The public facilities were well maintained and kept clean. The staff was great. The cabin we stayed in had damage to the floor that made it sag and the couch was extremely dirty and stained. Also, the area on the edge of camp had no wind break so campfires were very unpleasant.

Everything went great except that the smoke detector battery started beeping in the middle of the night and woke everybody up. We had to get up at 2 AM and try to silence it. It ruined our sleep.

Bathrooms and showers were nice and always clean and stocked. We also enjoyed the dog park. Friendly staff. The campground felt safe. My son and his cousins had a blast biking and running around the campground. I would have enjoyed a hiking trail. Sites are too close together and lacked privacy for my camping style but this was my first time at a KOA and I hear they are all like that.

It's a nice campground with plenty of room. My only complaint, would be that the roads are quite dusty, and many folks are driving way too fast. We also had a group show up next door to us at around 9:30PM. Then proceeded to split wood right next to our camper a little after 10PM. They did quiet down after I had to get up and let them know that our kids and ourselves were trying to sleep.

All staff were very nice and friendly. The owner, Terry, was very generous and accommodating with our group of 50! Except for the wind, we had a very nice time.

Our group visits every year and we love it. The grounds are beautiful with plenty to do. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It's a nice break from the inland heat. The firepits are incredible. I have to personally thank Dominque who was a great help with the hitch on my vehicle. Our tow home was safe due to his help. We have already booked for next year.

There were some campers who had several dogs off leash, and I appreciated how quick and responsive the KOA staff were in hearing my concerns and addressing the issue.

bath room's are not clean heat lamps and fan don't work . the dish washing station is dirty and hot water does not work and you have to pay $25.00 for 48 hrs of internet.

Cabins, bathrooms, and community areas were all very clean. Lots of kid friendly activities - great place for families. Also, the beach is right down the road which was a fun little outing. Had the entire beach as far as the eye could see to ourselves almost the whole time we were there.

The shower is so old and no heat in the bathroom. Kabin was not what I expected.

Website showed one small cabin available when we booked 4 days before, but only half were occupied. A 2 room cabin but was available when I arrived. We had to move all our stuff. The bathrooms, dishwashing areas and Kamping Kitchen were why we used to love this KOA, but they were in disrepair and dirty. Burners out, heat lamp out, filthy floors and sinks. Now costs $20 to select a site, sad.

The grounds are clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of amenities, beautiful scenery and it’s quiet at night. I would highly recommend this KOA campground!

Yolanda and her staff are kind, understanding and professional. It’s always a pleasure working with them. The cabin was clean and well stocked which was a great. The campgrounds are clean and the is staff always busy taking care of requests and what needs to be done. The social events are so much fun. I think the happiest place on earth. Haha

Love this campground. We stay every year since 1996. Only concern was the grunge band, too loud & really not appropriate for camping environment. It was only one night for a few hours. Thankful our campsite site was the furthest site in the back behind but was so loud.

The park is very nice; there is ample space between RVs, which we liked and appreciated. The campground is well-appointed and very clean. The people in the store were cheerful and helpful. There were plenty of places to visit between Fort Bragg and Sea Ranch (our destinations). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

This is the second time we have visited this KOA. We love the location so close the the beach. But the best part of this campground is the community. Friendly campers gathered around an enormous, but cozy community campfire; the kids singing at the Saturday night karaoke; and the line that magically forms outside the ice cream shop just before it opens. Love this place!

I am starting over. Ran out of space. Loved the campground, especially the cleanliness. Hated the band on our last night. I love loud music. Have played in rock bands for years. But conversation was impossible ANYWHERE in the park. Did you thing everyone wanted to be a part of the "concert?" Ruined our last "campfire night." Set up a venue facing AWAY from the campers!!!!

Having the community fire pit to gather around was so great to meet and share travels. The owner, Tarey was wonderful and made our stay memorable. We have already recommended this KOA. If ever in this area again would definitely stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

A great KOA with all the basic amenities (and a few more) that you would expect. Very nice low key staff and daily events. Very quite park with a 1 miles walk to a huge sandy beach. Would love to go back again.

I have been going to this campground since I was a child and have continued the tradition with my own children. The only issues were the fan into the room didn’t work and the door got stuck and was hard to open and shut. Besides that my family will continue to come.

Camp site was fine. Guests should be monitored at night. One guest had radio loud. Another group of guests drank too much and sang loudly. The tiny bathrooms need renovation, as well as, the tiny showers. The people at the store were nice.

The tent sights are a little too close together but the campground is super nice. The store is a life saver! The staff is great and I had a great time.

Nicely laid out. Good service. Clean hot showers. The only reason we were disappointed was although the site does have proximity to the beach (1mile), dogs are not allowed as it's a preserve. We picked this site for the location but was unable to use that primary feature.
