Everyone on the staff was so friendly and helpful when I called with questions. We got a great spot on Deer Run and it was perfect- the campground was super clean and friendly and well kept. It was festive and the rest rooms were very clean and easy to access. Thank you!

Very nice camp ground. Friendly staff, showers were rooms with toilet and shower. Very clean, great water pressure.

There aren’t enough kind words for me to write about this KOA! I was having trailer troubles and these wonderful humans were able to accommodate me with some extra nights, as well as, a late checkout. Super helpful, friendly, and understanding. The park was decorated for Halloween, very clean, and neatly manicured.

Overnight stay while traveling from N Alabama to Central Florida. We were a late check in (5:20 pm). The after hours check in was easy to understand and simple process. All staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. TKS

Clean facility. Level sites in good working order. Convenient because it's just off of Interstate 10, so LOTS of freeway noise and lighting all night. As long as you plan for that, it's good.

Couldn't get Firestick or Dish to work. Only DVD while we were there. Loved the big wide spaces with lots of grass and gravel. My dogs did not get dirty!

The staff were great. The freeway was a noisy affair but still managed sleep. We stayed here before with our travel trailer and heard nothing, so it is just a tent thing.

There wasn’t anything bad about the park (other than one of the shower stalls needed repair), but the price is high for being right along the Interstate and very little recreation on site. Other KOA’s charge this rate and some even higher, but have constant activity throughout the day; some are on creeks for tubing, etc. So I think the price is just too high for this KOA.

Beautiful and clean campground. Only downside or upside depending on how you look at it, is it's right off the 10 freeway. Great friendly staff. All amenities like propane, dump station, trash easily accessible.

We enjoyed our stay here. Cabins and bathrooms were clean. The only reason for the 4 star was the noise from the interstate, non stop vehicles zooming by. The other reason for the 4 star was none of the cabins are offered at a lower price without linens. We are used to bringing our own and would be a nice option at lesser price. Loved the hiking trails and the overall campground though.

We had trouble with our 50AMP service and we went to the office to ask about it. They had their maintenance personnel there before we even got back to out RV site. They really care about the service they are providing to the customer. We will stay there every time we go to the west of Florida.

Enjoyed our stay at Milton/Gulf pines KOA. They were very accommodating when we had the change our reservation to avoid Hurricane Ian. We had a patio site and I was large and included a grill.

Very friendly staff. Well maintained grounds and campsite as well as facilities. Conveniently next to interstate, but was not bothered by traffic noise as was quiet enough towards the back of the facility. Appreciated the option to wash my coach for a nominal water surcharge.

I stayed at tent site 4. Most of the tent sites had a good amount of shade and the trees were perfect for my hammock. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. The bathrooms were cleaned twice a day. They have a kitchen station near the tent sites which was very convenient. It had some counter space, outlets and a sink. I had a great experience and plan to return!
