disappointed there was no pool. They did have pizza that was convenient but not great for the price charged. It was convenient going to park. Downtown was close and convenient.

We stay at the Mountainside KOA every other year on a high school science trip to the Yellowstone National Park. We love the facilities and the proximity to the park. The campground hosts do everything to ensure we have an enjoyable stay.

We were pleased with the quietness of the park’s location. It was beautiful, clean, and had excellent bathrooms. There were quite a few mature trees which gave ample shade.

Great experience! From the greeting we received as we entered, to the wave goodbye as we left, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

The cabin was clean and comfy. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. They gave us tips for our traveling adventures and even took a family photo for us at the mining station. The views were incredible! I can't recommend this KOA enough!

The campground was in a great location and provided all the needed resources. The reason for the low rating was due to the excessive amount of dirt / dust that was emitted from the workers carts. These carts averaged approximately 26 / 30 trips an hour down our access roads causing major dust clouds. We were not able to enjoy sitting outside to enjoy having breakfast / dinner due to the dirt.

I truly enjoyed my visit at Mountainside KOA! You have a wonderful K9 dog run and the ponds were just wonderful also.Your shower rooms were awesome. The whole staff including the grounds people were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Was able to move our tent site, thanks to a terrific office staff that took the time to help us move, to a more useful site for our purpose. The sound of the creek was easy to fall asleep to.

Really beautiful and clean campground with lots of big trees. We loved having Denny Creek behind our rv site and seeing the geese with their babies on the casting ponds. Perfect place to walk our dog. The staff were all very friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Yellowstone.

Great staff- hospitable and amazing! Restrooms could use more consistent attention and the dryers claim they give 10 min dryer per .25 but in reality it's set to 5 minutes.

The park is beautiful. We stayed in a deluxe 2- bedroom cabin. Well equipped and clean. Only reason for not giving it a perfect score is the promised internet didn't work. We are business owners and needed the advertised included WIFI. We reported it and the response was sorry. It works up here at the office. We're working on it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful. The store had some end of season sales going. So, we had to buy some gifts. The hookups were easy to use. The view was great from our spot. Bathrooms and showers were clean. We will stay here again.

when I asked to move to a different spot the women at the desk was combative said there weren't spaces similar to what we had and would cost more. The park was less than 50 percent full the entire time we were there. if it wasn't for being overheard by another employee I would not have been helped. he asked for 6 unfilled sites that he could show me. we found one right away that worked great.

This was a great location for getting into Yellowstone. The sunsets here were beautiful as well. The laundry room and bath house were well maintained.

Loved our 5 night stay here. It was close to the Yellowstone West entrance and the town of West Yellowstone was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Proximity to Yellowstone is good. Love the individual shower, toilet and sink combination. The shower was nice and warm. The outside dishwashing station was a welcome sight. Great to have hot water!

Lincoln will make a great manager! The individual bathroom/showers were unexpected but fabulous after long days! We appreciated being situated among other tents than in between huge motorhimes Great stay in a great place

Great place for visiting Yellowstone. Campgrounds well maintained and large sites for Class A pulling toad. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Yes, will stay here again.

Friendly staff with useful information to share. Bathrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. Individual bathrooms were great by providing more privacy. Sites were spacious, with some grass and tall trees (in the back of the campground). Sturdy tables, fire pits and bench swing at every site. Mostly quiet, with just a little traffic noise.
