In cabin 31 the queen bed mattress needs to be replaced. Also at the communal kitchen stovetops some burners need to be replaced . A couple burners don’t get hot enough and some don’t work at all. Bathrooms and campground very clean. Great stay as always

Excellent location. Very well-maintained. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great amenities. Less than a mile hike on a trail to the ocean. We will come back!

This place had a lot going on with kareoke, etc. I think more than I have seen Before at KOA. I have stayed at nicer koa’s as far as being roomier and with very nice furniture but our spot was fine. It was a real bear for us to drive our 45’ motorhome to though. All roads in had hairpin turns and miles and miles of twisty turny roads. Not ideal for us.

Trail to beach should have rest area with bench. You should also let folks know the distance to the beach. We enjoyed the walk but at our age over 60 need to stop a few times both ways. Need to improve the wifi connection.

We reserved a back in site with full hook-ups, which would have placed us in a nice, quiet spot in the campground. Instead we were assigned a pull through spot that was much less private and were told it wasn’t the campground staff’s fault as we made our reservation online. We were offered the option to move for an additional charge! Wifi cost was additional- $30 for 2 1/2 days. Not impressed

We stayed at KOA Manchester October 14,15,16. the sites are very close together and not level. The bathrooms were clean although the shower areas could use some new mats. There is a dog leash policy but most of the people around us let their dogs loose to run around the campsites. There are many amenities and it is a wonderful place for children.

So much fun and so much to do. Many amenities. A great find! People (employees and guest) are all so friendly. Place is well kept and clean. Some fencing and dead wood in trees needs a little attention. Thank you, Jeannette

We stayed 3 nights in a 30amp back in conveniently located near all facilities. This is the 2nd stay for us and we love the area.

We had an awesome time as always. We took some friends that have never been their and they have reserved a site for next year. Went to the lighthouse and some other beaches that let dogs on them. Yolanda and Terry told us about the beaches that accepted dogs. It was wonderful.

2013 was the last time we spent at Manchester Beach KOA and just staying there now in 2022 it was better than we remembered. If you want tranquility, an easy path to the beach, well look no further as this is fun for all.

We love this place the staff is great the guys that bring you firewood and bring around the honey bucket are the best thing these guy have really clean bathrooms and showers the pool and hot tub is very nice great place for kid's and dogs.

We absolutely love this place. The dog area is amazing and we come back every year if possible. Our dogs make friends and love it. The area is kept sparkling clean. Enjoyed the hot tub and all the ammenities. The staff was super helpful and the whole experience amazing. We will return. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the park is. The sites are large and the landscaping is beautiful. The amount of amenities is great, especially for families 2 play grounds, swim pool and hot tub, arcade center, disc golf course and so much more. We are planing to go back at the beginning of summer. Some of the amenities were closed because of the time we were there (mid Oct. 2022).

The campground was clean, quiet, picturesque, and friendly. Our dog made several new friends and so did we. This was our first time at Manchester Beach KOA and we intend to come back soon!

I have been coming for over 25 years. First with children now just as adults. We prefer off season when the campground is slow. We always walk away saying how much we enjoy it at Manchester HOA. This trip was no exception. Manchester HOA is a great place for a get away!

Staff was pleasant and the campground was lovely. Unfortunately several groups of campers were very noisy including an extremely loud group next to us. We were told the pool heater was broken when we arrived and the no dogs on the beach restriction added to our less than enjoyable stay.

This place is excellent. It’s not the easiest to get to from our location but so worth the drive. Big spaces, close to the beach, excellent friendly staff and so many fun things to do inside the campground. We’ll definitely be heading there again.

Amazing KOA with a lot of amenities. The heated pool was great and our cabin was amazing. The kamping kitchen was by far my favorite. Loved the community fire pit. Great place to say hi to someone new!!!

Old, nasty bathrooms. No Wi-Fi unless you pay (3 hour minimum). Nothing special at all about this location. Didn’t feel very friendly either….a weird vibe. Horrible road in and out of this location - not that this is the fault of this KOA, but larger RVs should know it’s a sketchy drive to and from!

Beautiful location and our spot was really big and included a nice fire pit. I wish that more sites were full hook ups but the honey bucket service (for an extra charge) made up for that. There was no cell reception but the internet worked well (also extra charge). Two things that I didn't care for: no kids in the hot tub and the fact that there are almost ZERO amenities (food/fun) in the area.

We stayed in cabin 34. The interior ceiling light seemed very dim and had only one light bulb in it. It appears that it will hold two bulbs and if it does there should be two working bulbs in it. We had to use a flash light to see with at night. Very nice place to stay and staff always friendly and helpful.

We loved this campground. There is no road noise, the grounds are beautiful with many trees and coverage. A trail that leads to the ocean.

Noted many improvements and my camp cabin was very clean and comfortable. Love the fenced dog park, the guided trails with solar lights, the pool and community fire pit. Furniture is comfortable. Needed another lightbulb in cabin- it’s dark in there!

Nicely laid out. Good service. Clean hot showers. The only reason we were disappointed was although the site does have proximity to the beach (1mile), dogs are not allowed as it's a preserve. We picked this site for the location but was unable to use that primary feature.
